Dear all, i bought eureka forbes water purifier at 2016. With 2years amc contract. 2 years completed till now no service or health check done. Several complaints already given but no response. Recently i got call / sms from eureka regarding amc reneval. I blasted them. As discussed with customer care. I came to know that my product was registered with another name and free service provided to that person. Which means every periodically time i got message from eureka that your service has been initiated and engineer shiva will attend shortly. After some the issue will be closed by engineer. (Engineer done my free service to another person and taken money from him). Hope you understand how much this is a fraud company. Till now no feedback or response from eureka

    Hello Team,

    M so disappointed with your customer services. This is really heights of irresponsibly coz customer care people are not even bothered to respond back to the emails from the last few days.
    On 12th February 2018, your customer support assured me that some technician will visit us within 2 working days. But none of your technicians has visited us yet and now your customer support team is not even replying to my emails.

    I request you to look into this matter asap.
    (pls replace this defective 1200-Watt Tornado Vacuum Cleaner) as I don't want to continue using this hopeless product (it has stopped working only after two usages: i've already registered a complaint) (complaint id: [protected])).
    Looking forward for your assistance this time.

      I, Shri. Ashoke Indu, of Nabapally Boy's School Road, (Near Shanti Chatterjee's More), P.O. - Nabapally, P.S.-Barasat, North 24 Parganas, Kolkata - 700126 have purchased one Dr. Aquaguard Classic plus from one of your salesman, named Israil/Ishrar Mohammad (Khokon : nickname in the market) from Barasat Office. He has committed that after my purchase if I give him 4 reference and if anyone of them will purchase another aquaguard then I will get 4 Aquaguard, special Bottle, and he will give me that as per company's rule. I purchased and gave him 4 reference (including my Elder Brother's name, Shri. nani Gopal Indu and his son Shri. Anjan Indu) and one of them has purchased a higher model of aqua guard from that salesman, Mr. Israel/Ishrar Mohummad.

      But at the time of collecting payment he is refusing his words and insulted me by throwing some abusive languages which I have evidence of my neighbors. i don't know how that type of rotten-guy can represent such a prestigious concern. i need a solution from the concerned authority regarding the same otherwise i will stop referring Aquaguard's name to my friends and relatives who will purchase for their purpose in the next few days. please make this as a not.

      He is deliberately denying to give all the details regarding his employee identity. The fact is that I have already made the complain at[protected] ...The words I received from the ugly guy ( Israil Mohummad ) at the age of 65, I am really made myself controlled at this moment. If he didn't make the commitment, I would never say anything to him regarding that 4 bottles (extra). I can have the potential to purchase them from the market. Even he has initially committed for the glass-made Botttle-stand, but I have purchased that from your company against Rs.400. But, while, after 3 weeks of intentional delay he has created the scene regarding the payment by denying his mis-commitment while this was the point-of-sale . The words he has thrown to me in front of the neighbors, that really insulted and extremely humiliated me. I want his unconditional punishment in front of my neighbors only then I will get the peace. I have made all the payment and he gave me the money-receipt with full-clearance. I have that Money-Receipt with me. But he is now denying his commitment of 4-Extra Bottle as I have given the 4-sure-shot reference, and one of them is already purchased the machine from your company. You can ask Barasat Branch Head regarding the matter, I think he may know the same as he is the branch head.

If you are forging him being your colleague then there will be no question of Customer Service Portal on your end. It must be stop now in the market, otherwise these people will spoil your reputation in a short span.

        I am totally disappointed with the quality if service. I didn't know company like your stature works in this manner (Unprofessional).

        Its been almost 2 months my water purifier is not working & i am not getting any support.

        Initially 1 & half months the machine was working fine & now they are saying water pressure is a problem which was not there at the start. The reason is not digestible.

        Your kind attention is requested, otherwise i will have to take action.

          I purchased in feb 2016. 2017 got free service? For rs 5060.
          Every time after service water leaks even after repeated visits by techs and my 28 lakhs kitchen has been flooded twice. Worst was on 18.2.18 and has ruined my kitchen units. The kitchen units cost me rs 28 lakhs, now the water has flooded under the units ruining them. I can not post pics

          As I described before, my kitchen has been flooded and has damaged my kitchen units and granite flooring. The guys who attended saw the damage. As usual 'they cut off a piece of the tubing and re attached it'. They asked me to ALWAYS turn off the mains as well as the knob and left. If I turn them on again I am not sure, if I would not be flooded.again. They did not reassure me of the fact that it will not happen again! Probably the pictures I attached were self explanatory. What makes them think they have resolved the problem, I very much like to know please!

          The appliances has flooded my kitchen twice and only explanation by the guys' who visit is switch off mains and water tap!!! The appliances was worth about rs 9500 my kitchen units are worth more than rs 28 lakhs. I can not thank them enough for ruining my kitchen and granite flooring as water has seeped through under the units. Now i am so paranoid to go out of the house in case my kitchen gets flooded

          I would very much like to know why they think they have RESOLVED the problem. 2 guys came after my desperate call and as usual 'cut off a piece of tubing and reattached it. They also instructed me to ALWAYS turn off the mains and the knob and left. They did not reassure me that it will not happen again and I am still in a limbo as to what to do next time it floods my kitchen and ruins again.             This is in response to the trailing mail from eureka forbes:
            Two of theirr employees viz. Tirtha nath das (Emp. Code 9075205) and bubul ali (Emp. Code 9099000) came on 12th february 2018 without any expert technician and could not solve the problem. They left saying that they will come with the expert technician on 14th february to solve the problem. But so far nobody from your side visited. Is this your service. First of all you have given a defective product (As after fourth try you could not solve it) and secondly you are reluctant to replace the product. What is this? Hope you will replace it at the earliest otherwise the court will take legal action.

            Which was in response to my complaint
            Dear sir
            I (Customer id : [protected]) bought an aquaguard magna hd ro + uv (Nxt) [protected] (Item code – gwpddrmru10000) on 03/05/2017. The cost of the product was rs. 18490/- (Eighteen thousand four hundred ninety) and it was with one year warrantee/ guarantee. The sales person was digendra singha[protected]. So far the product was found defective for 3 times and experts from eureka forbes came all the three times and repaired it but no result till now. It is still giving us problem. As the product was defective (Which they also agreed, as they could not repair it on three occasions), i asked them to replace the product with a new one but they are not responding. The person who was handling the complaint is mr. Pramod sarkar (Mobile no. [protected]). So i hereby lodge a complaint against them and ask the honorable court to take necessary action.

              I had done amc of my eureka forbes aquagard model: magna, against contract receipt dtd 19/12.17. I issued cheque amounting rs.4650/-. Sbi cheque no.0980657 dtd 19/12/2017. How can my cheque debited prior to cheque date. On 02/01/2018 i recd sms from sbi, ' chq no.0980657 for inr 4, 650.00 fvr lcc cms pool a c non recd in clg wl be paid if found in order'. Above amount debited to my account. Cheque becomes a cheque from the date it bears. Hence my cheque has been illegaly processed and encashed. This is the gross violation. This is mistake of eureka forbe and bank also. Pl. Rectify this and give reply early.

                    I have insured my aquagaurd eureka forbes in july 2017 and the candle that filters the water got torn in october '17 only. I have been chasing the team since then and no issue has been resolved yet. The service man came in october and declared that the candle has been torn. Since then i am chasing them to get this replaced and now when its been february'18 the team tells me that they dont replace candles and instead told the service man to deny the fact that it has been ever torned. Sir i cant pay for this again. What would be the benifit for me to give the insurance amount to the company when i have to pay for damages they made. Me and my family, my kids are drinking dirty and yellow water since october. I trust you and hope to get a redressal as soon as possible as its effecting health condition s of my family.

                      Description :
                      Aqua guard is not working properly since 1 jan, every time person come and do some re search but not able to fix the problem, on 12 feb 2018 they took the unit and said they will repair it in service center and return the unit by morning of 13 feb 2018, but till now 15 feb 8:00 pm they have not return the unit and not even picking the phone. The behavior is very rude and un professional.

                        I have been trying to source the replacement filter bag assembly for my trendy steel filter bag for the last 3 months but to no vail. Have contacted service guys n number of times and they keep on giving somebody else's number to contact. This has been going on and on. Finally made a complaint to the office some sales guy (Supposedly) said service team was not available and he would ensure somebody contacts me today. It's been 10 days now. I think i must have spent more on calls than the actual cost of the filter bag. Somebody says you will have to pick it from the service centre somebody says it is available at an address near ours but the flat was locked on visiting it 3...😡😡😡
                        Really think i would have to scrap my vaccum cleaner for a pathetic filter bag. I though eureka forbes thrived on its service capability. But my experience so far has been so bad... That i would recommend everyone not to use their products. Imagine for a filter bag their service team in not able to provide clear directions... Have just given up now on this...

                              We purchased dr magna - ro+uv nxt. Barring a no.[protected] on 5-2-17. First free service was provided on 24-8-17 and 2 nd free service was scheduled on or before 5-2-18. Everything was fine until today, my machine was well and good. But the real problem started when the service man called us (Stating that there is a casual check up) and came on 12-2-18 and on opening the machine he said that our filters were damaged and needed to be replaced. And also stated that it will cost 5220/-. Before this check up my mission was in good condition. After his touch my mission has completely stopped working. I think that the service man did on purpose.
                              I never thought that a highly reputed company like eureka forbes would decieve us. Is it justifiable to say that we drank 18000/ rs of water in an year and now that we should pay 5000/- more to get water from my machine. From yesterday on wards we are drinking water by boiling it. I seriously want eureka forbes to respond, or should we proceed legally.

                                I have purchased one dr. Aquaguard megna hd ro (Nxt) on 18.12.2017 from your divisional sales office at kolkata through your sales representative mr. Mridul kanti roy.. At that time, my old aquaguard i-nova had 3 years amc (December 2016 to december 2019) with your company. The sales representative initially told me that amc charge of residual 2 years will be paid back to me. Accordingly i handed over a cheque for rs.16190 to him for the new one and he issued a quotation to me. When i asked about the refund of 2 years amc charge, he told me that 2 years amc will be extended after 1 year warranty of the new aquaguard and a document in this regard will be send to me by post within 15 days. He also assured me that a aquaguard cover will be provided to me. Unfortunately till today i have not received any document and cover. Meanwhile, i have taked to him over phone for several times. Everytime he is telling that the document has been processed and will be send to me and the cover is not available.

                                I have not received any document pertaining to 2 years residual AMC. Since last 15 days, when I called to [protected] and [protected], I have been told that It has been despatched and I shall get it within 2--3 days. Very very unfortunate and non professional service given to the customers.

                                Today, after long persuation, they have mailed me a document entending 3 months warranty in stead of extension of 2 years AMC. It is rediculous that this people do not know the differnece between 3 months warranty and 2 years AMC. Worthless service is being rendered by Kolkata office of Eureka Forbes. Their marketing strategy is only to make the customers fool and sale the product.

                                  The service is pathetic. The serviceman came twice for the same problem & didnt even solve the problem. The problem with my filter was "end of life indication". I called for 1st time, he went away washing the filters. The problem was still persisting. I called 2nd time. Again the problem persisits. And serviceman doesnt come in allocated time. I said come in 10am-12pm. He comes in the evening when my father is the only person at home & he doesnt get whats the problem & how to check whether its solved or not. What kind of # is this? Not expected from such big brand like eureka forbes.

                                  Our water purifier is under AMC from 31/03/2017 to 30/03/2019 .
                                  Till now no technician had come to our house for machine repair.
                                  I have paid an amount of rs.9310/- for the AMC.
                                  Please take action to return my money.

                                    I (Customer id : [protected]) bought an aquaguard magna hd ro + uv (Nxt) [protected] (Item code – gwpddrmru10000) on 03/05/2017. The cost of the product was rs. 18490/- (Eighteen thousand four hundred ninety) and it was with one year warrantee/ guarantee. The sales person was digendra singha[protected]. So far the product was found defective for 3 times and experts from eureka forbes came all the three times and repaired it but no result till now. It is still giving us problem. As the product was defective (Which they also agreed, as they could not repair it on three occasions), i asked them to replace the product with a new one but they are not responding. The person who was handling the complaint is mr. Pramod sarkar (Mobile no. [protected]). So i hereby lodge a complaint against them and ask the honorable court to take necessary action.

                                    Two of your employees viz. Tirtha Nath Das (Emp. Code 9075205) and Bubul Ali (Emp. Code 9099000) came on 12th February 2018 without any expert technician and could not solve the problem. They left saying that they will come with the expert technician on 14th February to solve the problem. But so far nobody from your side visited. Is this your service. First of all you have given a defective product (as after fourth try you could not solve it) and secondly you are reluctant to replace the product. What is this? Hope you will replace it at the earliest otherwise the court will take legal action.

                                      The technician who came to just reinstall the purifier again came today in my absence and collected rs.1000 from my mother replacing one cartridge and telling that if it is leaking you can lodge the complaint and concerned technician will come and he is not the one who is assigned to replace the cartridges. Why did he try to meddle with the cartridges when he is not assigned to do so?
