Attached is the picture of the cracked Eureka Forbes water filter.

1. It cracked when no-one was home.

2. The machine should be replaced or the spare part that has. racked replaced.

3. Technicians are rude and bullying me to pay for it. Saying they cannot belive what I say. Noone has visited despite repeated requests.

4. The service centre and the customer care doesn't care about what my request. They schedule a visit and close the request and no-one comes to assist.

5. Since 18th May I am following up on this matter. This item was purchased in June last year. It's not even a year old.

6. The shop owner has washed his hands off the complaint saying he cannot do anything.

How I regret purchasing this item from Eureka Forbes. It's cost me more than Rs. 18, 000.

Shame on the people who own and run such companies.

I request prompt assistance because I wonder how long the machine can hang on top broken this way.

    I purchased my water purifier from Pune in June 2022. This Eureka Forbes water is not even a year old and the outer fibre body part cracked on 18th May 2023.

    Since that day I am calling the customer care and following up with the service technicians. It cracked on it's own. No-one was home at that time.
    The technician says that he will visit only if I agree to purchase the body part, because it's not under warranty. My problem is that I can't reach the machine, it's high up on the wall. It's heavy so I cannot remove it and bring it down either. How can I be blamed for breaking it. It is an issue with the quality of the product. Now that it's broken and I am repearedly requesting for assistance.
    Atleast someone could visit and see what has happened.

    I have requested to raise the concern to the senior departments instead of calling me through customer care and showing me how sorry you are. The customer care and the technicians are closing the complaints, repeatedly without resolving or even visiting the premises.

    It's a shame that such a reputed company's functions this way.

    Kindly schedule a visit, get the fibre body or the entire machine replaced.

    I will not mind making this public and an ugly matter for all. I guess, in India, petty problems cannot be resolved as they should without it becoming an ugly, sticky matter in public.

      I purchased AMC for my water purifier.
      for 2 years in January 2019 and one filter change and service was done immediately after the purchase. No other service was done after that. In Jan 2020, I got call for the filter change and it was scheduled. I planned my office hours late that day just for filter change but no one came even after long wait. There were few more calls later but no one came for filter change. Then covid lockdown happened and I got no calls after that. In Jan 2021 I again got call to service the purifier. I asked him about the filter change, I got to know the filter already has been changed on papers in Feb 2022. I never shared OTP but still they marked my service and filter change as completed. So I was looted for ~5000 rupees. since in 2 year AMC they all did was 1 filter change only.

        We renewed the Annual AMC contract on 9th March. We are calling them since then to come and replace the filter, but till date no one has come. Called multiple times to the call centre, and sent multiple emails.

        Latest Ticket ID: #AOZB-517476

        Before this there are so many tickets.
        Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Please refund the money for our AMC. It is now almost 3 months since our AMC renewal on March 9. We are tired of calling and begging you to get our filter replaced. Everytime we call you, you create a new ticket, and say that someone will come in the next 24 hours. Since almost 3 months, no one has come. Please refund our money. Please ask your customer care people in Kolkata not to call us and waste our time.

            I have raised complaint on mar-19 and I got response after two weeks of complaint that my power card is gone and then they took time till today ( 19-May-2023) I got response that vaccum cleaner motor is gone. and pay 1185/- to get it repaired.

            I am really unhappy and very worst quality high brand companies are making products and very untrustable response they are giving.

              I purchased EUREKA FORBES WP AQUASURE A-ST in the month of October, 2022. However, till date no service is provided. I have issues in the water purifier, as there is hot water coming and at times the acquaguard is not working. In this regard, compliants have been lodged several times but till date no response. Also, compliant was made to the customer care BUT no response to it. IT IS DISGUSTING THAT NO SERVICE IS PROVIDED IN SIX MONTHS AND ALSO NO RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINTS MADE. MY PRODUCT IS YET IN WARRANTY PERIOD.
              KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST.

                I had written the below email to escalation team which says it all:

                I am writing this email with a lot of disappointment and anguish as a customer. Sorry to say but I have never come across such degraded services ever in my life.

                I had raised the complaint for my water purifier on 8th May stating that hot water was coming from the purifier and the light was blinking indicating that the filter was damaged. Later the purifier stopped working.
                It has been 6 days and I haven't received any update till now on the complaint I had raised even after multiple follow-ups and escalations. Forget about the resolution.

                The technician 'BabuReddy' came to check and confirmed that the filter needs to be replaced as it was damaged.He also mentioned that the similar issue has been reported by many customers and that he needs to come back with the spare filter and will fix it on 9th May.
                Please note after that I tried calling him multiple times again and again but there was no response from his end. I also tried calling the customer care as well as the escalation team and everytime I get the same answer that "my issue has been escalated and the technician will be coming soon to address the issue".

                This is highly very very disappointing and frustrating that Eurekaforbes is having such a pathetic service. The technicians are highly unprofessessional .
                Even after following up multiple times and escalating, you don't even bother to update your customers.
                Further, it's not even been a year and my product is still under warranty, it's so surprising that the filter got damaged so soon. Are you trying to fool your customers???

                  The product is new, only got it placed 6 months ago and since then it is giving problems. I have to raise a request every couple of days, the service provider comes and does some thing charges money and promises no problem will happen henceforth. But again the same thing happens. I have lodged multiple complaints over the last six months.

                    I have raised service request for repair of my aquaguard water purifier from 1st April 2023 with Request no WO[protected] and still the request is open and it is escalated many times. still no one bothered to atleast call me. I have created another repair request on 11 May 2023 with request No CM[protected]. Even this request is escalated multiple times but no one addressed the issue and not even a single call is received.
                    Please don't buy Eureka Forbes Product. I am throwing the product in garbage and will look for another brand which has proper service.
                    My request is don't buy any Eureka Forbes product. We will repent after that.

                      The latches are very delicate and got broken immediately we bought the machine and now it is lying out of service for years.

                        I have purchased a water purifier last year at 16000 aft year purifier indicator shows to change the filter so I call the team to change the said the total filter kit change costs approx. 5000 and every year this should be done to better your machine 's life so they are selling machine at 16000 and their filter s at 5000 every year what a scam ..

                          I have requested for servicing for my aquaguard multiple times through the Whatsapp Chat bot still no one has come. One person came but didn't change my filter as he did not have it, said will bring it tomorrow, made me renew my annual contract and never came back didn't receive any calls from there on. Whatsapp chat bot says it has esclated with concerned people but still no one comes no comunication at all. there is no other way to reacht to the company other that email or Whatsapp. same responses but o action.

                            Eureka Forbes has sold a product Air purifier and not able to service the product. Compliant raised through contact centre vide CM[protected]N 18TH March -23. Still not addressed. Multiple calls made to local team but no action taken till date. Spares no available. Model no HPA-500. I need a my money back since the product is one year old and not serviceable by Eureka Forbes.

                              I ordered an Aquaguard Aura product from the eureka forbes website and paid online. Date of purchase April-09-2023. I still haven't got the delivery of the product, and there is no response from the call center when I ask for a refund. This is cheating and lying from Eureka Forbes. I just want my money refunded, and close this out.

                              Today I got a call from "Eureka Forbes Help Desk" to inform me about the refund. I was asked to login to netbanking, and use a refund voucher to get the amount. When I checked with the bank, the bank warned me this is another fraud from Eureka Forbes.
                              Why can't Eureka Forbes directly credit the refund amount to my account? Why scam the customer a second time?

                                My name is Anurag Khawas resident of Gangtok, Sikkim.

                                I bought Eureka Forbes LVAC robot from your company Eureka Forbes, on 19th May of 2022. Due to some defect in the robot, we took it to the nearest distributor based at Gangtok.
                                The person there informed us that the issue was with the motherboard and that our robot will be exchanged. The exchange process started in March of 2023, but till today Ie 7/05/2023 we did not receive the replacement as we were told that our robot is out of stock presently and not available at the Warehouse.

                                The product's warranty ends on 19th May of 2023, but since we applied for its exchange within the warranty period, we want the exchanged product to be delivered as soon as possible. i have rung up, texted, emailed numerous individuals in presumably Gangtok office who always end up by sending a phone number stating he/she is his/her boss and when i call them up they pass another number of his/her boss. In short the customer care has been horrible and very naive.

                                  I have paid a total of Rs 15, 100 for a 3-year AMC for 2 water purifiers in my home (Rs 6400 and Rs 8700) as per the estimate given by the service person, Harish, who came to our house. One is an old one, the other is brand new, purchased in February 2022.

                                  Payment was made by State Bank of India cheque dated[protected] to the service person on his assurance that the rates would change in the next month and it was in my interest to pay them both immediately, even though it was early.

                                  I came to know later that it was excess and immediately raised a complaint with you by phone immediately and later by email. I was assured I would be credited the excess amount but I have not heard from them since April 6th when they said someone will get in touch with me in 24 hours. Again I emailed them since no one contacted me and requested escalation of the complaint which they assured me they would do. Today is May 5th and nothing has happened despite assurances. Please give me back the excess amount.

                                    Order delivered in apr 27, installation is scheduled on 28 April. However no one turned up. We are following up by calling customer care everyday till date. No response. They are extending the installation date. If this is not resolved at the earliest i wil raise a complaint in consumer court.

                                      I lodged complaint for AMC renewal with Eureka Forbes, 2 days later a sales person calls saying a technician will come to renew and change the filters. But only after the renewal did I come to know they are not from Eureka Forbes but from Sureka Forbes.

                                      This guy had all personal details like phone number and address and also the water purifier details. This is possible only if they have got it from Eureka Forbes.

                                      Now my water purifier is not working. Eureka Forbes says they did not send anyone and Sureka Forbers guys are not picking up the call.

                                      Looks like this is a big scam run by Eureka Forbes staff and outside.
                                      It is high time the management does something.

                                      WORST SERVER EVER.

                                        I have requested MArch 17 to replace my filters and it got solved on April 30 after multiple followups. And that service also poor he changed the filter on April30 and i got an issue on nextday it was having lekage and again i raised a complaint to rectify but service person vistied on April 4th afternoon .

                                        And he metioned that Motor is spoiled you need to replace it eventhough we didnt used filter after internal candles are changed . The service was Very Very Poor and due to the pressure increased in the filter and motor got spoiled.

                                        I was requested Service Person and Area head banu to replace motor or take away your filters and return my money (5200)which i paid for the Candles they are not aggreed or either they are not changing the motor because of the service i have lost my Aquaguard filter which was running perfect before the service was done .

                                        Both are Area lead and Head are unpolite and they are asking to take AMC for 12 months even though service is very very Poor .and they are now a days lifes only we dont have gurantee we can assure on filter motors

                                        I am looking for immediate traction on this Either i get refund on the filters or Motor should be replaced ASAP because i was struggling to get Mineral water from Last one month due to Service was not proper
