I have purchased the water purifier on 5-2-1991 and entered into a annual maintenance contract which is being renewed from time to time continuosly.The latest contract is for a period of three years from[protected].The company is entrusting the maintenance work to franchisees, Sometimes it changes the franchisee but does not intimate the customer regarding the change, When the service technician knocks at the door of the customer and says he will service the purifier, the customer is unable to verify the credentials of the technician and confirm that he is not an impostor.Thereby the life and property of the customer is endangered and a calamity is waiting to happen.I have been hectored by some person who claims to be the authorised technician.I have put him off as I do not know that he is genuine.He says that he is from some franchisee with whom I have not had any dealings, including the signing of the latest contract.I request to move the Company to show more concern about the safety and security of their customers by institutin foolproof procedures.
