Product has been delivered on Thursday 25th Aug 2022. Amazon has already registered to company for installation but no one is coming to install the product. Daily I will call and complain and they will just say we can’t do anything we will escalate the issue.

It’s been 6 days now no installation happen, I just wonder what kind of service they will provide in future.
I am returning the product no other option.

    I had brought Aqua gard water purifier from Eureka Forbes in 2016 and I have been paying AMC from past 4 years and we have never had breakdown from last 4 years but in 2022 our machine has complain on back board replacement. But now company is saying to buy new product with them from our own cost as they don't have material to fix this issue si pls suggest

      I have raise a complaint in customer care about the service of the water purifier on 9 August 2022. My complaint ID is CM[protected] but No technician came for the services. All my family members has fallen sick. I call them everyday but they are not sending any technician.

      Request you to please help with the Justice, as it is hampering my family health now.

        Its been over 4 days and i am still not getting serviced, no one bothered to call me, your customer care are saying that technician will visit in 24 hours.
        I am not getting any water from purifier it is not at all working.

          AMC was taken on[protected] for a period of 3 years from[protected] to[protected].
          As per the Tax invoice No.IN23KA0059243 Ref :No[protected] of[protected] a consignment of electrical household appliances was shipped to my address.NARASIMHAN.C.G. 159.9th Cross Gokulam 3rd Stage.MYSORE.2.

          The consignment is not yet Received as of Today. 27th Aug 2022.

              We raised the complain on 3rd August.
              Technician came and said there is a issue with the Chip and need to be changed.
              After that there is no response from your side. we are not able to use this water purifier now. and nobody from your side is taking action nor responding.
              18th they took the machine for repair and till today (25th August) no reply from them
              Every day they ask us to wait for 24 Hrs and that 24 hrs will never come
              Now they took the machine also and no correct response from them even after escalation

                Mr. 66288- Jadhav Pothaji was assigned service rq CM[protected] for resolving a Aquaguard purifier burning issue on 18-Aug. So far, nobody has turned up to resolve the issue. This is despite repeated follow-ups and escalations.

                  Regarding my water purifier, I have escalated this twice and was assured that the issue will get resolved on top priority, but still it’s not resolved. None of your service guy did visit or bothered to call. Very pathetic and disappointing response or no service at all I must say. We have taken your AMC .Your service guy MR.Bapu Kolekar came & did his routine AMC related maintenance work & post that all the issue started with the purifier, he was immediately informed about the same & he assured that he shall visit next day. Since then he just gave fake commitment of visiting the home but he never visited & now not even answering the call .What kind of service is this?You "Friends for Life" tag line is turning into "Foe for Life" now.Even the customer care guys are giving false commitment, is this company a bunch of losers??every one has the same kind of attitude of fooling others.

                    I bought the enhance RO Filter kit through Amazon and the supplier is aman enterprises . In the kit RO membrane which is only costly product was removed and packed with 2 pre carbon filters.

                      I have booked a service for water purifier and have been following up since a week. There is no response yet. This is very unprofessional and customer harassment.

                        My Aquaguard is not working from more than a week now and I have raised complaints multiple times on customer care number but still not attended. Every time they promise for 24 hours but no body came to resolve the issue

                          I had been calling since 5 days for service of my water purifier, I have called three times and all the time i was told that the "tomorrow surely someone will visit on priority."

                          But as usual no once turned up.

                          I think, these days company does not give importance to service of the product purchased by customers.

                          If it so, please tell us (by our representative) we do not have service. We will not call and wont buy the Eureka Forbes products any more.

                          If a water purifier- such an essential item in any house hold is not working for 5 days, what one has to do.

                          Sorry!
                          Wont buy any products at all!!

                            We have an AMC for aquaguard enhance RO . We noticed a few days back that the water was salty and 2 days ago water completely stopped getting produced. We called the technician and he charged Rs 2625 for changing the filter. We havent even received the bill or receipt for that yet. What is the use of subscribing to the AMC is the company cannot take responsibility for the parts manufactured and supplied by themselves.

                            Please dont go in for any product AMC from this company.

                              I'm writing this msg in regards to our complaint raised in your authorised office, Noida
                              From past 15 days my Aquagaurd is non- functional due to fault in PCB. After numerous call and follow up with your representative Ms Beena Khanna and Mr Mohit Prajapati my complaint is still not resolved.
                              They sent us a repaired PCB which we refused to get it installed and after our conversation with Mr Mohit he assured to get the new PCB installed within 3days but to vain. Would request you to look into the matter and get my issue resolved at earliest.

                                  When I bought the Aquagarud 6 months back, I has told the life of the filter was 6000 litres, and now I have a warning sign on my machine asking to change the filter. There is no way that 6000 litres would have been used up in 6 months for a family of 4. Looks like the machine has a faulty indicator or the company is cheating consumers with incorrect information. When the technician visited the house he said the filters needs to be changed, which is not acceptable. Escalating this issue to either fix the machine or prove that 6000 litres has been used up.

                                    I bought Aquaguard water purifier from Eureka Forbes. Within 8 months, their product stopped working, I called their customer support, they send their man to check the machine, after conclusion, there is rode in Aquaguard machine to be replaced and company told that you've to pay us 1800 for the rode. I told them that, the warranty isn't expire yet and why are you asking for the additional charges?
                                    They said that you've to buy annual subscription if you want to make it repaired in free (within warranty period) & and also he said the charges for the annual subscription is 8400 INR.

                                    They never mentioned all these charges before & now they're clearly refusing to either repair the Aquaguard or replace it.

                                        It is two weeks, since then the circuit has not been replaced and no technician has visited. I am suffering inspite of having AMC.
