Registered 3 service request, [protected], [protected], [protected]. No one has attended. I have taken amc for 3 years, service was done for 1 year. Every 6 months i am getting a message that service engineer will visit for mandatory service. But no one comes. This time i have registered a complaint on may 20th that got closed without any reason. No one called. Then i raised another complaint on june 01, i got a message with an engineers number. But he didn't call. I called upon the customer care number and i was informed that within 8 hrs, the engineer will attend. But no use. Again i raised the complaint on 12th. Again got the message with engineer number. I called him, he informed that within 2 hrs he will reach. But no use. Again contacted customer care, they told within 1 day it will be resolved.
Paying so much money as amc and getting no service. I have taken leave from my work for all these days, hoping that someone will attend. Such worst service. Eureka forbes having such a worst web page, where it shows that we can log service request. But that doesn't work. When we try to log request it always shows the error message "fill all mandatory fields", even if all fields are filled. Also the site is having a page to escalate the service request. If we try this page it will ask for service request number. But it doesn't accept any service req number. It always shows "this service request is no longer valid".
