Eureka Reviva RO unit is under repair for the past 5 months, due to hose cut and Water leak from water inlet hose. The problem was reported to local service network and also booked service request using [protected] mobile facility. No doubt the service calls are booked but no one is reporting / attending the unit.

I bought Eureka Forbes Ro in December 2014 after six month my inlet water TDs change because of that the outlet water TDS down below 20 which is not drinkable water I asked to service center to look into this but they suggest you have to buy new one so this product is not worthy please go for kent to which has this option of TDS control because each time you can not change the membranes in case of change in inlet water which is not your control....
