I purchased amc for my ro at price of ~4500/year.
I logged complaint on 12th-nov as machine was not working, fortunately after 3 days technician attended but not resolved and complaint has been closed by customer care. I again raised it on 17th and technician visited on 19th but still problem is same.
I raised it on facebook but they are shameless and lies that we have sent it to concern team.
Their escalation portal it more funny, it shows that your ticket id doesn't exist. Was this information helpful? |
