[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquasure Prime UV Water Purifier Not Working | |||
I Purchased Aquasure Prime UV RO from Army Canteen Colaba almost 1 year 1 month back. This Product was packed and i have just installed two week back and start to use. one week before it functioning Stopped. Technician visited my house and informed me that its mother board is not working and since i have purchase 1 year back so 1 year free contact is over and i have to pay either 3500/- or i have to get 3 year contract for 5000/-. I am shocked because known company like Eureka selling faulty product and they are not ready to replace it and forcing customer to get 3 year contract. Its their product problem, They can check my water purifier and find out how much days i have used . Was this information helpful? | |||
