Respected Sir/Madam,
I had purchased one of your products [Aquagaurd water purifier] in the month of May for my home.

Only after our repeated reminders a person came to install it.
We had noticed that the water quality from the purifier was very poor since the beginning itself….

No one paid any heed to the frequent requests which were made to the customer care. A person had come to check it …he said that this machine was not applicable for the type of water we had.
But the person who had installed it didn’t say anything like that, he didn’t even check the water before fitting the purifier.
They say we’ll have to fit an extra machine to the purifier to get clearer water. But my doubt is that would the machine be able hold the capacity with an extra fitting?
What if the water is still impure? They have no answers to these questions….
My only request is that I would like to change the product and would like to install the upgraded model and are ready to pay the extra amount required for it.
I myself & my relatives are using your water purifier for last 9-10 years and are completely satisfied by it. That’s why I suggested the same to my parent’s home & it turned out to be a headache for me.

I DONOT WANT TO INSTALL THE MACHINE WITH AN EXTRA FITTING……BUT AM READY TO HAVE AN UPGRADED VERSION….AND READY TO PAY THE EXTRA AMOUNT…
I hope you will look into this matter seriously..
