Detail about the issue : Water purifier failed to work within few months of purchase on Aug-11-2022. After we complained 3 times to customer care, a service engineer visited the premise and he said, they need to replace the board and they will be ordering it. But they didn't turn back for almost 10+ days even though we tried to reach service engineer and customer care support. During the same time, we had multiple calls to customer care, area manager to get the support for the product. After multiple escalations they said they can't fix the issue and they will replace the filter. Even after receiving the replacement filter, they committed multiple dates to come and fix it. But it is already Sep[protected]almost 20+ days since the filter failed, either they couldn't fix the issue as well as they are not fixing the replaced filter. Moreover, we are not getting proper response from Service person / Area manager / Customer care executives.
