[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquasure - technician never bothered to visit even after lodging 2nd request | |||||
Hello, We have Aquasure which was purchased 4 years back. We requested for service 2 months back but no one from service centre visited or called us. Since we dont have that ticket number, we lodged another new request through customer care with request#[protected] and customer id# [protected]. We were told that a technician will visit us in 2 business days but still no response. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I appreciate your response. Nobody has called or visited yet. Now the water flow has totally stopped. I tried escalating the issue in your website but it is not accepting the ticket no. Please resolve it urgently else I will be left with no other option then to put it in watever social media sites are available and escalating it to 4th level mentioned in the website.
