My complaint no. [protected] dated 10.5.21 and [protected] dated 17.5.21.

I lodged a complaint first on 10.5.21. The technician came but he failed to resolve the issue since the problem occurred again within three days. Thereafter, I again lodged the complaint on 17.5.21 but no one is coming to attend the fault. I am facing problem as the acquaguard machine is not working.
I am afraid I never expected such poor service from you. Could you attend to the issue forthwith!
