Myself garvita bhatnagar bought a vacuum cleaner model bravo from eureka forbes in the end of may and since then the product is not working, it gets abnormally heated and trips just after 5 minutes, i made several complaints on the customer care and everytime they assure me for technician visit within 2 working days and today one month has passed and i have not been given any solution, none of the technician visited and my money has been totally wasted... These people have cheated me and i want refund of my amount.

    I bought dr. Aquaguard magna nxt model in september 2017.
    Now from 15-june-2018 onwards we are facing problem with product (Red light blinking).
    After that i have raised service request and technician told it was problem with board and after one week another technician came and told its a filter problem and needs to be replaced...
    We are of 3 members family and uses this water only for drinking and not for any other purpose like cooking etc.. How the filters gets damaged with in 9 months??? This looks to be they are not at all maintaining quality and giving us some defect and less quality filters..
    For last 15 days we are requesting technician to resolve it but no proper response from them..
    From this forum we are requesting it to be addressed and should replace the product...

      Bogus service requests are being raised under my name and your agents are automatically closing it. I am getting sms almost twice in a week of service request being raised. But i have not raised them. Please escalate this issue.
      Our agents are logging fake service requests every month under my phone number and are automatically closing it.
      This is a scam under my phone number in which they are trying to take money from your company.
      Request you to please look into this as i am getting many sms that i have logged service requests.
      Example of few service request logged under my name:[protected] and [protected]
      I have not raised above service requests, they are all bogus. Raising such complaints simply by your agents is bad for your company itself.
      Please escalate this to your management.
      If not, i will have to escalate this.

        Dear sir, i had been using aqua guard water filter for the last 10 yrs & its performance was fine. I purchased your new appliance magna about ago. Since then we are in trouble. It works satisfactorily for about a week after repair it stops working again. No body is giving correct reply for its serviceability. I am of the opinion that defective piece was installed in my house & your local co. Is trying to hide the fact. Erroneously i deposited 2 years amc amt. Cust.           I bought crystal water purifier, within one year of 3 FREE service nobody turn's up, for AMC ( Annual service contract ) suddenly company call me up for AMC / to make some money from customer .I purchased AMC for water security purpose, after word's on AMC 1st my official logged call my purifier got service by local person, my complaint was given to local personal by the Authorized Aqua Gaurd Service center ( Hita Service Pune ), that guy replace duplicte cartridge & carbon candle with taken some amt.from me. When i ask for receipt of payment, he said he will provide me later. After word's when i chased to aquagaurd abt my complaint, then i got shocked my official complaint was attend by outsider person. after so many followup the concern persona came & replace original parts, on 2nd AMC again, i had to take so many followup with Aquagaurd guy's for servicing my water purifier,
          no proper communication, and once after service, when i saw one water pipe was twisted, i ask to tech. person why it was kept like that, he told me it's just like that, so i again keep water pipe in normal way, then he Told me that there is ANTITRACK water bottal box which is broken by somebody, due to that he twist that water pipe, , when i force him to replace that box, he told me to re launch again the complaint, again so many followup when nobody turn up, i straight way VISIT to AQUAGAURD corporate Office near koregaon park pune, Maharashtra & show my True ANGER, then the ASM ( Area Service Manager ) to whom i already spoken 4th time, assure me that within 2day's he will replace that water box, he done that but replace with old box not with New box.

            I've ordered a eureka fobes aquaguard classic uv on 15 may 2018 from amazon. Till now one one have come for installation, i've called many time to customer care and booked for the installation. They just give the fake commitment for installation.

            It's really a shame on eureka fobes, they have taken the money but they have not called for installation, even i've to reach you guys for installation.

              The Eureka Forbes customer care has sent a very poor technician Mr. Imitiyaz . He is absolutely unethical in his service and has no professionalism. He came 2 hours later than the time he was told to come. It's dinner time and kitchen is a very busy place during nights, still this has been foreseen and considered . He is rude in his behaviour and tone of speech is highly unacceptable. It's a very disappointed service. The tube has come out now and water is flowing out in jet speed . The only way to stop water is by switching of the main valve which affects all the residents in the apartments . We have to suffer so much just for a simple servicing. It's very poor . Absolutely disappointing.

                I purchased eurekaforbes water purifier online dated 30/09/2017, costing amount of rupees 18890 (My hard earning).
                Which stops working from 16/06/2019 (Customer id: [protected]).

                After several follow-ups technician visit and said that all filters got failed need to replace with new one charges will be applicable as i have bought it online.

                As it stops working in the 9 months as per warranty terms it shows 12 to 15 months on your website.

                I have get it down from private technician(No filter issue which is reported by your technicians).

                  Hi, i had called on the toll free number for eureka forbes to check the non functioning ro. Engineer visited and informed that the pcb needs to be repaired and taken the pcb giving assurance that it will get fixed in couple of days... No update provided by them so far... We called and they giving false assurance that they will get that fix asap. Now its has been more than 10 days, i still not received pcb back... Please suggest the next step forward.

                      Last year july purchased water purifier (Dr. Aquagaurdrs.18000; 22jul-2017). Within two month the water was overflowing even after switching off. And after 10monhts of purchase had to replace 3 filters (4-jun-2018) and now not even a month again the service symbol is prompting. When checked with service engineer - he informed that membrane filter has to be replaced. Within a year having multiple problems with added cost is not at all fair to buy this product. This has to be sorted out immediately with no cost at customer.

                            2. I was purchased one euroclean wd x2 against above mentioned id. The items was booked by me on installment basis. But after delivery full amount has been recovered from my credit card which is not understood. The matter has been taken up with your office for needful action to refund the money at the earliest.                               I have got a message saying that the raised service request (Numbered [protected]) has been completed. The only problem here is that i didn't even raised a request but, all of a sudden it has been raised and completed also. I would like to know that how long their hyderabad service executives have been frauding and cheating the customers without even visiting. This is not the first time i am facing issues with their hyderabad executives who raised the request
                              For their own purposes without even contacting the customer. Does this kind of service the company wants to provide to their customers?

                                This is regarding a complaint i have about my recently purchased vacuum cleaner.
                                I am from trivandrum. I had purchased a eureka forbes, x force vacuum cleaner from amazon.
                                But the hose of the vacuum cleaner has become detached from the nozzle. I had registered a complaint. The service agency in trivandrum, ms. Aquadynamics had send over their service executive to look into the matter. He had photographed the defective part and promised to revert asap.
                                When i had contacted their office to know about the status of my complaint, i was asked to take up the issue with mr. Rejin, the eureka forbes person in-charge. He had also promised to place an order for the defective hose.
                                But it's been about a month now and the part has not been received. Upon enquiry with ms. Aqua dynamics i was given to understand that the part is not presently available.
                                I rely upon the vacuum cleaner for my daily house cleaning chores and thus have been inconvenienced in great measure.
                                Kindly look into the matter and do help me out

                                Till date I've had no response, other than a call centre person calling to ask me my date of birth and anniversary.
                                All I'm asking is for a hose/ tube to be replaced for which I'm willing to pay for.
                                Whoever said " Customer is king...has never bought a thing"
                                I think it's time Eureka Forbes had changed their slogan.. 'A friend for life". Absolutely nothing friendly about their approach.
                                Now the wire in the machine is reeling back in on its own. Guess there is no need to register a complaint!!!

                                  This is to bring to your notice that i own aquaguard (Classic model) and had opted for 2 year amc for the same i. E 13 dec 2016 to 12 december 2018 and paid rs 2795/- as amc charges. Post amc, whenever i give them a call for change of candle or servicing, the service center tells me that you don't have any amc. This happens despite the fact that the service center representative who executed the amc is still working in the same service center. Actually the rep took the money and did not updated the database (The practise they must be doing with other customers also). But as a customer, should i be bothered about things happening in the organisational channels. I have been complaining about my problem to the customer care for past 5 days, but there seems to be no end to my problem.in this connection please refer my service request no [protected]. I request the concerned authorities to take appropriate action against your staff at authorised service center at pathankot (Punjab) and instruct them to undergo amc at the earliest. For a fault of somebody who not doing his job properly why should i suffer who has paid his hard earned money in form of amc.

                                  Firstly, my heartfelt thanks to the consumer complaint team, for making my complaint reach the right person. To begin with, one must obtain a Customer Request Number by dialing 18602661177. Quote this number during every conversation with the company. If even customer care is not coming to your rescue, approach consumer complaint. Endorse your complaint giving full details.In my case, soon after I lodged the complaint on consumer complaint portal, I got a call from Company's Mumbai Branch regarding problem. When I explained it to her, she assured me that somebody from Pathankot Branch will address your problem shortly. The very next day, Pathankot Branch service center representative visited the house and carried out necessary maintenance, without any payment. Regards Manish

                                  Yes, the issue was resolved yesterday evening but did not get back to you since the water purifier was kept under observation. Would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for prompt redressal of the complaint.                                     We have purchase water purifier and installed in my house. We have made a service request no. [protected] on 12.06.2018 but the person mr. Imran mondal and other came and only temporary made a correction. We again made a service request and also after telephonic discussion from your department a request no was [protected] allotted. The person came and says that we the company has no parts which is out of order and you are bound to bear this and it will run such condition only. If your service engineers are unable to rectify the defect in four complaint so you are requested to take back your machine immediately from my house because the persons whom you have given service contact not behaving and giving proper service. I have also spoke over phone in your office but i have received only the word from them "sorry". Which will not help me in any way hence you are thankfully requested to take your machine back as a gift from me.

                                      This is regarding the request number [protected] which i raised on 7th june 2018 for the installation of new aquarguard water purifier, it's been 7days non of your technician has called me for product installation.
                                      Daily i am calling your call center, but i could only get the answer as "sorry for the inconvenience", i want to know this type of service you give to your customer.
                                      I want to know still how many days you require to come and install the product.

                                        We purchased eureka forbes aqua guard 200 ag from pawan trading company bhiwani haryana vide bill no 374 dated 05 mar 18. We lodge complain for installation vide complain no [protected] the. No technician reported for installation and we do it at own expense. Now the product is off road and requires repair.
