Hi team,

I am deeply upset with the service request.
I have raised a complaint on monday 14th aug'17 at 10.00 hrs under complaint # [protected], bearing the cust # [protected].
But till now 16th aug 2017 4.30 pm, no one has turned up to attend the meeting, we are trying to reach the technician mr bhairavnath, @ [protected], who made lot of promises at the time of amc, but no response from he as well.
I am spending lot of money buying the water cans from out side, i had to charge the amount to the company for the default of services.
I would like to see the technician at the earliest today (16th aug 2017).

    I have requested on 16/06/2017 for service of Dr.Aquaguard Magna installed at my home. The request was attended by Ms.Priya. S.
    Since there was no response from local service provider, I have called again on21/06/2017 attended by Sri. Yogesh Kanth M.
    After the request, i got a call from a fellow informing not to call office for service and he will do it personally and demanded Rs. 4500/- to 5000/- for getting it serviced. Two days later, got a call from office at Kannur and informed that around Rs 5000/- will be required for the service of the purifier.My wife asked how you know it exactly, without attending the home to diagnose the fault and asked them to send a technician urgently. Till now nobody has attended.
    The present machine was installed by the advise of Eureka Forbes technician after replacing another machine ( classic) which have an ongoing AMC. I faced several problems after installing the new one as they are not attending for service when requested.
    Please let me know what should I do now.
    Several email communications passed in this regard and every time got reply that the service will be done within two days.Finally I got a complaint request number [protected]. It is nearly two months the machine stopped working.

    Three more phone calls received since then. They keep on promising to send Technician, but nobody has attended till now. I have been requesting for more than three months for a usual service of your product. Your company totally failed to resolve the issue as assured by you. I am wondering the mind set of your service personnel, the way they are treating the customers. Let me see if any other options available to sort my issue.

      Please be informed that I am Aqua Guard Classic customer since 2004. Mine is transferable job and happy to be your customer until today. My aqua guard is not dispensing water. Although I have taken AMC valid till 23/09/2017, thru Aqua Service, Lucknow vide receipt No. 497 dated 24/09/2016. In - spite of lodging complaint today i.e. 14/08/2017 at 1700 hrs and assurance by customer care representative that it shall be attended today, no one has reported till now. We have no drinking water as of now and are forced to drink tap water in-spite of rainy season. In fact porblem had been reported to your representative Mr. Pankaj a fortnight ago at 2100 hrs, but he refused to come at 20.30 hrs although being at home. Machine dispenses water in the morning between 0600 hrs - 0800 hrs.

      You are kindly requested to get our problem attended on top priority.

        company not able to provide proper service.

        Company persons were very keen for renewal of AMC. after renewal in June, they brought kit that was open and fixed it. It has not been functioning since then as whole water is flushed and never stored. so many times complaint lodged but poor response and service and no solution, I have been much frustrated with the service handled. I want proper trained person attending, change the kit intalled and work to full satisfaction....

        Sir, i am sujata the user of aquaguard compact for 1.5 yrs, customer id [protected]. I hold an amp for 2 yrs. First service for this amc was done on 27th june, 2017. Serviceman change the cartridge. But after 1 month water coming from machine are not clear. I complaint for that. The service req no: [protected] dated 4 aug 2017. Serviceman came to home & told cartridge is not working & suggest for change the cartrige & pay for this.. My complaint against the cartridge. Why cartridge damage in 1 month? Why i 2nd time pay for this. My 2nd complaint no: [protected] on dated 13 th august 2017 against cartridge.

          Have complained about 4 days back.Nobody is bothered to attend the complaint.
          You all have provided me with your technicians
          mobile number...saying he is assigned the job.
          It is more than two days that he has never bothered
          to call and attend the complaint.
          We are trying his number and it is continuously
          giving us a message that this number is temporarily
          disconnected.
          Have emailed to you and informed your helpline
          number several times about this.
          But it seems you people are not bothered about
          your customers.
          Please provide me with the senior executives
          mobile number or email id...who will really look
          into this matter and resolve it immediately.

          Waiting since 4 days for the technician.There are only assurances that the technician will come, but nobody is bothered to call.Have a valid annual service contract with them.
          This happens everytime we place service request for our aquaguard water purifier.
          The local office in Bhandup west is the worst i have ever experienced.
          They never have there data updated and worst service centre.Nobody works properly.
          Many times i have been personally and the office is closed or opens late or there is no executive to answer us.
          This is the kind of service they provide to their regular customers.
          Calling since 4 days but no answer.
          Have emailed so many times to all the emailds, but no response yet.

            I am not sure if anyone reads these complaints because I have written a few and the ridiculousness is just unending. I had called the toll free number to request for a visit to check the water contents before deciding on which one to buy. The sales rep visited my house in a Sunday afternoon ( please note this) 5th August, took a cheque for 18000 for the RO UV filter and promised us that the product would be delivered that very week on Tuesday
            My parents who do not live in this city postponed their travel plans so that someone could be at home to receive the product and get the installation sorted. Till Thursday the product hadn't been delivered and only when I called the sales rep I was given an update saying it will be delivered the same day. Post this the guy stopped answering my calls and the product wasn't delivered! On Friday evening I called him from a different number and he answered and gave me his seniors number. I called up the senior who very curtly told me that the product would only come on Monday. So basically you guys work on weekends to take our money and close a deal but when it comes to delivery you guys stay shut!! Post this I called the helpline number where an extremely incompetent lady made me hold the line so that I could speak to her senior since she couldn't even understand my complaint. After a while I was told that the senior was busy. She then gave me two other numbera of some area heads etc. Both didn't bother to answer my calls. When I called the customer service number again some guy to my complaint. And I was told I will get a call within 48 hours. Imagine then my extreme anger when this afternoon someone from Eureka Forbes installation deptcalled me telling me he had received my complaint issue from their office saying I had complained that my installation has been delayed!! So basically no one has bothered to read my complaint about non delivery of product!! And when.i told him the same he apologized and asked me to call him when the product was delivered. Seriously do you guys not realise that you guys need to serioysly get your act together!!

              A fake company - ion exacense pvt ltd has serviced our aquaguard magna purifier and the same was confirmed when we called the aquaguard technicians. The filters read forbes technologies and are fake too. Aquaguard what's going on? Your guys have sent this person and looted 8175/- from me for 2 years amc and now their numbers are untraceable ([protected]). You guys have to fix it immediately!

              No service done as promised

              Change of candles Rs.5020/-. Two services free from today.

              If the candle goes bad in six months, they said they will replace it free.

              Absolute overcharging and cheating.

              Service is "outsourced". Funny, they fall at your feet before sales only to fleece you afterwards

                Hi,

                This is regarding the complaint raised on 4th of august of 2017. After raising the complaint, the technician came to our place and identified the problem with the aqua guard magna. He informed that the pcb and lamp needs to be repaired, as he was not sure if it was available in stock he provided his manager's no (Mr. Sunil - [protected]). After contacting mr sunil, he ensured that the parts will be sent through a technician within a day. Even after following up with him on alternate days there is no progress. He promised that the part is dispatched and technician will fix it today, but when i called him today, he said he is out of station and have no idea about it. He gave another number and asked to contact ([protected]) which is always giving an engage tone.

                Could you please help to sort it out?

                It's a real torture. I got 2-3 calls from the technician and they keep on asking what is complaint. But none turned up. Now again one guy called and asking what is the complaint. When I said, the earlier technician said its PCB and UV light need to replace, the technician is saying, I need to raise a complaint to his manager Hemant ([protected]). I am really not understanding the process. Why do I need to raise a different complaint to his manager for replacing the parts.
                Please do the need full and resolve it ASAP.

                  I made on-line purchase of dr. Aquaguard classic plus water purifier from eureka forbes' website on 28/06/2017. Payment was made on-line by debit card. Invoice no. Is [protected] dated 28/06/2017 and customer id is [protected]. The product was delivered next day. As per the prevailing scheme, a provogue wrist watch was promised as assured free gift with the said purchase, which was to be given soon after delivery of the water purifier. The watch has not been delivered till now. My various complaints to customer care have fallen on deaf ears. They seem to be just not bothered to resolve the complaint.

                    I am trying to contact your jorhat office since last two days. But all the time when i try to call them, it shows that the line is busy. How can it be possible that all the phones are busy at each and every movement through out the day? It is just a practice to avoid service request.
                    Secondly, i got a message from your service centre on 03.08.17 that a complain has been registered for my machine and a particular person has been appointed to look the complain. After few hours, an another message comes that the allotted person has completed his job. But actually, no complain was registered by me on that day and no technician from your side has visited us. What was the intention behind this to book a complain against my machine and also that to show that the service has been fulfilled. It is just a way to cheat the higher authorities.
                    We are in annual maintenance contract with your company and such type of activities is just not competing with the objectives of a contract. It shows, that how a person can collect the service charges and just try to elapse the time period. Your technician never visits to check the machine voluntarily. Its never. Moreover, when we try to contact them, the above problem persists.

                    One more thing, during my previous tenure of amc, i was eligible for a filter candle. Your technician mr. Debojit neog who was looking after our machine at that time, told that he will supply me that candle after some time. This incidence occurred probable 2 years back. After that, whenever we had a service call, everytime i reminded him for the same. It has also been entered in the service form several times which your persons asks us to sign after a service. Everytime i was given a assurance that next time it will be delivered. But till date, we haven't received the candle.
                    The question here is not of a candle, but the attitude your technicians are showing towards their service. Today also i called him up to help me to register my complain at jorhat office which he replied to call the office directly. On enquiring about the candle, again i got the same reply, that it is with him and that he will deliver the same after few days. If the goods are with him, then why he will deliver after few days? Here, i am compelled to believe that the candle which was scheduled to be fixed in my machine was sold unofficially to some other person.

                    You are requested to look into the above matters and act positively to it.

                        I just purchased dr. Aquaguard magna nxt hd ro + uv + mtds
                        Person from company came and installed it and it’s working fine.
                        Just after half an hour of installation, machine stop working now.
                        I called customer care and they said they will send someone within 2 working days.
                        What to do? Brand new product stop working just after installation.
                        Now without drinking water for 2-3 days after spending rs 19, 000.
                        And my old ro machine is removed to install this new one. So i have no option now.

                          My aquaguard water filter was bought in april 2016.in may 2017 it stopped working. We called service and were told that pbc needs to be replaced and will cost 1400 rs. At first we protested against being charged but were told that since warranty got over one month ago we shall have to pay. And then nothing happened. We kept complaining, each time we were assigned new complaint number, a mechanic was calling that he was on the way, but without the pbc. Nobody read our complaint. The aguaguard is still not working - it is three months. Lot of time wasted, many complaints, a big waste of money.

                            Issue is of Aeroguard Mist which is purchased by one of dealer at Gonda City (Uttar Pradesh).

                            We have purchased PRODUCT on recommendation of Doctor at serious need of Patient. Product is not working for which we complained on 24th JULY, 2017 and at your service one SERVICEMAN visit and took raw material out of it on 27th JULY, 2017 and promised to back on 29th July, 2017. Then on non return even after, we call at your helpline they keep on asking to so or so dates and on warning at end to file complain they give Complain No. [protected].
                            Today is 10August, 2017 still no positive result we got.

                              I had logged complaint on Eureka Forbes site for replacement of faulty filter. Against my complaint, your service person visited and told me for the replacement of filter as it is very badly blocked. As my product is under warranty, I request him to replace the same under warranty. But Eureka Forbes representative refuse to replace the same under warranty and ask me to pay for filter. As product is under warranty, I wish to get replacement of filter under warranty.

                                Request has been registered since 29th July 2017. No action has been taken in the last 13 days. I have been calling everyday and all i am being told is the same stupid verbatim, i apologise / i understand/ i am escalating and some one will come in 2 hrs...unfortunately the 2 hours havent happened in last 13 days
                                Today too i spoke to the shift supervisior Arnab Das...who transferred my call to the service manager Shantanu who in turn assured that i will hear from him in 10 min ...last 2 hours 10 min have not happened.
                                Do let me know that if you guys are incompetent in servicing in noida area...im sure the competition will be glad to help us

                                Not sure what to expect from you guys anymore still...may b some service centric person would address a customer pain

                                  I have purchased one water purifier of aqua guard uv model. Since beginning of the purchase i am getting problem and so many complain i have lodged by telephone and by mail. Every time service person visited and same issue reoccurred. Sometime water is not properly filling up and white layer was floating on the water. I don't have hesitation if i say there service person and product is below standard. Regarding white layer their service person gave reason that this is due to accumulation of salt or dead germ is floating. It is very ludicrous statement but company never sent qualified service person. Although i have made amc arrangement but still proper qualtiy of water is not coming. Although with their sales person instruction and subsequently checked the water quality they referred the uv water purifier.

                                  Now i can say aqua guard product and their service person is very poor. Nobody should purchase their product.

                                  But what you will do? you send some in experience service person who will give stupid logic. Could you satisfy myself that the water I am drinking from this purifier is better than normal water. How can I convince myself that your product is actually functioning properly? However, I have made so many complains and also made complain in this forum also on February 2016 but sending some service person nothing has done and you people were just waiting for expiry of warranty period.

                                  I don't have any hesitation to say eureka forbes products are not upto the mark and you people are making fool to normal customer just through advertisement.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have a eureka fobes water purifier at home and for which we had taken amc for 2 years by paying rs. 2720/- and a service charge of rs. 400/- additional on 03.08.2017. Immediately after the service on 05.08.2017 the machine stopped working and no power was coming to machine. We had complained daily from 05.08.2017 to 09.08.2017, inspite of this no service person visited and the service centre people said they didnt get our complain. Now for these 4 -5 days we have to buy water from market and these people are least bothered about service after collecting money for 2 years in advance.

                                    I would advice every one not to buy any product of eureka fobes.

                                      We have taken 2 aquaguard ro+uv purifiers last year and both have stopped working (Filtering). We placed request for repair almost 2 month back and your executive told that it cannot be repaired and need to be replaced. After that we have been calling customer service for replacement and they keep telling that they are placing request for it, but nothing is happening after that. Now we do not want to follow up any more, kindly return our money back or replace it with new one as soon as possible. Please take an immediate action on this.
