The aquaguard water purifier which we purchased in nov/13/2021 is not properly working from the day of purchase,
Regarding the same I raised complaints multiple times for which the response is
1. Delayed attending by service person
2. The service person will temporarily do some adjustment to make it work for few days after which again the problem persists
Because of the delayed attending and Improper service given by your service persons my water purifier is not working ( now they are saying it’s out of warranty and we need to pay)
I am not going to pay for anything
This is the mistake from eureka Forbes and service persons — they failed to resolve the issue and there is very much delay in response whenever I raise a complaint ( once it took almost 45 days for the service guy to attend the service )
