I had purchased a water purifier and is in warranty period. 2-2.5 months back Water purifier stopped working and raised complaint for the same and the customer care executive said that the technician will call and visit to check the problem. However, neither the technician called nor visited. Since then I had raised the complaint 3-4 times and I always get the same assurance that the technician will call.
Regret to say that till date they have not attended.
I am so disappointed with such a casual attitude as the people of Eurekaforbes.
I want my water purifier to be replaced with the a new product / refund my amount if they are not able to do the support. Please do the needful.

    I purchased two year AMC for RO and cheque was given to technician for booking AMC on 24th Sept.2022 for Rs ten thousand. After repeated reminders to technician and customer service AMC was issued on 11th October 2022. Even after one month no link for gift has been sent and my mobile no. not updated. This is total cheating. I also registered complaint for RO on 25th October but after 5 days no one is attending the complaint. I can't image to which extent they can cheat customers.

      I purchased an Aura Water Purifier via Amazon from this company in July, 2022. The purifier is not working and I raised a complain . Every time I call the customer care toll number which charges me 3 rs per minute, they say that technician will come within 24 hrs . As of now it's been more than 10 days that the issue has not been been resolved. I have been calling customer care every day and they keep lying to me that it will be resolved within 24 hrs. I talked to the service manager as well on[protected]. He didn't respond either after picking up my call. I feel cheated. Please help

        We have paid for Annual maintenance service as well as candle about a month ago, we have drinking dirty undrinkable water, raising complain daily by e mail, phone, daily we get assurance that technician will visit but no technician has yet visited, this has got tremendous loss of time and money as well as health.

            We started facing some problems in our Aquaguard as the water was not filling in it. We complained about it and a technician came. Before the technician visit still the filter was able to fill some water but after he came the filter stopped working and was not filling any water. We complained about it and the technician said that some membrane is to be changed and they didn’t had any! And since the complainant it has been 5 days. We are taking water from our neighbours. Even after taking the AMC these are the services we are being provided.

              Payment for AMC was made on 15Oct, 2022.

              App still shows payment as pending.

              Done multiple follow ups on call, 50+ emails but no resolution.

              The service men are corrupt, the customer support is worser.

                    Sir,
                    I have purchased AMC for my Eureka Forbes/ Auquaguard- Geneus DX RO+UV+UF+TG product in 21.10.2021 and is valid from 22.10.2021 to 21.10.2022. And the purifier is not working. And on complaint to customer care, they are telling that your AMC is not showing in our system. I am getting regular message from aquaguard registered WhatsApp number on WhatsApp with name "Aquaguard Whtsapp" mentioning my AMC is about to expire soon whose number is [protected] . But still on technical visit for repair he is telling that your AMC is not showing. On customer helpline number talk they are telling they cannot tell your details with AMC number and you have to show your AMC documents to the technician visiting your house. Aquaguard neither provided me any such document neither there is any provision in their website to download that document from the website with the help of AMC number. This seems to be very wrong practice buy Eureka forbes/Aquaguard, harassing customer.

                        Dear Sir/Ma'am
                        I have Eureka Forbes water purifier which is under AMC. Dirty water coming from the water purifier, I booked service on 27 September 2022, now today date 12 October 2022 since 15days gone but not service done yet.
                        I'm continously following through mails, whatsapp, customercare phone call.always giving false replies service will done in priority basis, in 24 hrs your service will be done..Thereafter no body called neither any body visited my place for resolving issue pertaining to the complaint. It is highly disappointment from a highly reputed company that issue of customer has been taken for granted in casual approach.

                        It is very very disappointing all our family members.

                        Now I'm asking to return my AMC amount.

                              I bought the Forbes Robo LVac Voice in first week of May, 2022 from your Dealer in Thrissur. The Name of the Sales Guy is Harikrishnan. The following are the Product Details.

                              We lodged a complaint for failed Water Tank more than 3 weeks ago. The Service Center is not willing to provide the Service Request Number. When we visited the Local Service Center at NP Tower, Poonkunnam Road, Wet Fort, Thrissur 680004 Near Bindu Theatre. They mentioned that the replacement part is awaited from Bangalore and this response is repeated ever since we raised the complaint.
                              We also wrote to deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com but unfortunately, there is no response from her either.

                              We tried to approach through WhatsApp on [protected]. Here again the response was one of a stereo-type - in fact they asked me to raise one more complaint - since I was fed up of this chasing, I requested for a refund of the amount paid and they provided a complaint number CM[protected] for this.

                              As of now, our Rs.32, 000/- investment in this Robo is a sunk cost for us and we have no clue as to how to deal with this non-functioning product.

                              Hope your intervention would help speed up the process. Can you please pitch in and help us ?

                              We are senior citizens and we dont get any domestic help - this was the only reason why we bought this being coming from a reputed company. Now we are helpless since your product is not functioning as was promised.

                                I purchased Forbes Robo Nxt Vacuum cleaner from the Eureka Forbes sales person on 24 September 2022. Within two days the Vacuum started acting crazy. I had a tough time trying to connect to the customer care to come and inspect the product. The sales person informed me if there was any issue with the product within 30 days they will issue a refund. When i asked the sales person to provide me a refund and take the product back, he mentioned refund is not possible. The technician inspected the product today 7 Oct 2022 and mentioned there is an issue with the mother board/chip and they would repair it. Inspite of me asking them to refund me the money and take the product back, they mentioned there is only a replacement option.

                                  Bought Vacuum Cleaner from Eureka Forbes site on 7th September, Full amount paid through Credit Card, was supposed to deliver on 11th September, no update about delivery since then, after frequent calls to customer care. i mailed to them for cancellation on 16th September, got reply that order cancelled and refund will be within 7 working days. I've been following up with them through mail, twitter, calls, every time they say wait wait be patience but not transferring my amount. It's been one month they are just passing time and not refunding my amount.

                                    I purchased water purifier from Flipkart and it got delivered on 30/09/2022, installation should be completed by Eureka Forbes and request id was created by Eureka Forbes on 30/09/2022, however till today installation is still not completed and it's almost 6days and I have contacted them 9 times and there is no proper response or no one from Eureka Forbes contacted me about the issue. Every time customer care girl says work id is already created and they don't know why it is delayed and they say they will escalate the issue and disconnect the call.

                                      DR Aquaguard Select Edge model with RO+UV+AYUR+MTDS
                                      with double tap. one for normal water and other for Ayur herbal water mixed with 7 ayurvedic ingredients

                                      The product was installed in January 2022 and company sold this product to me saying that you have to replace Ayur cartridge worth Rs. 900 whenever its empty. It was empty in July and since then I have lodge many tickets to replace the cartridge. Now they are saying company have changed the policy and you have to replace the whole kit worth Rs. 5100 every the Ayur cartridge is empty. Company do not provide the cartridge alone. Till now no service is done as the service team said we don't have cartridge. I believe company have discontinued this product as it is not visible on their web site. Still as per law company have to support to customer for at-least 5 years. Even my product is under warranty and without first service. How company can cheat with us. Its not possible for me to spent every four months 5100 Rs. just to refill the cartridge.

                                      I'm chasing the team from July 2022. Its a harassment. I'm going to lodge a complaint in the consumer court now.
