For seven days, every day, I've called up the Eureka Forbes service center in Kolkata to get my Aquaguard machine reinstalled in my new apartment. Every single time, thwy have assured me that a technician will come right away. It's been seven days that we've been without drinking water. Even after daily reminders and repeated reassurances, the team hasn't been able to solve the problem. Can someone please help?...

I have purchased a aquaguard from talcher. I am doing amc always. Till now I have done an amc for 2 years. But i am shifting my house from talcher to bhubaneswar. I have several times reminded the local aquaguard office to change my filters etc. As per norms of the company. But no body listen to me.

I purchased eureka forbes ro+uv+uf ltds on 27.11.17. With its repair complaints lodged on 27.02.17. The service technician told that its ac dc is fused. Therefore the ro is out of order.
Please send your service technician to customer [protected] on june 25, 2017 or on 26 june 2017 for repairing the ro. Instead of may 2017.

I purchased the aquaguard (Dr Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV) hardly a month back. Since then I am facing trouble with the set. Water overflows/leaks at random time without any apparent reason.

I have called up repair & maintenance person through customer care number. The person worked on the set a number of time but still the same problem is present.
