I had purchased a water purifier dr. aquaguard magna hd ro+uv+ throgh online unit no.6028596 and it installed on 19.10.2015.in this connection i had received a message on 15.3.2016 intimated that the technician will visit for a mandatory service. but nobody turned up so far. after along wait contacted your office phone and i was intimated to contact to the local office at kozhikode and he gave me a number 39883333. but my several attempt became in-vain. it is not working. at the time of installation the technician gave me these numbers[protected], 2722994, 2722995. these are also not working. the water testing reveals that the purifier is not in working condition now. i very much regret that your poor response after sales. i never expected such a irresponsible attitude from a reputed company like euraka forbes. kindly do the needful at the earliest. your kind help in thi connection solicited. email id.     Words from the seller before purchase is like it is the best product make is so familiar and wonderful services... but after purchase no service call even after one year is completed. Even now they are trying to get business by saying get AMC you will get whole service free. First of all 0 out of 2 free services are not attended and in return they are demanding to get AMC and also they are demanding that if AMC is taken nor Service charge is paid then only we will attend the service.

    Product quality is good but it cant be used for more than an year due to bad quality accessories.

    Customer care is ready to provide free service but Service fellows are trying to do business even after knowing the situation. They are not in acceptance with Customer care... Service center namely in Vizag has no value for their Customer care commitments to their cusotmers.

    Very BAD experience with Service center... Pls kindly think before purchasing.

      To the respected Authority,
      I (Dr. S. Ramakrishna ) have taken my Aquaguard classic model water purifier for changing water purifying candles to the nearest Aquaguard service center, where the service person checked the working condition of the product before commencing to change the candles, and said only requires changing of candles, as it is in good working condition, ( Till then it was under AMC and was in good condition, recently my AMC time was over, As my new clinic is very near by to service center and the time to change candles had come, brought it to service center), he had changed the candles and charged me around 775/- ruppes, and didnot gave me receipt for that, as he forgot to give me, he had entered the details in the receipt book, when handing over the product he didnot demonstrate the working condition, as they were changing to lower floor, many things are being dismantling, and was not having sufficient water supply at the time of handing over to me, i asked him to demonstrate in lower floor any possible location, he said nothing to worry as only candles had been changed, then i took to home and started the machine, there was water leakage from out side candle box and from the upper cover of machine box, as inside candle was also not tight, and in no time machine stopped working, sensing product may give shock as water sweeped into the inner parts switched the machine off and taken it to him on the same day and explained the situation to the technician ( mallesh ) who repaired, he told to take it back and as it is closing time and cannot keep machine in the permises due to security problem as many outside people are working in for changing location, and i reminded him to give the receipt he told to take next day, i brought it on the next day he was not available in the morning asked me to bring it in the afternoon, even at afternoon he was not available, i requested the other guy ( vishwanath ) available to keep it there only, he asked me to carry with me only. the next day also he was not available in the morning and evening, i made few calls to Mallesh he did not lift the phone, as Vishwanath was available i asked him to help me out by calling any available technician, he told Mallesh is only the right person to handle and when Vishwanath made him call he lifted call and said to come some other day as he was busy in meetings. in between i made him calls and not getting proper response oneday brought to sevice center to complain higher authority, he was there and on question him he said they donot even have proper eletricity to check, he opened it and said fuse had gone, iam replacing with new one now you can use it, as i was not sure and suspecting his credentials, i said until unless you demonstrate i will not take it, he told to carry it today and bring it in 2 days by then total shifting will be completed, later few times made him call twice responded and said shifting was not over, i was fed up as nearly 2 weeks completed, took it to the service center once again on 5-5-16 ( receipt No: 34421 )one person by name Aslam was available and explained him the condition, and asked him to do demonstrate it today some how as how long we have to buy water, he told by afternoon he will do it and asked to come at afternoon, in the afternoon he said they were busy and asked to come in the evening, before going made a call to aslam he told to come next day, next day morning asked me to come after some time, i got angry and asked, what is this, is it the way to provide the service, he said by evening he will verify the problem and let me know by calling me back, i didnot receive call, after 2 days i had been to service center and met aslam, he told mother board has been damaged, has to be replaced, i told him when i brought it here it was working now due to leakage it may have damaged and its the service men mistake, then Aslam made a call to Mallesh to discus about this, Mallesh told me that due to high voltage current it had damaged, not due to water sweeping inside, asked me to pay for AMC of Rs1800 change so that part and candles amount will be adjusted in the same, as i nwas suspecting, i told him that no other equipment in the house was damaged and asked him to give me in Written that the part was damaged by high voltage means and not by water sweeping inside, and give me the damaged parts back to me, he told it was not possible as it was not there in companies policy to be given in written, and parts will not be given to the customer, i said some how i want to be given in written, he told to come after some days as the mother board was not available, after few days i made a call, he told soon they will get the part, later few times i made him calls rarely he lifted, one day i have visited service center and asked him how long will it take to get part, he said what would i know when we will get the part, i asked you might have informed me on call that part had not been received, and how many times i have to call you people, not even lifting the call, he said it is your responsibility to know, it is not his responsibility to call if it is late, when i said it is not the way to handle customers, he said when work is finished will be informing, after few days i was fed up and thought they are willing diong it, i said baba please repair it and doesnot need any Written letter, he asked me to pay balance amount of 1100 change, i said ok, later when i made a call to come and take it he told that it had been sent to other place and the person will install and demonstrate at home only, in few days on 2-6-16 one person came to home and installed and started the machine, it was leaking from outside candle, he told it had to be made tight and is not having instrument to repair, i got angry and said till now also you people didnot do it properly, i need the repaired part and the letter, he said we cannot give any thing in written, please leave off sir some times by mistake happens, next day he repaired it and even domonstrate, i showed him from where leaked last time, he it is impossible to leak from above, anyway problem had been solved know sir why we want now all the discussion now, and was aking me to give 2200 rs for spare replacement and if required AMC another 1800 rs, i said what Mallesh had in formed you, then he said generally we will be charging so only but for me they will be charging only AMC amount and service charge 450 rs amount as he came home to install, i said Mall esh told to give 1125 or so as i allready paid 775 for candles, he said it is not possible because people who have expired AMC has to pay extra, he made call to somebody and switched his speaker on they said people who are out of AMC has to pay service charge and AMC amount, i got angry and said that you people are playing with us and i didnot even call u to for service, you your self came and asking me to pay, i told that i will pay for all the things including spare part cost, i need every thing on paper including reason for damage, he said it was damaged as ants went inside and was showing some mother board saying it is your only it it damaged here, i said ok you give me the damaged part and letter for damage, he said company will not allow to write and give, i asked him wanted to speak to higher authority, he made a call to some person i spoke to him to give in written, he later took back the installed machine and said ask the person whom you gave to repair, we have to take it back.

      ( i have taken vedio while taking back.)

      I did not receive any call from them for many days, i called back Mallesh and asked him still u didnot receive back my machine or what he said no, i said i thought off forgiving you, even knowing that you damaged the machine, ( he didnot say no, and not my fault also ) some times mistakes may happen with anybody, when you said in AMC only everything will be covered, i was even ready to pay later you people demanded more, you people are doing as you wish, he said i dont know that he demanded more, i will speak to him and let you know and kept off.
      Even still today it is with them without any information.

      kindly you people take proper action over them and do justice to me, let this people not play with other customers in future,

        I purchased aquasure xpert from girias investment pvt. ltd. on 08.11.2015 but they came after 2 months to fit it. even i tolerate this, within 1 month it became repaired, i submit a complain to the service center but they don't gave any respond.instead to repair the machine they talk to me like a ill-literate. they tested my patience, now i'm going to file a case on consumer court.

              3 yrs amc contract was entered for eureka forbes uv aqua guard crystal model (amc type silver) on 13.05.2015. reced sms on 8/04/16 stating out technician will visit u in the month of may16. however no one turn in may16. on 4th june i contacted company 7 was allotted service request no.[protected]. on 6th june reced sms
              Aying ur ser request is allotted to mr bhagwat shetye. but no one turn. i tried to contact mr shetye on his mobile but no response was reced. i also contacted mr jadhav vinayak (franchise of the company who has come to execute amc contract) but of no use. then i had used company's rating system & reced call from company saying the complaint will be attended shortly 7 i will recev call from company's top official. but so far neither reced call nor the complaint was attended.
              I think company is not bothered for their customers & offering very very poor service.
              It is evident that though company has reced advance payment for the amc they are not desirous of offering service to the customers. never seen such bad service & also careless approach of the company which claims it is brand no.1 in the market. i wiillnever recommend this company to any one

                  Eureka Forbes have taken AMC for 3 years and now not replacing spare part broken by their technician. Repeatedly making complain since 17/06/2016 till date with customer care centre, Area Manager, even wrote emails but no response. Area Manger even did not bother to take call. They take complain & automatically close it without attending.

                    I have registered complaint since 05th may that the purifier is not working and i am given 8-10 complaint numbers since then, but nobody even cares to come and resolve the issue. The contract is done for 3 years and that is the reason eureka forbes is least bothered to look into the complaint.
                    Last complaint number given was 87990059 and customer code - [protected].
                    I have never ever seen such pathetic and d grade service in my life.

                      I have purchased "eureka forbes trendy nano 1000-watt handheld vacuum cleaner' through amazon. the machine was delivered on 2nd july. it is a good machine but many customers have given 2&3 stars instead of 5 stars.
                      The main problem is that it is not very handy to hold it in one hand and hold the pipe etc with the other hand while cleaning the ceiling of home.
                      If one more pipe would have been provided, one can clean the ceiling by keeping the machine down at the floor.
                      My friends who purchased the machine had the same complaint.
                      So i request the manufacturer to provide one more pvc pipe so as to reach the corners of ceiling without lifting the machine. if you can provide two, it is well and good.

                        On 3rd june i lodged complaint as water is not flitering. one mr. manjunath (technician) mobile no.[protected] was allotted with this work. he called me over phone and asked for address and said he would come but did not turn up when i called him he said he would come on sunday. i have clearly told him that we would be leaving for hyderabad on 6th evening. he said he would definitely come on sunday or monday by 10 am and finish it, but did not turn up. surprisingly i received a sms saying that the complaint is completed and another message to rate the service. what rating should i give is -100? latter after my children returned to bangalore on 13th june i called him and gave my daughter's no. and asked him to go and attend the complaint, he took the no. but did not turn up. after my return to bangalore on 29th june and it was allotted to mr. suresh (mob.[protected]) (complaint no.[protected]) he came on 30th and did some cleaning work and left as new problem of leakage from bottom of filter started i called him and he came and opened the side door and said pump was broken (this is how perhaps he repaired) and pump is to be changed and asked me to lodge complaint again. immediately i lodged complaint no. [protected] which was allotted to mr. prasanna (mobile no.[protected]) he called me yesterday (sunday) and asked for address and nature of complaint. i told him what suresh told. he has to verify whether pump is available in office or not and call me and there after no call from from him nor he visited. you have collected rs.7430/- from me in the name of amc (upto 20.03.2017) but not at all giving proper service. engaging untrained and useless staff for attending complaints. is it the service for which you charge heavily to the customers? further you are asking to rate without doing any service. is it the speciality to cheat and penalise customers???. let me know what action you are going to take on all these three useless fellows in the name of technicians (non-technicians). if you cannot service refund my entire money. i would publicise through media that aquagard service is the worst and not to go for it explaining my bitter experience with you.

                            Hi,

                            I have purchased the Eureka Forbes Water Purifier (Geneus+ Model) and within year i had registered the 3-4 complaints about bad smell in purified water. The Service engineer has visited my place 3-4 times for same issue. when i registered the complaint about same issue recently, i got a feedback that the water filter needs to be replace. How come the filter needs to replace if its not been used for sometime. i was told that filter needs to be replace on every 5000 to 6000 Ltr. water filtration which is not yet reached in my scenario.

                            The Service engineer is asking to 1000 Rs to replace the Filter. How this is possible if Purifier is not showing any alarm to replace the Filter and service engineer to asking to do so?

                            This is really frustrating and loosing a faith on word shared by aqua-guard team during the purchase of purifier.

                              I have made request for repair of my Aqua gaurd RO with request no-[protected] on 30-6-16, then I found a message from your system that It has been attended but no mechanic has visited. After that I re made a request with no-[protected] on 07-7-16 at 10.10 am. A mechanic has visited without proper tools and items for repair although I have briefed him the problem in RO.

                              After that It is approx 24 hrs passed, but no action has been taken from your side. It is very harassing situation for a customer only because it is in 02-year AMC warranty and company will not money for repair.

                              You are requested to please take immediate action on defaulters and do the needful for repaid of my non-functioning RO (It is not receiving power and motor is not starting, the problem may be in Switch, Adapter or motor).

                                I have renewed my contract on 14/06/2016 for three years. Servicing was done by the representative but he did not have both the candels. So he replaced one and went without informing that he had done only one candle replacement. He thought i would not know. Insted of calling again and again my work is not done til date. I called the customer care they also did nothing. This is the last way. Next i wil file complaint in the labour court. Aquaguard to take quick action in a week.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  we have purchased the water puriifer (model: dr.aqua magna hd ro + uv). now the water outlet valve handle had broken.now the water purifier is under warranty period.already complaint logged to customer care, complaint reg.no. 87763188 dated 21.6.16. but still did not rectified the problem.
                                  Again three times remind the problem to customer care.please solve the problem at the earliest.

                                    I own aquaguard water purifier booster model since 2010.. bought it from hyderabad and getting good service. i have moved to cochin on 2013 and renewed amc till 2016 sept.

                                    This year regular service was supposed to happen on april 2016. no one turned up. i have requested fr service on 6th june.

                                    Even after calling for almost everyday, no technician was sent for service


                                    Request was escalated to 3 levels. still no luck

                                    Thanks. The service is now done but due to AMC renewal. Requested renewal request through Online[protected], Customer Care and also by calling service center.. No one turned up yet.

                                      I had purchased an aquaguard water purifier neo on 22.6.11. After 2 years it had giving me problems. I had shown at jawahar nagar service station and they had changed the sensor which i think was not required. It worked for some time and the red light started blinking continuously. Since last 2 years it has not been working as the red light keeps blinking. I do not want to get it repaired from jawahar nagar service station as i do not trust them. Please get it repaired at the earliest.

                                        I am purchased one ro uv model aqua guard form your representative on 6/3/2014 by instalment & exchange scheme. on that time the representative told me after completion of instalment we will give the bill & others documents. but i am fed up with the behave of customer care representatives. at least 15/16 time i spoken to the customer care & every time they replied me that within 2 days we will solved your prob but its six month passed they cant solved anything yet. also i talked to jamshedpur office they will also said after year ending will will send the documents april 1st week. but till date they have not come april 1st week.
                                        I am fed up & surprised the way of dealing of such a branded reputed company.
