[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — aquasure ro+uv / service issue. | |||
We were purchased aqua sure ro+uv (Aquaguard) at arani town two years back. However last june’ 2017 we were requested service complaint at vellore regarding ro purifier not functioning. Service technician visited and replaced the membrane and charged inr. 3825 even not measured the water hardness level. After replaced membrane from day 1 ro purifier not fuctioning well and issue still not yet resolved. We have again tried service technician not proper respond. Again we have tried through aquasure purifier retail store who supplied the purifier and another technician visited & reported that water pump found defected which was already defected during replacing the membrane and second technician said earlier membrane found okay and motor only defected like that. Now again they are asking motor replacing cost and service charge around inr 4000. This is 100% service technician mistake and which is not acceptable. Kindly take action regarding this.
