[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquasure water purifier

Water purifier just two months old is not working. Complaint raised on 15th july 2016. Ticket no.[protected]). No one is attending the fault till today. (4th aug). When i try to do level 2 escalation in the portal, it says complaint no is not valid. I cross checked with cstomer care & they says above complaint is still open. This is the second time i am facing similar experience in cochin edappally.24 hour person available at my residence & it is in the heart of the city and in warranty period. Very poor service.

V.POOR SERVICE for my Aqua sure water purifier in Edapally Cochin. I purchased two water purifier (same company) at trivandrm, their service is better.
