With lot of hope we have opted EUREKA FORBES vaccum cleaner, though karcher brand was suggested by my brother, we ordered WD X2 on 7th january 2018
with the brand name EUREKA FORBES we are expecting a lot from the vaccum cleaner as told by demo guy
we received the product on 10 Jan 18, on receiving of the produce it was very much disappointed us, it was not up to our expectation as told by the demo guy
so we thought of returning the Product, so we have raised the complaint about the same on 10 jan 18
on 11 jan 18, i have received an call from a guy, he told that they cannot take back the product, i have asked him that EUREKA FORBES have no question asked return policy
he told no, we cannot take back the product
so, today i called the customer care and asked them to escalate the complaint
Today also i have received call for Mr srinivas, he also told me the same they cannot take back the product,
told us that whatever the company tells, but they cannot take back the product
requesting the Eureka Fobres to promptly look into the issue
our sales person is Mr Dikshith, once sale is done he is not picking my call and not given me the invoice as well
