Hi Sir/Madam,
This is bring to you notice that we are facing an issue will the faulty equipment, We have bought the Aquaguard NEO on 3rd May15 via Bill no 14611
(Franchise Mark Enterprises Near JMD Garden, Sonha Road, Islampur, Gurgaon, 122001, Ph.[protected] and installed on 25th May 2015. We have faced
the issue in Mar'16 (Cut-off not working, hence water is not dispensed). We have complained to their call centre and complaint registered.
after continues follow-up there was one visit and it was identified there is fault in the cut-off chip. Since then we are struggling and running pillar to post
to get the chip replace. We have been told that chip is not available, its now more than 3 months. Following are the complaint number register.

Follow up discussion on call centre with Kaveri on 28th Apr. She told us that request is closed, we have insisted and got it opened.
We have called Arvind the technician, Kapil Aread head of Aquaguard Gurgaon. We are continuously following up with them but not response
Today when we have followed with Arvind he clearly told that he will not be able to help and cannot able to do it.
We as a consumer are stuck, to whom we approach and get it fixed,
Pls help in getting it fixed or replaced the faulty instrument.
We have also written this complaint on Aqua guard complaint email id, but no response.
