I made on-line purchase of dr. Aquaguard classic plus water purifier from eureka forbes' website on 28/06/2017. Payment was made on-line by debit card. Invoice no. Is [protected] dated 28/06/2017 and customer id is [protected]. The product was delivered next day. As per the prevailing scheme, a provogue wrist watch was promised as assured free gift with the said purchase, which was to be given after delivery of the water purifier. When the watch was delivered in more than 2 weeks, i contacted customer care on 15/07/2017 and i was told that the watch could not be delivered due to glitch in net, but the same would be positively delivered within a weak. Thereafter, i have contacted the concerned sales person, mr. Shri krishan[protected] a number of times, but he also has proved to be of no help at all. There has been no response to my complaints.
This kind of attitude was least expected from a company of high repute. I would expect that needful is done without any further delay.

Updated by gswalia No one has even contacted me till now, leave alone resolving the complaint. One weak has passed since I was assured that someone from their team in New Delhi would connect with me. It reflects very badly on company's reputation and image.

The watch has not been delivered till now. My various complaints to customer care have fallen on deaf ears. They seem to be just not bothered to resolve the complaint.
But I didn't receive any service from company.
I want immediate action on my complaint as soon as possible.
And my other complaint is the no of complaint at company is not toll free it is so expensive to do a call to company is this is not good service
