After installation found that water is tasteless and smells plastic, raised a service request[protected] your service agent found that purified water had high TDS level than normal water.     Every year your representatives used to come for changing the filters to my RO Water filter and inbetween they used to come for checking the purity of the water.
    On 24.02.2015 they changed the four filters and installedthe new ones, after changing the filters the water was nice.

    This month we experienced water was not pure and fortunately the technician from Eureka Forbes has come and asked us for checking the water with a meter and checked and found the meter showing 198, then he asked us to change the filters. We agreed to and changed the filters costed me Rs.4190/- I gave a cheque dated 02.03.2016 for the said amount.
    My complaint is filters not working for a period of 12 months. You are requested to advice.

      I have purhcased "Dr. Aquaguard booster" which i have purchased on 19 Dec 2015 under NO questions asked"

      I have raised service request as water was not clear and want them to service which they didn't even turned up for 10 days. No one called / visited my home premises.

      I got fed up and raised a return request after 10 days.. I made around 1000+ calls to their customer care / all other officials but no one responded. Sending mail since past two months .. no one even responded to my email even after continues follow-up. I will attach my email followup to this complaint.

      After continuous followup, they finally picked up the product on 2nd Feb 2016 and now not returning my money back .. They are not responding for email, calls or any other communication mode ..

        Sir I have Infection in my stomach feeling burning in whole body in past days I used kent Ro Aqua guard Enhanced but it didn't gave me satisfactory result so I return to shop then I do online inquire about purifiers from Eureka Forbes Mr. Bhushan Parashar call me but i told him that I use Aqua guard Enhanced but I did't got result but Mr. Parashar promise me that if you did't get positive result you return me anytime so I faith him & buy Dr. Aqua-guard Magna in Installments then I Observe in 4-5 days that Aqua-guard Magna also gave me same result of Kent & Aqua guard Enhanced then I told Mr. Bhushan Parashar sir please return it backthen he told me you use it I call doctor & change some function component of aquaguard so I use it 1 month but my problem is as it is. Doctor camewith Mr. Bhushan Parashwar in my home & take sample of water & told i test this water then we make changes in Aquaguard So I didn't pay installment One day I got Message from My SBI Account regarding aquaguard penalty thaen I request to Mr.Bhushan sir Please return this machine but he is so hard talk to me then I understood that He Trapped me.He Intimated to me if you donot pay installment you suffer and also pay Interest then I deposited full payment of Aqua Guard in One Shot then " I say Mr. Bhushan Please sir gave my penalty which is cut due to check bounce from my Account & please Settle my Account & attach tape in my Aqua & Solve My Problem As Soon as Possible" He said I do it but he always make excuses & did not reply me I Follow Him From January now until he did not pick up my phone I disappointed now .

            My Aquaguard Geneus Machine, Customer ID : [protected] & [protected]

            I have made a lot of service requests to Aquaguard Customer Care since 02nd July 2015 (02/07/2015), Nobody is taking responsibility of my machine.

            My Aquaguard machine was renewed on 14th May 2015, As the part of the contract, all components were replaced and the technician asked to drain the water of the first tank and use from second use. All went well for ONE day, the next morning i noticed, leakage of water from the machine. So i switched off the machine, Filled all good water in bottles and after some time i switched on the machine to check if the problem existed. There was none, and found out that After Full Tank the water leaks. I called the technician who said, the pressure was the problem and he couldnt fix it. He said he will return back and never came back . I called the technician so many times and he redirected it to his Manager (Mr. Narayanan), He has assured me he will look into it. After 2 weeks, another technician came and replaced a some pressure valve and said it will be fine. After A day, another problem. Input TDS water is same as Output TDS water. The taste was same as the water coming from tap. I checked with TDS machine bought online after the incident within 1 day (Input TDS=270 and Output TDS=267). Lodged Several Complaint for it.

            After several persistent calls to the manager (Mr.Narayanan). He said he will arrange, after a month long persistent call and pleading to send a technician, He sent a technician to take the product from my home for testing by the end of July 2015


            Technicians took my machine - I have reported that the Input water TDS and Output water TDS is same (TDS 270). Technicians took my device.

            That was the last time i saw my device. They have never returned my device. Since July 2015, they are keeping my device for service.

            After 2 Months, After Repeated calls to Service Manager (Mr.Narayanan) for the update on product and to arrange a temporary machine. He arranged a machine in September (Very Old Aquaguard RO Machine - Mfg Date - 08/2008), Anyways The TDS is just 15. I was okay with that but still i need MY AquaGuard Geneus Machine (RO+UV+UF). Repeated Service Request to customer care, No Help also.

            I have Lost hope, as the internet version of lodging a complaint is not working properly. On Jan 23rd 2016 its working hence i lodged the complaint.

            The Service Manager (Mr. Narayanan : +91-[protected]) always gives false reasons and NEVER Expedite, NEVER Call Back after promising to call back, NEVER RESPOND properly since May 2015, Now for past 3 months He redirects me to the technician Mr Karthick, who never picks up the call and when he picks up he says we are working on the product, only god knows what he is working for 6 Months.

            Am totally fed up, Please Help Me

              I had purchased aquaguard enhance UV+ model with AMC of two years in Aug 2015. During first service all filters are to be changed which are not changed since aug 2015 despite several followup calls and service engineer visits.
              I am really fed up with the service. I want this product to be taken back by company and reimburse my money back.
              Poor service. Wont recommend.

                  We had entered into an amc for our water purifier. But we are absolutely shocked at the state of service and service technicians. After collecting money these hopeless technicians fail to turn up at the appropriate time of service. They will call and rudely ask what the problem is and fail to appear.
                  Must say that people like these are shaming the name of Eureka Forbes.Even paan beedi shop are better and more customer friendly than these good for nothing service technicians. Time has come that people stop buying Eureka Forbes products any more.

                  The complaint no. Was said hurriedly by your customer care person and despite telling him to sms the complaint no. I did not receive it till date.Till today I have not received any call from technician regarding the service. My contact no. Is [protected]. The scenario clearly shows that Eureka Forbes is now ready to be called as some local cheat company who just believes in collecting cheque or cash in the name of giving amc and doing the vanishing act. Stop cheating people.

                        I have purchased a Dr. Aquaguard R.O. from Eureka Forbes in December 15. Now this R.O. is not working from 2nd Feb.16. I registered a complaint on mobile no. [protected] through SMS on 3/2/2016. The complaint no. Is [protected]. But till date no services rep. Come my home for repair RO. When I purchase this machine the salesman tolled me if any breakdown comes in machine we will repair within. 24 hrs. I m very much unsatisfy from your after sales service and I feel I make big mistake to purchase this company R.O. I never recommend to purchase Eureka Forbes R.O. because of very poor after sales service. Please look into the matter and arrange to repair my RO as early as possible otherwise I will file a case in consumer Court.

                              I have ordered Eureka forbes Air Purifier from there online website. I have discussed multiple times before go ahead for the purchase about filters. I have been told that it has 7 physical separate filters and one of the filter is washable.

                              But the product have only one HEPA composite filter and all other filter are in the same one filter consisting of layers in it as per there explanations.
                              As we all know NCR is very high on pollution level thus it requested one layer of filter you can wash and remove physical large dust particles.

                              I have requested Eureka Forbes for retune and refund the amount, its over 60 days and yet I am waiting for pick up the return item and refund.

                              Its surprising to get your response. I have really had very bad experience with Eureka forbes customer care. I have been calling them each alternate day since I have requested for refund/return to there ISD number[protected].

                              Each time I have been given a fake commitment to pickup the product within two days and refund will be initiated afterwards. Every time I have to share whole story to the executive. Unfortunately they discuss with their senior and update to as per there conversations.

                              There is no complaint ID or reference number given for each conversation.

                              Its really a very bad experience first time I had with online buy specially my own trust worthy company as I have customer of there products since 2006 and since then I have purchased four water purifiers from them (NOT from Online).

                                I am posting about Worst customer service of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard based on my personal experience in my area (Poonamallee). This is the complaint from a genuine customer and not from a person paid by their rival companies like Kent or PureIT or some other fake stories.

                                I am using Aquaguard RO model with AMC.

                                I lodged a service complaint on January 11, 2016, for water leakage and after 3 days, a technician (trainee) came and said that the leakage is in the pump so, it needs to be replaced and further said that, he will return back in two days of time with the new pump for replacement.

                                A day after, the machine STOPPED working, I reached the same person through the phone to inform about machine problem. He said we are in Pongal holidays and will get back to me by Monday. We waited patiently and called him again but he didn't pick up. We called him next day and no response.

                                So, I lodged an another service request and also asked for experienced technician, this time, I waited for 4 days but no one reached us. Once again I lodged an another complaint request and waited for another 4 days with no response. Finally, I lodged another complaint request and shouted at the customer care for no one being turned up for service. This time, I asked for my area incharge contact number. He gave a porur incharge contact number. I reached him to get poonamalle area incharge contact number. Arjun - [protected]

                                I called him regarding this issue. He said he will send the experienced technician on the same day. But no one turned up. I called him repeatedly for consecutive 3 days he replied with the same answer saying "Technician will come today" and finally, the 4th day a technician reached us. The technician said that he didn't receive new pump yet.

                                I said, at least, make the machine running with leakage and come after you received the new pump. So, he changed the new adapter and made the machine running. After 2 days machine STOPPED working again. Since then, 1 WEEK had passed. I am still calling my area incharge and same technician through phone alternatively.

                                But one has turned up to date. Eureka Forbes Aquaguard - Worse customer service at a peak!

                                  I purchased one aqua gurad enhance UV for Rs.12990 dt.17/04/15 vide Invoice no.[protected].But after two months of purchasing it started malfunctioning sometime overheating of water, overflowing, water not coming.Every time technician visited and again after one or two months it started malfunctioning.Last time on 19/01/16 I lodged complain again as water was not coming then one service person came and rectified the problem but after two days it started over flowing and again one service person came on 21/01/16 and this time while servicing he broke some parts and told that he would change but today is 2nd february no body turned and my water filer is now unusuable condition.It seems this people waiting for expiry of one year so they can be absolved of their responsibility.

                                  I had purchased a water purifier from patra enterprises bhubaneswar vide invoice no 269 dt 06/12/2015. My purifier is overflowing with direct unfiltered water through the water chamber. Since 4 days I am running behind them but no solution is found out till date. The supplier patra enterprises has not registered/created the id for which my complian is not listened.
                                  I can't recomend this purifier to my friends because the customers are not dealt properly.

Even 15 days passed no body turned out for repairing and my water purifier is lying in unused condition.

                                    This is to bring to your kind notice that I wanted to purchase Dr. Aquaguard Compact
                                    from your salesman and gave him cheques against payment but after a day on phone communication
                                    I cancelled order and I do not purchased product as well as for safe side I wrote mail to your
                                    customer care devision([protected]@eurekaforbes.com which is flashing on your website)
                                    regarding same, as well as I talked to your sales guy, too for a consideration of cancellation
                                    cause no any transaction was there till date "Wed, Jan 27, 2016 at 11:21 PM" not from your side
                                    as product delivered nor from my side payment made so I considered as order has got cancelled and
                                    I stopped payment of cheques and informed bank to do so. Still on the day "Wed, Feb 3, 2016 at 12:47 PM"
                                    I got SMS info from bank that my cheque is trying to be deposited for bank for a sum of Rs. 3400/-

                                    I have reported the above matter to you several times (give reference of earlier mails) but despite all my
                                    pleadings you have not corrected the status which is indeed regrettable. On account of your aforesaid dereliction
                                    of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same I have suffered losses expenses

                                        We made a complain in regards to pipe damage and water leakage. The Technician (Mr. Ramkumar Rajbhar came after 3 days and told the company has till stock of pipe but i can privately change the same and would cost you Rs 20 less than the company cost. As his pipe was also of a cheep quality and we did not wish to fix a pipe not recommended by company we told him to get the same from the company.
                                        The company has only one technician who takes care for all complaints. After waiting for 15 days with water loss we were forced to get the same changed by a local plumber.
                                        I wish to know what is the use of making AMC when you cannot service your product or do not have spares for it.
