We had brought ro aquaguard in mar 2017, with a promise of two free services in a year.
After several followups - someone came in aug 2017 and did a free services. Now, we are behind them for last 3 months for the other overdue free service, which nobody is keen to address. All that, they are saying now that, it is beyond one year, service would be charged!!
When we wrote to their contact address - deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in, they just raise a ticket number without any actions. We reminded them, thrice, still no actions.
What a pathetic services!!! No go their products, as they would all things during sales, but, when it comes to services (That too, free), they don't comply with. However, when it comes to paid services, they are ready!! What a pity?? Big time in making money, without addressing client concerns...
