I have purchased Aquaguard Genius + machine just couple of months before, It was not working on very first day itself. I had requested them a lot to give me replacement, but though my email conversation went up to their directors, they didn't given me replacement but got repaired
Now, product is not working again, I have registered complaint on 24th Feb. Called 3 time to customer support. Today it 8th of March, still they have not taken any action.
Because of this future issues, I initially wanted a good working machine as a replacement but they have not given it.
But, on registering complaint again and again they are not taking it seriously.
I have registered complaint 2 weeks before but still they have not resolved issue. If I called their engineers, One person says your area is given to other person, and he is on leave. Other says your ordered parts of machine is not reached from Mumbai yet.
I am in Pune, and they are saying parts not received from Mumbai in 2 weeks. Online shopping companies delivers product from another state in about a week's period.
Eureka Forbes providing very pathetic service. I am just getting frustrated of buying their product.
