[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquasure smart uv | |||
I had purchased a brand new aquasure smartuv water purifier on 2 may 2017. The indicator on the machine, while installing didn't turn green and although the person who came for installation confirmed its safe to use, i insisted on registering a complaint. Since i was out of station for two weeks, i called up the service manager on coming back - he was an ego personification. He acted as though such a complaint didn't exist. I had to register a complaint for the same again. The guy who came to rectify - changed the fuse it didnt work - changed the main board - it didnt work I registered a second complaint. Now somebody called me from trivandrum and promised to address the complaint. I insisted that if the machine has developed so many complaint without even being used, it should be replaced. They said they will look into it I was out of town on a family emergency and i called up the service manager. Now when i switch on the machine, the water leaks from inside and the power drips!!! I am wondering if i should waste my time running behind these inconsiderate and senseless people and file a consumer complaint. I tried escalating the complaint online and the reference number that i was given doesn't exist!! Pathetic company. Stupid people and a dumb product. Was this information helpful? | |||

I registered a complain regarding defective water purifier and got the complain no-[protected] dated[protected].My customer id is [protected] but there is no response from the people responsible for repair.
In this monsoon season it is so difficult without purified water.
so, please arrange to get it repaired at the earliest.
