Dear Sir/Madam
My self tilirani nayak, my registered mobile no is-[protected].i will
purchase a water purifier on 18/7/2020, in bhubaneswar my customer
code is-[protected].after some month of purchasing my 1st breakdown
is coming that is water not filling in tank, so your service engineer
attend the problem and resolve it. again some days the same problem
comes. Your service engineer comes and charges money for repairing
that time i will show him still your system is under warranty.so he
resolves it again same problem comes from yesterday onwards
I want to know IS IT EUREKA FORBES WORKING POLICY.? IF you go past
when your side is asking for rating our service i will give every time
best service .but i think i was wrong . I assumed that after some days
my warranty period was over then your service engineers asked for
money.that time what i will i do? pls suggest to me.because i don't
trust your system at all so kindly resolve my problem as a
satisfactory basis otherwise i will go for consumer forum
