As my water purifier is not working well, i called to customer care to lodge a service request which is in under warranty. They told their technician will be coming in 2 days, but now it has crossed 3 weeks and no one has come. I called many times to the eureka's forbes customer care and complained many times regarding this, they use to tell the same thing but nothing has happened. Neither they didn't took any action nor acknowledged me. My entire family is facing acute crisis of drinking water because of the negligence of eureka's forbes. Is this the way you treat your own customers? You are bound to provide a free service to your products which are under warranty but you are lagging to provide, which results in suffering of customers like me, its is very unethical.
Now i need an action not any conversations with your customer care. Its my legal right that i can claim a free service request from you, so i just want to know when my service will be done. Was this information helpful? |
