I changed all the filters and the guy who came said he changed bushes or something to stop leakage . As soon as he went it started leaking again. When I called him on his phone he asked me raise a ticket. OK n the website I tried several times to raise ticket but could not. I also paid for amc and now being able to use the filter. Very frustrating because I have little children and leakage give place lot of bacteria...

Inspite of our repeated reminders n complaint no one has attended for service replacement of candle of my water purifier.Is it the standerd u maintain by taking advance payment? is it not your responsibility to attend under amc wiithout complaining? we complained on [protected]/[protected]/[protected].All r negligent n making false commitements.
