[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — aquaguard water purifier - worst experience | |||
I have been using an aquaguard water purifier and facing frequent water leakage issue right from the beginning & the eureka forbes technician himself agreed that the product which i have bought has a manufacturing defect and also another senior employee of the company. When i requested for a product replacement, they said they will resolve the issue permanently, but that never could be noticed. Again and again the same issue & now the pcb has shot due to the same issue and which was also confirmed by their own employee. Once again i requested for replacement, they say its out of warranty now. When it was under warranty, they didn't do it as well. Asking me to pay 4.5k for repair job. Raised concerns, escalated the concerns, requested for a senior employee call, but that never happened and hope will never happen in future.
