sub: refund of amount
with reference to the above, i puchase online product of Dr.Aquaguard Classic from Eureka Forbes, by online shopping @ eurekaforbes.com through Debit card on 1st November, 2015, detial of My constumer Id : [protected] and Transaction Id: 82180, amount Rs.8, 990/- they have shipped through Gatti Transport, and also given the docket Number[protected], within 3 to 7 days your product will reache at door step but lodgeing so many complaint to Eureka Forbes online No: [protected] and I am not getting the proper response, i received the call from the Gatti after 3 week, one Mr. Soppan cell No: [protected], he said that your product is lost in transit and he inform to Eureka Forbes to refund the amount, everyday I am keep touch with Eureka Forbes, they told me to cancel by online same I had done, I got cancel request Number #00867 after calling several time and I am not getting the proper respsonse. I request you to take strict action. please try to solve my refund amount . this my hard earning money.
