I bought this water purifier about 18 months ago and renewed its warranty on 9th june 2016 (valid up to 8th june 2017) by paying rs 4440.
After about 14 days the connecting pipe from the water source to the instrument, provided by the company, forming part of the equipment broke and i duly complained to the local service center.
In spite of my repeated calls, the company never cared to repair the defect. we are forced to buy potable water from market.
