Shifted my home and not able to get hold of installation guys for my Aquagard Green RO in the new area. Customer care guys say "we have noted your details and will escalate your issues with our senior service team and inform them to look into the matter and resolve by today".
After 8~10 calls and a mail to "[protected]@eurekaforbes.com" i haven't seen the resolution.
