Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard Water Purifier - No Service after multiple requests (Rs. 5000/- paid for yearly service a head)

I took AMC (Yearly) service from my Aquagaurd water purifier on October 12th 2020, from that time no one visited my home for the mandatory service till now (Jun 23rd 2021). I raised a ticket on Jun 14th for a service as my machine is not working, from that time I didn't get any call from service center. Till now I am using outside water.
I paid the service amount ahead and buying water outside.
I want a justice for this.
