Hi...I bought xpert solution last week and within week lodged complain 3 times for water leakage..i think there engineers are not well competent to resolve my problems ..2 time they came but still not resolve. I will file a case in consumer court, these guys are selling worst item and after that sending any guys who dont know what to do. They dont know how to treat there customers. I need replacement or my money back. My new request id is [protected]

Hi Eureka Forbes Team,

On friday morning your engineer came and he repaired the water leakage from the back side, but again in the evening the water start getting leaking from the bottom of the front side and i found that the screws which are tightened in the bottom side of the purifier is missing.

What the hell service you guys are giving, you guys are not at all behaving professionally. Fedup from you guys. Within one week of purchase i have faced same water leakage problem 4 times. Seriously you guys need to hire a professional engineers.

    In July the main circuit board of my Aquaflo DX water purifier was replaced as the machine was not starting (it was charged and I have the receipt). In Sept I again called the local service center as the machine stopped working again. Their person came to see the machine and told that the main circuit board again needs replacement and that same would be done in 3-4 days. Now after calling them multiple times for about two months they are not sending anyone to replace the main circuit board, which I was told was on 6 month warranty. I have also made a request on their helpline[protected], ticket no. 84185912, on 1st Nov, but still there is no response.

      Magna RO, that I purchased in Nov 2014, is not working. It's within warranty period. I booked the complaint with customer care. It's more than 35 hours and no one has come to attend the service. I had been told that it will be attended within 24 hrs. I had called 2-3 time today again but no one seems botheres. Pathetic service. I will be escalate this issue with the higher authority.

        The worst Service by the Customer Care and the Local Agency in Visakhapatnam.
        I have registered a complaint barring with complaint number 93375777 dated on 30.10.2015. For the replacement of the product as it was delivered with the minor damage, and none of them had turned up till date i.e[protected]. When ever I call up to the call centre simply they say that our technical people will get back to you within 24hrs and I really dont know which standard time they follows. Thereafter I tried calling to the Local Authorise Dealer i.e Eureka Forbes and the always excuse by saying tomorrow every time I call. So I suggest people think before you go for Eureka Products. And more over after delivering the product none of them have come to fix.


        Note: I brought the product directly from the Local Authorised Eureka Forbes dealer. Not from the agencies/online.

          My Customer ID is [protected] i applied for refund on online purchase of aqua guard classic no one is giving response after this now, everytime i call customer care only getting answer we will call you back and i called 10 times atleast. looks like they dont have any backhand team to work these kind of matters you will stuck if you buy for them NO SERVICE AT ALL. looks like fraud company now 8000rs are stucdk for month :( DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM THEM

            We had taken AMC of 3 years for Aquaguard - Infinity model (Contract receipt no.20749292, Dt. 05/05/2012), Eureka Forbes representative have not completed total no. of service required during AMC, they have not visited even after given reminder for due service. After giving many service request calls Eureka Forbes representative visited, but denied to complete the pending service as per AMC. He was just talking about expiry of service contract. After his visit leakage problem has started. After giving complain Eureka Forbes customer care representative informed me that Company representative will be visiting and completing pending AMC service. Few days back company representative visited but he also denied to complete AMC pending services, even he was unable to stop water leakage.

              I bought one water purifier on 03rd august 2015 from aquaguard for rs 24, 235 and paid rs 10, 600 and rest in 3 equal instalment of rs 4, 545.
              My customer id is [protected]. After 7days of installation of the machine the adapter has stopped working. After repeated complain one service engineer name, ravi patil came and change it with an old and used adapter and told me to replace it with new adapter within 2days. After that i follow up the sales representatives, field engineer but no one bother to resolve the issue.Initially they were telling that the company has not issued the new adopter but after two/three follow up they stop picking up my phone.In the mean time i lodge a complaint but without any result. By that time i paid my first instalment of rs 4, 545 on 3rd september 2015.

              When i saw, they are not willing to change the adapter with new one i ask my bank to stop the cheque payment for my second and final instalment.

              I am really frustrated and mentally disturbed the way they are just dragging the case without any result. I purchased the brand new water purifier to have safe and pure drinking water for me and my family but every day i am living with the fear whether the purity is there as they mentioned or not.
              As a consumer i am really disappointed with the service and above all i am forced to drink water from a defective purifier. I am not at all getting the value of my money that i spend to purchase the machine from aquaguard but spent some sleepless night.

              I bought the dr aquaguard geneus + on November 2015 for rs23000. My customer id is [protected].
              The machine was fine but after one week, powedered like substance and fungus was floating on my water.
              Several complaints were lodged and the service engineer Srinivas Reddy suggested to install another external cylinder for rs1100. But it was of no use as I wasted my money. Please refund my money or i would soon launch a police complaint against this harassment.

              I puchased through online direct from the complany and got it installed on 1st sep 2016. After instalation the thank was filled within 1 1/2hrs... After first service done it became 3hrs. after 2nd service it became 4hrs. Now it stopped working for want of membrane replacement, which is costing rs.3000.. The company disowns by way of consumables. It is health related products and handled in such a embarassing way. So far no responsible person can explain me what is waranty then.                 I would rate you as worst service provider. From past 2 month's I have been trying to get the service call but you system has failed to help me. I have 3 year amc but from past 2.months our machine is not working and I have been trying to contact your service centres but all in waste This is the most ridiculous and bad and worst experience I ever had with anyone in my lifetime. these people are worst... they made me wait for 3 months... never replied my complaints and now when the engineer came for the service on sunday... he was not ready to change the faulty card. he tried to pull wires from here and there and for next 1 hour he did nonsense... and later told me that the machine is now working... but next day when i tried to fill the water .. it was the same. i had taken 3 years AMC and paid them money but these cheaters are robbing us our money. they do not want to spend money and change the faulty card and hence they are sending some stupid engineers and giving the worst service.

                  I'm a customer of aquaguard my name is avinash kumar s/o prem chand from muzaffarnagar uttar pradesh.we purchased AQUAGUARD DUO in feb 2014.In jan 2015 it suddenly stopped working, we complaint to a service centre in muzaffarnagar, technician came and he made it worked.since then it again stopped working 3 more times till june 2015 and always technician came and somehow made it worked.on 30 sept 2015 we called them to change the filters, they changed it.But on 16 oct 2015 it again stopped working so i went to SHARAD SHARMA(mob. [protected]), the owner of service centre, in personal to file a complaint, he told me that technician will be there in an hour or two.but when technician didn't came i called to ask wether he will come or not because i have some work to do and no one will be available at home.so instead of assuring me he started yelling at me stating that"if you call me again and again.I wont let your work to be done".so on saturday i went to him to ask that what the problem is, so he asked the technician and he replied that there is a problem in PCB, so i asked him till when PCB will be available, instead of answering he started misbehaving with me and when i tried to offend he used abusive language and started pushing me out of his office.then i called the toll free no. and made a complaint.they gave me request number[protected] on oct 18.but our problem is not resolved yet.an official from dehradun called us and told that it will be available within 2 or 3 days.and he is been saying this since past 2 weeks but PCB is not available till yet.so i kindly request that someone provide service to our product. avinash kumar s/o prem chand request number[protected] cust-id([protected]) mob no.                     On 6th October I have booked Aqua guard classic machine. On 13 th October their sales person Mr Praloy ([protected]) sent Mr Pintu to collect the check who was more interested in selling kuchina products than Aqua guard. Anyways, my concern is till date the machine has not been installed. Calling to the customer care was also of no use. Ironically they have already encashed the check.

                        I bought Dr. Aquaguard Magna UV on 19th August 2015 (Item Code - GWPDDRMUV0000 / Invoice No. [protected] / Order No.[protected]. But unfortunately the product is absolutely faulty and not working at all.
                        After almost 15 days of buying, purifier had some indicator issue, so I complained about the same and they sent service man and he did something and it again started working.
                        Again almost after 15 days, the same problem cropped up about indicator, and I did complained on Call Center Number, again Service man came and he did something and again it started working.
                        2 days back, same problem started and now this time, water is also overflowing of it's tank.
                        They are not giving any replacement after so many complaints. They have pathetic service with very arrogant service providers.

                          I bought Magna model of Eureka Forbes filter which cost me some 17 thousand rupees in Feb-2015, we hardly used 3-4 month and filter is not working.
                          I have been complaining from past 4 months, 2 times technician came stated problem filter need to get replaced. There after none of the executive team has visited my door step and I have been calling to customer care number which they always say only sorry and they have updated to backed team..
                          I don't understand business model and it cleared that how you fool people for some money.. I do have many complaints number and recording of calls.. here are few complaint number 84071873,
                          84095046, 84095056 so on...

                          I am fed-up calling customer care executive, the only good thing Eureka Forbes holds is very good sales guys who can fool customers.
                          Please note that with this service you will not be able to survive in market and it is one of worst experiance and I am regretting after opting your product..
                          I request all the people not to opt Eureka forbes product!!

                              Not attending aqua flow water filter service request for more than 10 days

                              We have purchased a water purifier from Eureka Forbes and taken AMC after warranty period. They are not even bothered to come for periodical service from the day one of AMC period. Their call centre executives are well trained to say just this sentence "WE WILL ARRANGE FOR A TECHNICIAN TODAY / TOMORROW FOR SURE. After a week of our request, they will say "WE HAVE ESCALATED YOUR REQUEST". After then your efforts will go and fed up calling them again and again. Those who are not treating your hard earned money can go with this Eureka Forbes. No other words. This is 11th day I am waiting for their technician to attend our water purifier complaint.

                                I have purchased Aquaguard Enhance Green RO from Snapdeal. I have raised installation request after I have received the product. They delayed around 10 days to install and at installation time they said this not suitable product for your ground water. I asked snapdeal to take return. But they refused to take it cause the 7 days return policy has been expired. Now Eureka Forbes not ready replace the product.

                                  I have ordered an Aquaguard Magna order no. [protected] on[protected]. The sales executive Shivaji Charhate (contact no. [protected]) of Pune branch came to our place to take the order. During the time of taking the order his senior Mr. Rajesh( Contact No. [protected]) and the sales Executive have assured to give the Aquagaurd bottle along with it as offered through online purchase. Once they took the order there was no product delivery till a week, and when I tried to contact they did not response my call. After many follow up the product was delivered without the bottle. Again for the installation I had to follow up a lot to get it installed, which was done finally 5 days after it was delivered.
                                  When I enquired about the bottle the sales executive said that it will be delivered after a week of installation. Till date the bottle has not been delivered, even after many follow up in which they assured that it will be delivered soon.Today when I called the area manager and complained, the sales executive called and told that it was included under that order since it was not ordered through online.
                                  Now my question is if it was not included why were they giving me false assurance even after installation that it will be delivered soon and also at the time of taking the order.It is not only the question of the bottle but my whole trust with the renowned company has lost and in the future I will not be purchasing any product from the company if this kind of service they provide and relationship they maintain.

                                    Purchased 2 units of aquaguard model reviva on 9th november 2014 through their agent venus ro system, chennai -33 with 4 free services under 1 year of warranty period copy of invoice enclosed for your ref. Have made number of call to their concerned persons [[protected] /[protected] & rajesh - [protected]. But in a vain their is no proper response & no free service had been done so far and come to know only the paid services will be attend.
                                    Ps. Their will no free service attend after purchase and in stallion of the unit. Kindly take necessary step to resolve the same on high priority basis before the warranty period expired

                                      The moment we switch the purifier on there is a loud and shrill sound coming from the purifier and sometimes it gets hot. It is now 3 months since we lodged our first complaint . We have sent more than 10 requests via sms as per their policy - but other than the interactive ack no body has even bothered to address the problem . My worry is whether the machine will explode. The machine is also under AMC till July 2016.- They have also an online complaint format - but the funny thing is that if you try to submit it, a msg soon appears that u were unsuccessful.

                                      I am shocked and frustrated at their casualness and arrogance.
