Respected sir/mam,
As per official bill, we purchased an aqua guard (Classic +) from eureka forbes on 27/09/2016, but it failed in functioning properly after first servicing. Now the water which it is giving is in very bad condition. Not only mud and dust particles are seen in a heavy quantity in the water but also odour of the water recieved is a terrible. We made a complaint a four month ago, but we havent recieved any proper feedback on our complaint. Their technicians are just coming and having a look at the product but they have'nt repaired it. Moreover, there staff members, manager, etc. Are arogantly talking with us and misbehaving. Due to this unhealthy drinking water our family is facing severe health problems and getting hospitalised.
Please look in into this matter as earlier as possible.

    Hi,
    I bought aquaguard water purifier superb model last year which is around rs.25000.in the past two weeks, water started leaking outside. I spoke with customer care & my request no is [protected]. The technician said i need to replace the internal parts which cost around rs.4500 & also he mentioned that i need to change the parts on every year. And also in the first time, while fitting the purifier in my home, fitter said i need to another filter outside the water purifier box. What the hell is that? While purchasing seller said nothing need to replaced regularly.

    I got a call from your technician and again he said the same story. and also he said, the same amount need to pay to change the filters & every year. it's really useless. i am not willing to pay Rs.4000 every year. can you please take the device and refund the money.

    Worst installment in purifier in Kanchipuram. They don't know how to fix the outer body in the machine. As well as they said we are not responsible for hanging the machine in wall. His number is [protected]. I buy the machine in saravana and co kancheepuram. They also support him. Like these type of people you company must be going back
    Hello Team,

    I am facing same water Leaking issue exactly after one year of purchase "Aqua-guard Superb Purifier " . Got similar response from aqua-guard engineer mentioning replacement of some internal parts and need to change each year. Cost would be 4000 + service charge

    Can someone help me with the suggestion how the previous issue of "Vijayaragavan" resolved last time.

    I bought aquaguard water purifier nrich 100ro+100uv model on 02.07.21 which is around rs.18000. from day 1water started leaking bottom. I spoke sales representative who saled the product to me, day 1 responded and said I will arrange service engineer and 2nd onwards not lifting the phone and again raised the compliant no on responded, plz don't by from Eureka goto some local brands they will give good service and cost also less

      Amc service not done for more than an year by the eureka forbes company.
      Details of the purchase and amc are given below

      Latest amc renewal details as given below
      Contract receipt number :[protected] dated 20/6/2015
      Number of years for amc service: 3 years from 20/6/2015 to 19/6/2018

      I would like to get the amc done quicklt since it is not done for last one and half years.
      The usual period of regular free maintenance is once in six months.

      Complaint number 2:
      I could not talk to the complaint call centre in the helpline or the service centre number since the automated voice say that my numbers from which i call are not registered. This is bemusing on one side that you definitely has to call from the same number.
      Secondly though i tried from all my existing numbers many times in different days the same responce that all my numbers are unregistered so i cant register my complaint is the response..
      Please check what joke is this..
      I am clueless on how to properly reach and complain

      This is plain cheating.

        Hi team,

        I brought eureka forbes aquaguard ro+uv almost 3 years back and my customer id is - [protected]. I was happy with the product and service till last month. Every year i renew the amc.
        Recently i got a call from service agent “vijay” (Mobile no – [protected]) that amc renewal is pending so i asked him to come and replace the filters also. He came to my house on promised day and renewed the amc along with water filter replacement.
        The moment he left the house after changing the water filters i noticed that water is leaking from the filter and heard sparking sound & burning smell. I called him and informed the same. He promised to come on next day to check the issues. He came next day and after checking it we noticed that as the water filter was not fitted properly because of that water was leaking from the filter. There was wire beneath the filter which came under dripping water contact and got burnet.
        I asked him to change it immediately as it could be very risky. He said that he is not having wire part with him so he will come after 2 days but since then he is neither picking my call nor responding back.

        When i call him from my friends number he will pick it thinking its unknown number and the moment he hear my name and voice he just say “hello hello” and cut the call. After waiting for few weeks i finally called customer care on last sunday (11th june) and reported the same problem.
        I have been told that the service request (Request number – [protected]) will be resolved within 2 working days and the request got assigned to the same service person - “vijay krishna” (Mobile no – [protected]).
        It’s been 5 working days now and i did not get any call from him.
        We can still hear the spark sound and burning smell. I am very much dissatisfied with the behavior and service of the agent and at same feeling risky to use the water purifier. If you (Eureka forbes) cannot provide a good customer service then please let me know. I’ll better sell this water purifier and go with some other brand.

          After taking a demo of aquaguard magna nxt ro + uv the salesperson mr. Ayannar ([protected]) had been calling us regularly for 2 weeks and finally he had offered us a exchange discount of rs.1, 900 on magna nxt model with mrp rs 18890 after exchange of our old aquaguard purifier.

          But later we received an outdated magna (Not nxt) model of mrp rupees 17490, and when we informed the sales person he argued and misinformed us that it's the same model and just mrp difference just like that.

          As we felt cheated we told him and his sales head mr. Senthil kumar ([protected]) to take back the unopened product and give us our payment cheque back and not to present the post dated cheque as we have issued a stop payment to the bank. Not only the sales head was rude, he told us to pay rs.1300 extra to get the new nxt model and even after many warnings he presented the cheque against our instructions.

          This was very unprofessional and unacceptable from a reputed company eureka forbes. We demand an immediate action on the sales people and supply us the magna nxt hd ro+uv+uf model for the promised amount.

          Note. We are a eureka forbes customer from 8 years now.

          Firstly it was a pain getting the problem resolved as it took more than a month and 100s of call to your managers and staff, there was no initiative from Eureka forbes, it was because of my wife who daily use to make half a dozen calls that it finally got resolved. It was a nightmare.

          Secondly this booking was done by us during a eureka camp where they were offering Lifetime free service (where in no extra charge for service personnel visiting us), Now after installation done your smart manager says you can take the machine to nearest service centre where they will charge only for spares fees . What a revelation .

          One way or other we were forced to be fooled and we have exhausted energy to fight anymore

          I request you to kindly solve this issue also (as promised life time service visit free - only spares charged), after such a traumatic experience, this is the least we can get.

              I had bought vacume cleaner today and it seems like i can't operate or confused so i called customer care number but it's saying my phone number is not register and again i call delhi service center number but it's not picking up but in usual it's 24 hour service but now it seems like 2, 3 hour useless service. Earlier the shopkeeper really appreciate the company and i thought it's seems good and should recommmend my friend but now i think your service is poor. How can customer care can be like not picking up, not responding, does not exist. Don't make fool please, response as soon as you can as it's our first time to use this company and we want to contact further so please don't break trust in first time which make me feel disgusted.                 Waiting since may for my mandatory amc. On two occasions, technicians came, but could not do the job as they did not have the filters of my ro machine to change. They aske me to call mr. Atul raut, service in charge, porvorim, goa. I cannot get through to him.
                When will my service be done? This is my third year with amc only once the filters were changed.

                  I buyied dr. Aquaguard's "classic" model yesterday but started facing service problems from the first day of the purchase. I requested your sales executive who contacted me many times to buy the water filter but after i purchased it i requested him to provide a water pipe which is to be attached to the outlet from where purified water comes out but after calling him several times he didn't provided us the pipe and kept making the false statements whole day that he is in the way, etc etc and all that but till now i have not received it.                     Registered 3 service request, [protected], [protected], [protected]. No one has attended. I have taken amc for 3 years, service was done for 1 year. Every 6 months i am getting a message that service engineer will visit for mandatory service. But no one comes. This time i have registered a complaint on may 20th that got closed without any reason. No one called. Then i raised another complaint on june 01, i got a message with an engineers number. But he didn't call. I called upon the customer care number and i was informed that within 8 hrs, the engineer will attend. But no use. Again i raised the complaint on 12th. Again got the message with engineer number. I called him, he informed that within 2 hrs he will reach. But no use. Again contacted customer care, they told within 1 day it will be resolved.

                    Paying so much money as amc and getting no service. I have taken leave from my work for all these days, hoping that someone will attend. Such worst service. Eureka forbes having such a worst web page, where it shows that we can log service request. But that doesn't work. When we try to log request it always shows the error message "fill all mandatory fields", even if all fields are filled. Also the site is having a page to escalate the service request. If we try this page it will ask for service request number. But it doesn't accept any service req number. It always shows "this service request is no longer valid".

                      First, i had given sbi cheque for ecs and there some issues with you people and it was failed. Later, your executive krishnappa was collecting cash monthly and in month of november 2016, i have cleares complete payment in cheque.                         We have purchased euroclean deep clean wd x2 wet & dry vacuum cleaner at your branch address 6-3-789, 506, 5th floor, pavani prestige, ameerpet, hyderabad - 500016. Contact person shaik shanwaz. After 15 days from purchased date this the machine has not working properly. It has stopped after 5 mins and produce too much heat from motor. And it wont start then. We send this to your service center (Above mentioned address) several time they repaired it send it us back. We have doubt on this as it is defective one.

                        Please look into this and do need full asap.

Till this date nobody has come for instalation. From 9th onward everyday i made 3 complains a day. Eventhogh no result. Even on 11/6 i fill customer feedback form stating nonvisit of technician. Eachtime your representative told that man will come today. But there is no result. Please do needfull in matter and send technician.

                              I am using eureka forbes dr. Aqua guard magna machine and my customer id is [protected]. While at the time of booking the sales person informed me about their service is like that much level and all. But as they said they are like that only for the past year. But now am yet to close my waranty period. So as a result am complaining for the past 15 days. No one answers me properly am complaining frequently the cust care agent informed me your complaint is in open state and everytime they provide me the service request number. Yes offcourse i know its in open state because no one attended my complaint they promised today our people come and clear everyday. But no one will come. Very patheetic service and the very porr part is after calling they asked for the service feedback. Dont know what they expect from me top fill that.

                                I have order the vacuum cleaner wdx2 almost 20 days back and it has delivered after a week of my order. Before order the executives mr. Dharshan (Mobile no [protected]) and mr. Deepak (Mobile no [protected]) did all the dramas and made us to buy it. Finally we ordered through online with their employee reference. Now from last couple weeks we have been calling them for demo and free gift which we supposed to get along with an order, both of these guys not picking the call and one or two times they pick the call and responded like today or tomorrow we will come and give the demo but till now no one came. Really very disappointed with this company and service executives. Very much negligence people they have only thing is they need order once they get it thats all we have to behind them even i[censored] follow up with them also no use... Very very worst service.

                                  I got amc done on 30.05.2016 for an year but got only one service during the whole year that too on the same date of payment and amc done. Before the expiry date of my amc i called to the service centre of my area. Believe me, i am exaxerating have called this person shiv shankar kumar at least 10times. Every time he is assuring to come but didn't come till now.
                                  Have tried other customer care nos also but nothing turned up fruitful.
                                  If the company can't provide the proper service then they should not do amc.
                                  I request u to please look into the matter seriously and do the needful.

                                    I am on 2 year amc with eureka forbes for my ro water purifier. Got sms on 2/5/2017 informing of the service visit. None turned up. The service person refuses to answer the phone calls on most occasions; else, he gives false promise of visiting the same day.
                                    Booked a complaint on 8/6/2017 explaining the details and was promised of a solution on or before 10/6/2017. Nothing happened and booked a complaint again on 12/6/2017 and was promised of solution the very same day. Nothing happened. Again have booked complaint and got the same false promise of the solution today. On all three occasions, neither sms was sent informing complaint number nor was given when online. However, immediate sms was sent for customer feedback!
                                    Not helping by giving contact details of higher officers either.
                                    The equipment is still waiting for service!

                                      I buy a water purifier online product
                                      Within a month purifier make too noicy and with very least pure water
                                      Book a complain on [protected] as on 6 may, 17 may, 5th june and 9th june.
                                      Nobody visit for services and suddenly a fallow come home at dinner time for service. Worst service by eureka forbes. So i expect better services coz i pay thrise as compare to other purifier company.
