Eureka Forbes — AQUASURE XPERT water filter issue | |||
This is Senthilkumar, bought AquaSure Xpert 4 months back in Bangalore. Since bought, always getting some other issues and used to call contact centre. Again, around 12 days back, machine is showing “Fault C” and not working. One person named Mr Lingraj attended the issue and told that he would solve the issue within 24hrs. After that around 4 to 5 complaints I gave through web, SMS and via contact center. Nobody has come so far. Really I fed up with the service and buying the water from outside past 10 days.
