I have raised an incicdnt 97211615 and again raised another one on 19th oct 97255885 for reinstallation. Although the sla is 2 days. No installation has happened.
Also customer care tells that technician will come today and no one turns up.
There is a ggr number provided [protected] which is suppose to be escalation. But no one picks up the call.
If you call them for new product or amc they will be at your doorstep day 1 but for service they are very very poor. I dont recommande this product.
Service and response is very very poor.

    Eureka Forbes is not giving me service even when I am in contractual period. It's the 3rd time I am complaining in the same week. Still no body came to service the water purifier.

      I took an AMC for two years on first week of September 2016 for my Geneus Model by paying 8480 rupees. The very day the technician replaced the filters. Since then the water taste changed totally. I complained, for that the technician visited and told me that one of RO membrane got damaged and he will replace the same after they get the stock. After my repeated complain he brought a membrane without seal or cover and replaced it. But the water taste remained the same. And I am after them since then but no one is attending our case. I need my AMC money back. I am from Coimbatore. My last complained request number is [protected]

        Sir, i have purchased reviva water purifier from snapdeal. i have recieved delivery on 13 th oct, 2016. i have send sms for fresh installment of the product

Even a technician visited but he was denying to install the reviva because he told he don't provide service for reviva but if i want service from him, i have to him 350/ as chrges for it. when i told him to let me confirm from the customer care, he threaten me to not provide any sevice in future also if i don't pay. i again complaint in customer care for lots of time yet idont get any service for installation. i have all the call records and complaint no.

          I have register a complaint for my Aqua fresh water purifier on 8th Oct (Complaint No. [protected]) but it was closed 15th Oct without even being visited by engineer. When called again the call centre then they have not opened the old case but opened the new case(Complaint No. [protected]) but that was also closed on 20th October with even visited by engineer.
          We are struggling with water for the last 15 days and the unethical behaviour of the company is causing us to struggle more for rectifying our problem

This is purely a cheating case with consumers which should be taken seriously and the respective company or person should be penalized for the same.

            November 2015 i purchased a aquaguard xpert. On 12th october 2016 i requested for candle replacement of the filter. Mr rohan pawar from eureka forbes, visited us on 14th october 2016, he replaced the candles and charged rs. 3600 for the same. After the replacement the filter started leaking. I logged a complain and the same person visited us on 16th october, 2016, for the redressal of the complain. He came twice on 16th october 2016 but could not correct the issue. I again logged complain with eureka forbes but no one came to attend the issue. Our last request no is [protected], customer id is [protected]
            Finally we got is corrected on 23rd october 2016 by another local technician, the replacement done by mr rohan pawar was not propper. Due to which water entered the circuit, display of the filter was not coming, water leakage was there. One valve had to be replaced. For all this i had to pay rs. 2000 to the local techniocian. I had to bear all this due to mr. Rohan pawar/eureka forbes. Till today nobody has visited us from eureka forbes

            I had made an online purchase of Wet and Dry Vaccum cleaner. There was delay in delivery. No executive had come for demo. At the time of purchase, they assured a wrist watch as gift, which is not sent. Overall my experience with after sale of Eureka Forbes is the worst. I suggest those who are planning to make any purchases of Eureka Forbes products to think twice before deciding to buy any product.

            Inspite of repeated emails to take back the product and refund my money, company resoponded a few emails and now they are are not acknowledging / responding to my request.
            Madam/Dear Sir, Please refer to the captioned subject. 2. I have bought a Eureka Forbes Easy Clean Plus daily use vacuum cleaner for domestic use on 19.10.2016 from reliance digital stores, gariahat. The piece sold to me is defective. I insisted on a demo of the m/c I was buying which was not provided, now the piece is defective.

                I have purchased dr aquaguard magna ro last month in calicut i submit a request and two people came to home with product and aftr 3days they installed it.its about 1month ago now its not working for the last 4days . i have called the service centre for 5times and they didnt came yet. when iam trying to reach the dealers in the bill adress and i cant find a eureka forbs office ther . i think they dont have a proper office or service centre here in calicut. if they cant service a product they sould not sale this . i dont want this product anymore they are irresponsible

                  I bought the above said product but it is very much problematic since purchase.. It is under warranty people came to service many times.. My family is completely dependant on Aquaguard.. But if again and again problem arises we are completely unable to drink water except buying a bottle from outside at night...                     This is reference to my earlier complain No .Som 78797 dt. 20-10-16. It is regretted that after a considerable time has passed, neither any reply has received nor any salesman visited to my residence for demo of the Vaccum Cleaner though Mr. Susanta Sarkar, salesman, [protected] assured me that he will demonstrate after the Durga Puja. Now I have decided that there is no value of assurance of the said salesman and in future I shall not purchase any thing from the so called reputed Great eastern Trading Co, Kancharapara and also forbid my friends/relatives and others to purchase nothing from the said Trading Co. only for their sales Representative like Mr sarkar who did not care the customer.

                        As a loyal customer of eureka forbes for years, i purchased this aguaguard enhance water purifier (Uv) in bangalore in april 2014. Every now and then, the fuse unit has been giving trouble and it's getting replaced by their technicians but there is a severe manufacturing defect in the piece that i have bought and every 3 months once, i am spending about rs.1, 000 towards rectifying those bloody fuse and wiring defects.

                        I request you to get this unit replaced with a new unit without any cost as i have been cheated by them by giving a defective piece.

                        Just horrible and unbearable. I am going through the trauma for the last 2 years and every now and then it breaks down. Such a crap and faulty unit they've delivered to a loyal customer. I have been totally deceived by their suppliers.

                            I bought a Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner - TRENDY WET & DRY DX from Flipkart on 8th Jan 2016.
                            We use the vacuum cleaner mainly to clean the carpet and cove lighting areas only and nothing more.

                            But we have already given 3 times for service and we cannot spend half the time giving a new vacuum cleaner for service again and again.

                            Kindly give us the full refund of it or replace with a new one.

                                Hello Sir,

                                I write the below mail with High regrets.

                                I am totally dis-satisfied with the way the Customer Service is handled by Eureka Forbes representatives.

                                This is a serious issue which was neglected and nobody from customer care representatives took necessary action to resolve the same.

                                I bought Aquaguard Enhance RO + UV on 28th June 2014 @Rs.16490/-.

                                AMC was also entertained on 4th January [protected]@Rs.4580/-.

                                The Machine is under repair since 15th September 2016.

                                I placed several complaints since 20th September 2016 till date. Details of Compliants are furnished below.

                                2nd Complaint: (Escalation No. 96930249 dated 23rd September 2016)

                                3rd Compliant: (Escalation No. 89428215 dated 27th September 2016)

                                4th Compliant: (Escalation No. 89469420 dated 29th September 2016)

                                5th Compliant : [protected] dated 15th October 2016

                                6th Compliant : (Escalation No.[protected]

                                So Many Private calls made by me to the customer care went in vain.

                                Though the Machine is under AMC Coverage, I am buying Mineral Water(bubble top) since 15th September 2016 by paying Rs.50/- Cash per can.

                                This kind of poor performance at your side will damage the name and fame of Eureka Forbes Brand.

                                Hence, I request you to make urgent arrangements to get the Machine repaired urgently without any further delay.

                                I am totally stressed and am in mental agony because of this issue.

                                If Incase, there is no expertise to resolve this issue, I would kindly request you to take back the Machine and refund the AMC and as well as the Machine Cost.

                                  A complaint raised on 13th October not resolved till 17th Oct late evening despite repeated assurances. Company's call centre executives have no answer, i took number of the area manager who doesnt answer my calls after repeated attempts, i take number of the local service centre from where the technician is supposed to visit but that number again goes back to the customer call centre on IVRS.

                                  I asked Company's customer care executives to transfer the call to your seniors and after 3 attempts, they still cant get me to speak to your seniors because the call disconnects everytime they try and transfer the call. And it seems there is no concept of call-back etc in your whole company,

                                  This is the worst customer service i have ever faced not because it has taken longer than expected to resolve but because nobody in your entire system feels the responsibility of giving an answer or calling back when trying to reach back.

I have paid for AMC. Even after giving complaint and explaining defaults, at toll free number, the service engineers has came twice without proper parts and without taking appointment.                                     I have purchased Aquaguard classic purifier on the date of 11th September 2016 but due to higher value of water TDS, we are unable to use this purifier.

                                    So i requested to return the product. My return request id is : #002558

                                    I generated request on 29th September 2016 for refund but still no action has been taken from the team.

                                    Only answer which i'm getting from their customer care executive is they are doing on it and they will clear it soon.

                                      No response from coporate office mumbai no 30449700 and couldnot get contact no of anu kotian customer complain head contact no. Their website for escalating service request is not working at all - then whom to contact for grivences??? Jayesh parikh cust id [protected]. No response from your corporate no is the first issue. Another issue is that your website containing link to escalte the issue is not responding. What to do???

                                      No response from your corporate Mumbai office no 30449700 is the first issue. Another issue is that your website containing link to escalte the issue ( Step 2 ) is not responding. What to do???...
