The machine is out of order. have been complaining daily minimum 3/4 times,
no response.
It appears the technicians are recruited by Eureka Forbes, after the customer complains or the technicians are required to walk few hundred kilometers to reach the site . Otherwise it should not take 20 days and 25 calls to attend the problem . Still not resolved. Now, it is taking 6 days with just 10 calls.
What word than Pathetic and Horrible servicing will suit here?

    Hi, I raised the Complaint ID - [protected] on the 30th of July and technician visited on the 31st of July. The issue is motherboard is not working anymore. He placed the request for new motherboard. Since then I am waiting for time estimation from them. I tried to escalate the issue to area head but it didn't worked as well.

    I took AMC for ~4500 rs and since from last 15 days I am spending daily 120 rs (30 litre of RO water ) amounting my spend to 1800 in last 15 days and still increasing.

    If you want to take your time kindly gives us alternate machines, you have so many products of monthly rent system in market. But you are not interested in giving a alternate machine till it repairs.

    Now their escalation matrix is also not useful. It doesn't help at all.

    I need couple of things -
    1. Take years to repair/arrange the motherboard but provide the replacement machine to me.
    2. My AMC should be extending on pro-rate based on my spending. I spend 1800 rs in last 15 days on water.

        I placed an order for Robo LVAC Voice Pro for my Goa residence ( i am already using one at my Bandra west, Mumbai residence ) . The robovac was delivered to me at my Goa address in my name i.e Gurunath V. Bichu
        Customer code [protected] / invoice no.[protected] / Ref no. [protected] / Invoice date 14.062024 by TAC LOgistics on 17/06/2024.
        Delv No. 35342596 / P.O No. and Date SO 3433753 dtd. 14.06.2024

        The LVAC was made operational in the last week of June 2024 by your Sales Representative Mr. Gopi Pandey online through the App.
        On the very first RUN, the machine started rotating at some constant points of the floor and on checking it was observed that water had entered the dirt compatment thus making the dirt collected wet and soggy. All this was conveyed to Gopi who tried to rectify it online but could not do the same . Relevant Photos plus Videos were also provided.

        Later we informed Gopi that after using the Robovac, it was observed that the water tank which was full was as it is and did not disperse a drop of water. So again he tried to make the changes online and increase the flow of water for mopping . But could not do the same. The robovac is a defective unit and needs replacement immediately . All this was conveyed to your reprentative regularly and he assured us of a replacement before we made the payment for the unit . Accordingly payment was released.

          Dear Eureka Forbes Customer Service,

          I am reaching out to express my serious concern and disappointment regarding my unattended service request (CM[protected] for my water purifier.

          I have an AMC Gold plan(valid until 17/Jun/2026) for my AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO+UV+MTDS water purifier

          Unit is not working and I had raised a service request for the same (CM[protected]. Although its mentioned the issue will be resolved in 24hours on the app. I can see the ticket is still not assigned to the technician.

          I have called customer care for more than 8 times and I am getting a standard answer like (issue has been informed to the locality manager and give us one more chance to resolve the issue). In the last instance when I spoke to the escalation team they kept my call On-Hold for more than 25 mins and disconnected the call abruptly.

          I am yet to receive any communication or visit from a service engineer. This delay is not only frustrating but also alarming, considering I have an AMC in place.

          I relied on the reputation of Eureka Forbes for prompt service, especially under an AMC.

          I sincerely hope that this matter can be addressed urgently. Continuous delay and lack of communication tarnish the trust and goodwill that customers have towards your brand. I request an immediate response to this email, along with a definitive timeline for when the service will be attended.

          I appreciate your attention to this matter and anticipate prompt resolution.

            Dear sir / madam
            I have an active AMC for my water purifier. My aqua guard is not working for the past two weeks and I have booked service request through web. But it get automatically cancelled Saying on my request.

            I haven't requested them to cancel at any point of this time.
            If you can't service my aqua guard kindly refund the AMC amount. Since service visits never happened

              Pathetic experience with Eureka forbes
              I bought a water purifier one year back. It was perfectly working well. Then one day a technician came for free servicing and from that day onwards problem started and water started over flowing. The technician came thrice but could not solve the problem. We changed the technician but he was more dangerous and demanded us for doing the AMC. Eureka Forbes is losing its customers in this way. It is also demolishing its brand name. Pathetic experience

                Pathetic product, pathetic service...My water purifier is not working since past one week, lodged a complaint, engineer came, he said one part needs to be changed...came the next day and changed that part...then he said again another part needs to be changed and he doesn't have that part...it's been 4 days now, there's no news of either the engineer or the part.
                I have been buying/borrowing water and calling the toll free number...none is able to help...
                DID NOT EXPECT THIS FROM A COMPANY OF A CALIBRE OF EUREKA FORBES!!!

                  I cancelled the order on 15/07/2023 before it arrive and asked for the refund . They raised a compliant CM[protected] but so far no progress . Every time i call or email them they say it will be resolved but nothing happened so far.. Lost trust in this service they provide .. If anyone read this content please resolve this issue and refund me the amount immediately.

                      I have been using Water Purifier from this company for more than decades and even upgraded the models as recommended by Service Professional over the years. I have regularly paid for the AMC also.

                      However this time the AMC and Services are deplorable and pathetic. Since last week of May we have been facing one issue or the other, sometimes some part conk off, sometimes other. Then I am told that part is ordered...takes its own time to come despite connecting with a manager named Atul Munjal on May 30th"...now its been twice that despite of the new parts being installed - the machine is not working. On Jul 11, the new part came and post installation we were told that this is also not working. Only the service requests keep getting uploaded and updated on the mobile app. This is absurd, We have spent thousands on bottled water over the last 7 weeks - is this why we take AMC???? Since Jul 11, I have been receiving repeated assurances from Customer Service and Rachit Gupta who earlier assured resolution by 12th July, then again and even today I am being told via reply mail again that he will be escalating the issue to the senior leadership team that your complaint/request is prioritized and attended without any further delay. That they have again created a priority ticket Task No[protected] with reference to earlier complaint number- CM[protected] to expedite a resolution of your issue.

                      I have also demanded an extension of my Current AMC by 2 months in 2025 - to which no attention has been paid

                        I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) I purchased from Eureka Forbes on May 30, 2024. Despite the contract's promise of regular service and maintenance for 24 months, I have not received any service since the inception of the contract.

                        Below are the details of my AMC:

                        Despite my numerous attempts to contact your customer service team, I have not received a satisfactory response or the promised services. This lack of service is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience.

                        Given the circumstances, I request a full refund of the amount paid for the AMC. Please process this refund at the earliest and confirm the same via email or phone.

                          I have taken the AMC Customer Code- [protected] Invoice No. : I[protected] Invoice Date: 12.12.2022 Sales order no: [protected] ) directly from company for 3 years and paid 4950 INR and then called them for replacing carbon filter in same month. Then, i got to know through their service engineer that this product got obsolete and no parts are available. i had called them to refund the money due to non-availability of parts but all in vain as response was AMC is non-refundable. Till date, i had not received any services due to non-availability of parts. I had multiple written communications available with me which in their systems and mail too. i can see 35 times communication done by me in between 22 December till 30 April 2023 but only repetitive response that AMC is non-refundable.

                              Eureka forbes ltd - your customer service is really poor. I opted for return and refund of water softener.
                              It is hard earned money of 60k. Amount has refunded without gst. Why we need to pay gst without product. Anyway you will sell the product to other customer. Please resolve i want my gst amount to refunded

                                      I am writing to express my concerns regarding the water filter I purchased from your company, which cost me ₹25, 000. Despite using an external filter to protect the main filter, within a year, a technician informed me that all filters are depleted and need replacement at my expense.

                                      I understand that under an AMC, the filters would be replaced at the company's cost. However, during the warranty period, I am expected to cover these costs, which feels unfair. The filters should last longer, and this issue suggests a problem with the product's durability.

                                      Moreover, the grievance team has been unresponsive, often sending default template messages and assigning technicians who close the requests without proper resolution, as if instructed by the customer.

                                      I request that you either:

                                      Replace the filters at the company’s cost, or
                                      Refund the money for this product, as it has not met the expected quality standards.
                                      If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the Consumer Court.

                                        Have taken AMC for the period from 13/04/2024 to 12/04/2025 and paid Rs 2199 for the same. Machine not working from 12/06/2024 but till today not working till the time of writing this mail. Technician saying part not available to machine cannot be repaired. If machine cannot be repaired please refund me Rs 2199 taken for AMC
