Dear sir/ madam
My complaint regarding for service of Eureka Forbes- water purifier. I received
A message of renewal of AMC on 18 December 2017and as per company norms 2 free services are provided during warranty time and I have not received any single service for which I have made many calls and nothing is done in that regard and one fine day on Sunday 20May 2018 I spoke to Ms Nomita senior executives in customer care and she attended the call and assured my problem will be resolved and I don't have to pay for service and raised service complaint and Mr siddharth
Visited for service on Tuesday 22 May 2018 and refuced to open the machine when I told him about I am not liable to pay service charge He spoke to his senior Mr Ashok and He said that ma'am when you have purchased machine that point job card was not raised and I assure you you pay this time Next time I will see. And Mr siddharth gave long list of advice and am out. My problem is still not resolved.
Today, received a message that –“ help us serve you better by giving feedback on your service experience. It’ll take only second.”

    Dear sir/ madam
    My complaint regarding for service of eureka forbes - water puriferi. My appliance is in under amc, i am sorry to say you i am not satisfied to your service. Because we have already lodge complain on dt 12/05/2018 but after 10 days passed and not our service request resolved. I followed many time through the call to customer care but they beg 24 hrs each time but any technician did not come, yet.
    Today, received a message that –“ dear vivek help us serve you better by giving feedback on your service experience. It’ll take only second.”
    Shame on you (Eureka forbes), how can i give feedback while any technician did not come.
    So, kindly look into the matter as earliest as possible.
    Because eureka forbes is a brand name. Which provides so many items.. Market reputation is also good of eureka forbes, but your service is not acceptable like this.

    So i suggest to you improve your service as per brand name.

      We had brought ro aquaguard in mar 2017, with a promise of two free services in a year.

      After several followups - someone came in aug 2017 and did a free services. Now, we are behind them for last 3 months for the other overdue free service, which nobody is keen to address. All that, they are saying now that, it is beyond one year, service would be charged!!

      When we wrote to their contact address - deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in, they just raise a ticket number without any actions. We reminded them, thrice, still no actions.

      What a pathetic services!!! No go their products, as they would all things during sales, but, when it comes to services (That too, free), they don't comply with. However, when it comes to paid services, they are ready!! What a pity?? Big time in making money, without addressing client concerns...

        I had a online amc renewal eureka forbes aquaguard contract 5 days ago. I raised a service request no. [protected] to get the aqua guard. But i didnt get any phone call nor did the technician visit me. After that i filed complaints 4 times.

        Despite complaining several times, everytime i am given an assurance that the amc will happen in 48 hours yet nothing happens within 48 hours. I have been complaining continuously without success...

        This is a thief eureka forbes..

          Do not purchase eureka aquagard purified water.
          Because i have purchased 5month before so they do not work properly after 3month then this machine cartage or filter has been blocked.
          We have two member only and daily we have used 10 liter water approx. So this machine cartage block.
          Services is very bad.
          Quality also very bad.
          After service engineer verification they told replace cartage as cost is 4000rs will be required.
          I have used this machine only 4month.
          That say no any garantity of cartage or filter.

          In india this think happen because quality of product very bad.

          I have opted for annual Amc of eureka Forbes under which they cover any kind of fault if occurs but despite of complaining several times no technicians gives single visit despite they closes the call and my aquaguard is not giving me water.

            My Name is Vishal Doshi and I am writing this mail to requesting you, kindly provide me permanent solution for the problem which we are facing after purchasing Eurekaforbes Water Purifier. In December, 2017 I have purchased Dr. Aquaguard Classic+ with E-Boiling+ from Eurekaforbes. I am one of the loyal customer of your company products. Previously also I having Water purifier of your company only and in that I didn't find any problem. But after purchasing new Product Dr. Auqaguard Classic+ this is my 4th Complain (Ref. No. [protected]). Today your service executive came and did the service and again in evening their is leakage in the system. Again I send request message for the same and my New Complain no. is ([protected]). When I had a word with your regional Manager (Mr. Amit Jinjuvadiya) he said he will send executive and I will try to solve the problem. I am really very very much dissatisfied with the answer and service of your company. I requesting you for the last time kindly Replace the product because I am very much disappoint and give me permanent solution or else I need to write the same to Consumer Forum in detail. The way your service executive answers and the way Regional manger give me the answer is not at all appropriate for a loyal consumer. I Hope you will provide me a permanent solution for the same and give me appropriate answer. Hoping to here from your soon with positive answer.

              I had bought a new eureka forbes aquaguard 10 days ago. I raised a service request no.[protected] to get the aqua guard installed. But i didnt get any phone call nor did the technician visit me. After that i filed complaints 4 times. Even after that my aqua guard is lying without any installation.

              Despite complaining several times, the installation has not happened. Everytime i am given an assurance that the installation will happen in 48 hours yet nothing happens within 48 hours. I have been complaining continuously without success.

                We had booked and eureka forbes water filter on the 3rd of May ( customer id [protected]) and your executive had committed that the product will be delivered in 3 to 4 days, & today in the 16th May ( 13th day ) and we still haven’t received the product and now since we have paid the money even you executive ( Mr Brijpal Singh & Sanjeev Yaday ) are not responding properly. I had even complained earlier in customer care ( complain no [protected]) I had spoken to Mrs Sunita who had promised that she will arrange for a call from the head by 10:00 am today .. which again did not happen, we have been calling for 20L of bisleri every alternate day for consumption .. I had asked for the refund of my money .. on that the executive says that that too will take 15 days ..

                so far this is the worst service I have ever faced.. where a company cannot even deliver their product on time to the customer nor they can refund the money nor they have time to revert.

                Request you to take this mail very seriously and revert with and explanation & refund the money on priority with compensation..

                  I have ag enhance green ro water purifier. Filters were changed and is on amc since 10th march. Firstly there was no waste water at all. Then a technician came did something and waste water was 42 litres time to fill tank 80 minutes. Again another technician added a valve resulting in 20 litres waste water. It takes 160 minutes to fill the tank. Is it that technicians are unable to identify the problem to sort it out? Please help out or admit the company is not capable to sort it out. Thanks

                    Worst service ever.I purchased it around 1.5 yes back.I purshased it from the authorised dealer.At the time of purshase it was told that only 1500 2000 rs will be charged yearly and you will be provided two free services.They didnt provide any free service and charging 5220 rs and insisting for AMC.I called the technician and even he was not aware of how the machine operates.Even the indicator provided on the machine didnt work accurately.Sometimes its green sometimes blue.Techinicain didnt know what light means what.Nothing is provided in the mannual about the indicators.Never ever purchase any eureka forbes product.

                      I am just fed up constant follow ups with eureka forbes.. The problem started in august.. Which they were able to fix in january 2018.. But again the problem has recurred cos of which there is a lot of water wastage..

                      Inspite of raising the complaints no executive has come in and it is all about false promise always...

                      Now i do not want any technician visiting my residence.. I simply want my device to be replaced asap.

                        I have been using eureka fobes aquaguard water purifier reviva model for the past one year. Last week one service person came and replaced one cartridge saying its usage was already over. Even after replacement, the water taste was too bad. Our family members felt vomiting sensation when they take that water. I called the same mechanic and said this problem. He asked me to make a call to his office. Then i called to office also. Even after 5 days of frequent calls, nobody is turned up and corrected the problem so far. I don't know what to do.                           The eureka forbes aquaguard reviva ro+uv brand is installed at our residence and we are paying annual maintenance every year. The product gets out of order very frequently and the servicing is really bad.
                          Yesterday again on our complaint your technician from m/s tacit euro service, authorised service centre, jalandhar (Punjab) attended and today it is observed no light is glowing and water filter not working properly. Your water filter gives us panic from the last five months. Previously your technician replaced our new memoram (Filter type part) with repaired old one which creates much problems our tds was 2 which is harmful for the body and saying that the company is not providing us new one for removing the defects. Now again on our complaint technician came and replace that repaired one with another repaired one which creates much problems and does not set right the machine we are very upset with this product
                          I am very disappointed with this kind of service provided to me. Kindly do the needful for readdressing my complaint. Please look into this matter seriously.

                          Still the defect persist. please ask the technician to replace the memoram and check the TDS as per the norms, on successful removal of defect and checking and updating about TDS I will inform you. In the meantime thanks for assurance.

                          Please ask your technician to remove the defect and check TDS . Nothing has been done from the last three month .Now I think that to choose Eureka RO was my wrong decision, so please take a sincere action on this complaint and replace the defected part with new one, not with repaired one because in the lapse of proper step complaint will again rise. Please ensure to appoint an independent technician of other company to check and if he reported that actually your technician does not do well to may change your defective RO otherwise I will pay his charges on receipt of report. Please ask your deputed technician to do the needful.

                            We briskstar technologies llp purchase your product name is eureka forbes vaccum cleaner on date 27th jan 2018. Now your product is not properly working & currently is shut down, your product are not appropriate functioning. As per you product warranty your product not work properly so please come our premises and do need full.

                              I had filed a complaint for the non working of RO from the date of installation on 26th April while no action from the company has been taken to resolve the issue. The whole team of Eureka forbes is aware of the problem but no solution. Such companies who play with the health of people should be barred from business. The following complaint was filed on 26th April 2018. I would appreciate if this forum looks at the quality of the product being sold for drinking water and take necessary action.

                              Complaint:
                              We had purchased one ro last year and the same was installed after one week. The following problems have been faced in past eight months:

                              Invoice : the machine came with challan, on enquiry with jeewan chandra the person who sold the machine, he confirmed that invoice comes only after clearance of the cheque and takes around 7 days. I called him enormous times and sent mails to euraka forbes for the same. Every month a complaint was raised but seems the management does not bother. No action taken till date and no invoice provided inspite of the payment being made by cheque and also service records in place. Today the branch manager pawan was so rude and said the machine came with invoice and no duplicate invoice can be raised. First the machine came with challan and complaints have been raised every month about non receipt of the invoice. This is unbelievable that the company sells the unit without invoice. The accounts team is calling me and asking for the papers i have as they are not able to locate the invoice. This reflects clearly the way company operates.

                              Service issues: from the day one the machine did not work. Jeewan after getting complaints got the machine replaced after 10 days but the problem remained. As we had issues with the quality of water we kept using bisleri and kept on pushing the service team to resolve. But the service team always gave an excuse that the management takes too much time to approve the spares and accordingly it takes lot of time for servicing such problems. The team from lab came and confirmed that the water has particles but on lab report manipulated that the water is good for drinking. Next day santosh and other team members visited and agreed that the water had big particles visible and cannot be used for drinking. They checked the td value and said the membrane needs to be replaced. For past eight months they have changed machine, filters, tank, added one more filter and now saying membrane needs replacement. Over and above none of the management team has bothered to look at the written feedbacks sent to the website and mails written to them. This reflects the culture of the company and the way they treat the customers. The branch manager has no courtsy and says you can do what you want but we will neither provide you the invoice, nor do the replacement, nor take the machine back. The management of the company should wake up and look at what the team is doing to the customers. A strict action is expected against such companies who play with the lives of people and cause enormous health problems by selling defected pieces.
                              I hope the complaint is taken seriously and an action initiated against the company as they are playing with health of people.

                              I now truly believe that there is no use of sending complaints to this forum as the companies dont bother and the forum does not care. I have been filling complaints about the RO supplied by Eureka forbes and till date neither it has worked nor any solution provided by them. They call and say we are ready to refund the money as there is no solution. But neither they refund the money nor they resolve the problem. For them a sale is done and the customer fooled. Eureka forbes at one time was customer oriented company but now it seems they are there only to sell worst quality possible and make money.
                              Hope this forum will take some action against such a company and find a solution for me.,

                              I had complained again through this channel and received a call in May early from your company. The lady confirmed that the decision was made to take back the machine and refund the full amount but due to lockdown the same was not processed. I was informed that in early June the cheque would be handed over as the company is not able to resolve the problem and nor have they replaced the machine. After that call i have not received any information from your end. It seems your team calls once and informs that they will resolve the problem but finally no action is taken. I guess the consumer forum would take some action against these companies who dont bother for customer and are not scared of any law in the country. Law abiding people like us only suffer in this country.

                              The company either should resolve or return the money as the machine has not been put in working condition till date.

                              Hope to get some action from this forum to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                    I have bought a 2-year support contract from eureka forbes and was promised by the eureka sales vendor - mr. Prashant (‭+[protected]‬) that he would arrange for servicing of the machine every 3 months proactively without having me to call the helpdesk. I had put this condition because it is difficult for my family members to keep track of the time and remember to call the helpdesk for periodic servicing. At the time of finalizing the contract, mr. Prashant confirmed that he would attend to the machine every 3 months and he also asked his staff to mention it on the service card. But it has been 5 months and there has been no one from eureka forbes visiting yet, and inspite of calling mr. Prashant umpteen times, there has been no answer as to when will the machine be serviced as per the original commitment. I understand i have the option to call the helpdesk but i choose not to since it is the responsibility of the person signing the contract to take care of their customers. Please take this note as my official complaint against eureka forbes staff and also against a senior executive like mr. Prashant who use sugarcoated language when trying to grab customers.

                                      I have purchased water purifier on 10/04/2008. I have taken service contract for every three years and every thing going good. Problems arise from 24/11/2017. I lodged service request no.[protected] on that day @08.35. At last my request was attended on 01/12/2017 @ 18.15. I meet with letter asking reason for delay and compensation for 154 ours delay mr. Mihir rathod head officer, surat. He refused to accept the letter. So i send it by registered post. Till today no reply.
                                      Last i lodged service request no. [protected] on 02/05/2018 @11.28. Said complain was attended on 05/05/2018. At this time i also meet mr. Mihir rathod and cleverly convey my decision "i never purchased your company's product, i discontinue my three years service contract and going to purchase new water purifier of other company. I turn off my ten years relations".

                                        I have purchased a eureka forbes trendy steel vacuum cleaner on 30th april 2018 from kumar and kumar enterprices tiptur by paying rs. 7999. I have used only two times from 30th april to 7th may 2018. On 7th may 2018 vacuum cleaner stopped working automatically when i was using after 15min o[censored]se.                                         Today whole day I was contacting the customer care and they just keep on wasting my time but no service techinician visited. I don't trust this Eureka Forbes any more.The product which can just fail in 2nd day o[censored]se how can we trust this product. Today I am really frustrated and raised a complaint against the company in consumer court. This company customer care people's just wasting time only by giving false promises.

                                        Today technician came to check the product and he told that the speed controller pcb has failed need to be replace but he don't have spare pcb. He bypassed the pcb but the suction and blowing power is too low which is eual to useless. And don't know when he will be coming back to replace the pcb. Technician saying that this product behaves like this only and it is useless.

BE careful EREKA FORBES products are not trust worthy don't buy. I have wasted my money by investing on such product now I am wasting my money and time every day to contact the customer support just to listen the fake promises.
