I have RECENTLY renewed the AMC FOR WATERPURIFIER (I have been back to back as and when it expires). A very small problem with my water purifier (COMPLAINT CM-[protected]) is NOT resolved despite o[censored]rgency, multiple follow ups, multiple complaints, complaint escalations etc. This is NOT the only complaint. I was asked to cancel earlier complaints for the same issue. The issue is there since last 10 days. The issue occurred after so called service to clean my water tank.

Eureka Forbes service has HIT lowest possible level. This is NOT just based on my most recent experience. This is a consistent BAD experience and follow ups that need to be done to solve smaller problems.

IT'S FRAUD FOR SURE !! Service centers are ONLY MACHINE CLEANING PEOPLE THAT WOULD USE OUR OWN MATERIAL TO CLEAN THE MACHINES ! AND THATS PERIODIC SERVICE ! FOR WHICH WE PAY THOUSANDS OF RUPEES !

    Please don't renewal AMC because very bed service. After 10day still dint get service and no technical called me .all many time customer service getting same statement but nothing happen..Sent mail to customers service. But still not solve. I told cancel my AMC. they told don't cancel policy..it's look like they are doing fraud to take money form customer and not give service .

    I have been having the same experience. Despite of renewing the AMC, No one is attending the complain that raised/escalated. AMC is a big FRAUD. They will just come and clean the water purifier tank using our own material. NO ONE SHOWS UP to fix the issues with the machine.

    Eureka Forbes Service has hit the lowest possible level ! This is based on my repeated BAD experiences with different products that I have.

      When the person came to give demo they tested and found the TDS at my home to be 1770. So I purchased their machine as it can work for TDS less than 2000. When the person came to install the tds came out to be 2300. I have denied them to install the machine.

      I purchased on 15 March and I requested a return of product and refund of all the money I paid (17690/-) on the customer care helpline. They said that their team till call back in 24 hours. No one called. After 2 days I called again to check the status and they said again that their team will call back in 24 hours. Again no one called back. The third time I called on 25 March and again they said that people will call from their team and again nobody called me. Neither the product has been picked up from my house. It is still kept sealed and packed.

      The dealer I purchased the machine from is saying to deduct some charges (290/-) and says will then process the refund of the remaining amount stating the reason that I paid using credit card. The merchant fee is getting deducted at his end which he is saying to me to bear that amount. Why would I bear his merchant charges?

      Now dealer is not picking up my phone and the eureka forbes company is also not calling me regarding return and refund even after complaining three times to them. This is actually harassing me a lot both financially and emotionally.

      Dear team,

      Aquaguard is considered a reliable platform for using RO and AMC but this time, I paid the amount of 7700Rs. one month back, and even after that neither my AMC started nor Amount is refunded back.

      My customer id is [protected] and I purchased AMC For RO+uf on 1st May.

      Even after multiple calls to customer care and also mail to "deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com ", I could not get any response or revert from anybody.

      I am attaching payment snapshot for your reference.

      Also, transaction reference number is UPI/DR/[protected]/Eureka F/SBIN/eurekaforb/NA. TRANSFER TO[protected]. Attached image shows that payment is received by eureka also but still AMC is not started.

        Dear team, I am really disappointed with the purchase from aquaguard eureka fobes. 1st unit started leaking g from day 1 of installation. After repeated telling no one attended. On 3day water started overflowing like water fall. When I took this video and sent only then a technician came, they said product is faulty. So I asked for replacement. For replacement they took 8 days. After replacement also it was leaking. 2nd unit also when I saw it was leaking, I asked for refund and to take the product. They refused saying they have repaired the product. I don't want a repaired product. All this After paying an amount of 24000. All the technician who came said the product quality is not up to the mark. Why should I shell out 24000 of hard earned money and live with a repaired product. Please help me to get a refund.

          Complaint ID CM[protected]Eureka Service Request - WO[protected] and WO[protected] was adequately resolved by HARISHA N)

          Based on Service request-WO[protected] an Eureka Technician visited my house #134, 2nd floor, opposite of Anjaneya temple, Koramangala Village, 8th Block, Bangalore. After his service, aquaguard stopped working, looks to me faulty electronic circuit replaced.
          Immediately called him for service. Since 19th March no more water in my house and purchasing outside.

          Also 6~7 times I'm keep calling service team for support. There is chatbot answer we are prioritizing to resolve asap next 2hr, next 3pm ist, next 7pm ist on 25th March and then service started same answers on 26th March'23 10am ist, today we are prioritizing etc.
          Failed to go any response, even after multiple tries tried to reach customer care for earliest resolution (aquaguard not usable condition).

            Hi there,

            I bought a Eureka Forbes water purifier from Modren Electronics, Vishrantwadi, Pune. The product is the worst as hardly it works. It works for 2 days and net day it stops working. Please I request the Eureka Forbes to take away that product and return the Rs 11800 that I spent on purchasing this water purifier.

              I have the service warranty paid and the service is very bad and no one taking care of the request. I have to wait at least 3 weeks of time to resolve my purifier issues. This is the 3rd time I am waiting from 2 weeks to resolve the issue. I have raised a request for smell in water on 2nd March 2023 and today it’s 19th March still no technician reached us. This is same from last 3 services. I have escalated many times in the app but no one taking care of it. I have a feeling choosing the Eureka Forbes I have done done a big mistake. Very very very worst service and worst maintenance and worst management.

                I had purchased and online AMC on 16.2.2023 under which i am entitled to free filter change. I have raised a request for service along with filter change on 12.3.2024, request number - CM[protected].

                Till date the aquaguard service person has not called or come for the service. I have complained and escalated multiple time both online through Eureka Forbes call center but there is no change in status.

                I think there might be some fraud going on with aquaguard dealers who do not want to honor online AMC's. I would request Eureka Forbes to send a service person to replace the filters or refund my AMC money.

                  Water purifier was not working properly, complain lodged to company on 9th March'23 (Complaint ID[protected] but their representative does not even bother to visit my house. Its more than 10days now.
                  I had to called multiple times and got escalated several times but its of no use. Till today no one has visited.
                  Imran is the vendor guy who manages my local area and I must say that he is not worth at all managing it. This is my worst experience with this guy, he did not even bother to reply my WhatsApp messages and he never answers phone calls.
                  We had to suffer a lot due to bad water.
                  I will ensure that I will opt out from AMC the day its over and will change my unit asap.

                    I bought an aquaguard which was installed in the last week of December 2022. First, within two weeks it was leaking, and it took them one week to attend to the problem. Then on 2nd February it stopped working, the technician said it cannot be repaired anymore, and I was told that a new machine will be given. It is more than one and a half months now but new machine has not been given, in spite of repeated reminders.

                        I purchased Aquaguard Sure RO UV TA from Amazon and was committed that within 48 hours of delivery it will be installed by Eureka Forbes. But so long I am waiting after it has been delivered, no one has called for installation. I had given request over phone to their customer care number and installation code also I have received but still no one called and came for installation. I am suffering for drinking water.

                          Cockroaches might have entered the water purifier, this is very serious matter, as I was filling my glass of water suddenly a dead cockroach came into my glass from the tap of the purifier, please resolve this as this a very serious issue

                            Ordered a water purifier on the 6th of march, they promise it will be delivered by the 7th or 8th of march. Today is the 15th of march there is no response from the person who is cordinating, who is apparerntly the circle head ( Dharmendra S- Santacruz east, Mumbai ).I have been calling him up but he has been ignoring or cutting the calls.
                            I let my colleague call from different number, he picked up the call but no solution from his side

                              The aquaguard water purifier which we purchased in nov/13/2021 is not properly working from the day of purchase,
                              Regarding the same I raised complaints multiple times for which the response is
                              1. Delayed attending by service person
                              2. The service person will temporarily do some adjustment to make it work for few days after which again the problem persists

                              Because of the delayed attending and Improper service given by your service persons my water purifier is not working ( now they are saying it’s out of warranty and we need to pay)
                              I am not going to pay for anything
                              This is the mistake from eureka Forbes and service persons — they failed to resolve the issue and there is very much delay in response whenever I raise a complaint ( once it took almost 45 days for the service guy to attend the service )

                                Very slow service
                                They take the machine with them for days at theor workshop under the pretext of repairs
                                They say spare part not available in a big city like Mumbai

                                In a period of 10 months after buying this machine was useless for almost 15 to 20 days due to repair for 2 times and in that period you have to incur other expenses for a proxy solution

                                VERY FRUSTRATED
                                Will never recommend...

                                very problematic product and slow service
                                Technician doesn't seem to understand exrea problem
                                2nd time issue within a span of 10 months
                                When the service centre takes with them gor repair we have to stay without machine for almost half month

                                We have to do the cleaning work ourselves

                                So what's the use of buying !!!

                                I want immediately repaired or else replace with a new piece at no extra cost

                                  On 7th of MArch, after servicing my AAquagard stopped working. I had raised the complint at that time in the evning itself. I had also booked a slot for 9-10 AM. But no one showed up, niether thier any intimation regarding the same, nor thy are responding to this.

                                    Again this Aquagaurd is out of order and this I am asking you return my AMC amount as you guys cannot provide services and maintenance.

                                    I have purchased AMC From 02 Jun 2022 and asking you to return my money back because your are cent percent unprofessional and shameless. Never keen to know what customer is facing and trying to resolve customer’s issue.

                                    If you want to know why you need pay me back AMC then here are the reasons:
                                    Reason 1: I have purchased AMC on 2nd of June 2022 and for more than 7 times Aquagaurd underwent out of order.
                                    Reason 2: You have taken money in the name of AMC, but not providing proper services and maintenance.
                                    Reason 3: Your engineers are non-professional and they don’t repair the machine properly.
                                    Reason 4: Your engineers just visit and do some changes to make it work temporary and after few days again machine will go out of order.
                                    Reason 5: Your engineers accept the booking and never come on time. Sometimes they will also not pick up my call. What is the use of purchasing AMC?
                                    Reason 6: Your customer care representatives never ever take customer’s complain seriously. They misguide by saying that engineer will visit to flat to repair the machine, but not fruitful.
                                    Reason 7: Even I have spoken with you on 20th Feb 2023, but you didn’t took my case seriously. You never raise an issue or created a complain regarding this?
                                    Reason 8: On 20th Feb 2023 I have told you that I am facing many challenges since I have purchased this AMC. All the challenges mentioned above, but you didn’t escalated or highlighted to Higher Management.
                                    Reason 9: On 20th Feb 2023 You have promised me that this will never happen again, but today is 8th of March 2023 and again machine is out of order. Why should I trust you as well?
                                    Reason 10: Your feedback Team merely take feedback and never work upon the solutions.
                                    Reason 11: Your MH & GOA Manger Mr. Yogesh never answer call from customer and never took responsibility to understand what customer is facing.

                                    I hope I made you clear why you should now return my AMC amount.
                                    Below are the issues dates and repair request number which talks much about your pathetic services and I promise you I will share this information to my society manager so that no sale campaign should get organized in our and nearby societies.
                                    I promise that I will circulate your pathetic service story in social media as well so that they will come to know what kind of services you guys are providing.
                                    Its really shameful and irresponsible behavior!

                                    No resolution yet. Again machine is out of order.
                                    CEO @ESCALATION DESK also taking my complains lightly. They just follow a template to answer customer's questions. No one is serious except this water purifier which cannot purify water, but always out of service.

                                      Had extended my AMC by paying 5400 in the month of January for AMC of my Aquagaurd Aura Ro+uv+uf+mtds.

                                      It has been mentioned that they are supposed to change the filter at least once year. My filter was not replaced last year as well as I had raised a complaint on 20th of February regarding the same issue for my product.

                                      One person visited my place on 20th and promised to return back with the required parts.

                                      But it has been close to 16 days I have made several calls and mails, even escalated issue through the Eureka Forbes mobile application but it is in vain.

                                      It still shows Unassigned in my application.
