I have launched a complaint on 4th may 2017 for non functioning of the device. The service engineer mr. Human sahu visited on 6th may 2017 and declared that some spare part has to be replaced. In spite of several calls to service center in charge mr. Ashish saxena, till date no responsible person is taking care of the complaint, and on the contrary they misbehave with the client.
