On oct 7, 2016 while our house help was washing dishes, the eureka forbes ro fell and injured her on the head. I called the company on the same day to check the fault and fix it. The reason it fell was that the plastic behind the ro which sits on the nails on the walls just broke. This is a huge defect in the ro.
The technician came on oct 8th, inspected it, and said he would bring the parts and repair the machine on oct 10th. No one came on 10th. I called 2 times, i was assured the 1st time they would come before lunch, 2nd time i was assured they would come by evening. No one came.
I again called in the evening. I was told they will send someone next morning. Noone came.
I called the next afternoon, i was told someone will come by evening. No one came.
It's now 10pm on oct 11, 4 days after the day the ro fell and injured a person. Eureka forbes appears to be a heartless and anti-customer from it's behaviour. It is shocking to see.

Your technician coming but not replace adapter is one of the instrument water purifier. He told us no avaibilty adapter and to much delay on process not responding senior staff also.. Almost 5 days gone so please do the needful very urgent basis
