I purchased the Geneus model in 2013 when it was newly launched. DO NOT buy this product because it uses the same UV and RO techniques as the cheaper and basic models, you just end up paying a premium for its style and classy design which again is faulty ( the glass/bottle stand under the water tap has no outlet for drainage and water just sits there and stagnates and smells). The worst bit about buying the Geneus is that because it is a computerised model etc .. Most service engineers are not trained to handle it. Even if you want you cannot get the servicing done by a third party vendor - who are easily available and cheaper - because nobody knows how to handle the Geneus. Many people had told me the worst part about Aquaguard is the service, I entered into an AMC contract with them after end of warranty . Under the contract they are supposed to service the machine 4 times a year. No technician showed up for the first six months and thereafter on the seventh month I had to log a call to get it serviced . A week after this the machine stopped working, and even though the call centre lady said she would escalate this and get it resolved urgently, there has been no resolution after 1 day. I feel completely frustrated and cheated by the company and I am sure I am not alone ...so please beware.

    A sales guy named Mani Shankar came to us for a demo of Eureka forbes wet and dry vaccum cleaner.After seeing the demo we decided to buy it but since there was an offer on this product if we buy it online. So, we were buying it and this guy told us that the same offer i can also give on payment through cash. Infront o[censored]s he spoke to his senior and convinces us about it. He told the free product in this offer will be delivered the next day of purchasing the product. Now it's almost 2 weeks we purchased it and since then we are following this guy. He always tells tomorrow i'll deliver it, tomorrow i'll deliver it but it's not happening at all.Now he has stopped receiving our calls as well. That free product along with the purchased product matter me a lot now as this was committed and these sales guys can't fool customers in this way as it's nothing but a crime with the customers.       We bought AMC which was valid from Oct 2011 to Oct 2014. As per AMC, candle should be changed every year for 3 years. Candles were changed for the years 2011 and 2012. For the year 2013, a service rep came in the month of December. Instead of changing the candle, he said that the existing candle is fine and will replace it in Aug 2014. We believed the service rep. In year 2014, the service rep did not come in the month of August. Instead, another rep came in the month of October and said that the AMC is no longer valid and we need to pay amount. Called customer service several times. There is no one there who can understand simple English. Long holds, calls disconnected. No solution provided. Finally on the last call, I was informed that their records show that the candle was changed in Oct 2013 which is not true. We realised that we have been cheated. Raised online complaints on their website. Sent sms to the number shown on their website. No response at all. Finally decided to throw the machine and buy another one of a different company which does not cheat its customers. I went through similar complaints and realised that this kind if practice has become commonan the company does not take any action. Worthless product and useless customer service.

          I have an atom ro water purifier last three years, and AMC with above company till jan 2015, but last six month iam suffering alots of servicing problem with every month, all new technician are visit my residence and handle the machine search a new problem.thats why iam suffering a lot last six month.two times change of iron filter, pump, fuse etc etc no permanent solution for me .I[censored] are engazing somebody to maintain ur customer pls visit or call after every service like other mnc.Iam very sorry to say everyday stop with all work and waitng for ur technician it is painfull. pls take anykind of action over ur agencies.

            The water pipe connecting the tap and purifier had been broken and had been shown to the technician(Clint, phn-[protected]). After replacing the candle, I was assured that the pipe is available and will be replaced within 3-4 days.But til date nobody has come for the replacement of the pipe. I have made several calls to their call centres/Service centres. It has been almost 4 months Still the problem is not attended .At the service centre I was asked to contact Mr. Anup(phn-[protected]) to sort out the problem. But Mr. Anup claimed that the service centre at THIRUVELLA is new and that the pipe is not available there.Forget the problem being solved ..I am appalled in the manner in which the calls are being chosen to be ignored...Disgusting.

            It has been almost 10 days, that I had registered a complaint regarding
            the leakage from the pipe of my AQUAGUARD. I have also provided my
            contact details, as requested by the company's customer service care,
            yet nobody has contacted till now nor any action has been taken by the
            company to resolve the issue, inspite of repeated reminders. This is a
            highly irresponsible and careless attitude from the company's side.

              Hi Eureka I have Eureka Forbes water purifier Enhance RO. I raised request no :[protected] on 14 Nov and the technician serviced on 22 Nov After Service technician did service, the water is flowing out even if the device is switched off. I have raised new request [protected] on Dec 1 .Can you please help rectify the problem caused by your technician. Earlier the unit was completely working fine. The technician mentioned he was trainee and will go for training after week or so. Can you please send the experienced guy who does not cause problems to the unit Regards Manjula

                Dear Team, I am fed up of eureka forbes service, we have done 3 complaints for low water level and flow but nobody attended it. This is the worst service we got from well known company. Please note my complaint number which was given last time 79152679. if eureka forbes is not capable of solving issues of product worth Rs 15, 990.00 then they should not claim good service and good products.                   I have taken a AMC on 21.03.2013 vide Contract Receipt No.[protected] by paying Rs.3620/=. As per contract the company has to service every six months. The first service was done on 10.10.2013. The next service due on 10.04.2014 or 21.04.2014. But the company has not done the service so far. I have contacted the Company's office at Calicut, Kerala over phone and the lady who has lifted the telephone told me that the Manager was on leave and she cannot do anything for this. I have contacted the Customer care also over phone and I have not received any proper reply for this. Sir, in this regard I request you to do the service immediately and extend the AMC for six months from 21.03.2016 because you have not done service for the period ending 21.04.2014 or otherwise the company has return back the money with 18% interest from the period which I have paid to till date. This customer name was Mr. Biswajit Roy.He is my elder brother & the customer code was [protected]. .This complaint no is 79142918 & 90719042 . The service engineer and Branch Manager(kolkata) has threat to me by phone and miss behave to me on the spot and all employees didn't work in EUREKA FORBES Company (kolkata). Before few days the service engineer damage my home machine on the spot.This home machine is inverter but the service engineer told me that i don't damage your home machine and he lie.That is why I requested you sir that service engineer who will come from Mumbai to Kolkata will visit to my home in the morning on Monday. At first I will check your id proof+certificate of technical+Noc certificate of company Then the service engineer will check the machine and also my problem that I can't show my machine service history to the site. This site is www.eurekaforbes.com but why can i not show my total machine service history. As your problem but I wanted to show my total machine service history through online. My problem don't solve till now four days.That is why I decided that I do not want the machine of Auaguard in EUREKA FORBES Company and now the money of thirteen thousand two hundred and five(13, 205 Rs)will be return to my home immediately.Explain the money is (Auaguard + pump + Amc =7190Rs + 1830 + 4185). If you don't solve my problem then I will satisfied that Eureka Forbes Company is Very very Frot FROT FROT FROT Now I wanted suspend of all employ's of eurekaforbes ltd in kolkata and this Action is taken immediately. if you don't action immediately then I will send my problem to the office Ombudsman and office consumer forum.                         I have take a vacuum cleaner (model_easy clean) which is still under warranty period. I had not used that even 3 times in the last 7/8 months..However the motor of the same is not functioning.I have given a complain through your call centre and the complain no is 78632118.After that I have made several call (at least 20 ) to their call centres/Service centres/.written couple of mails to [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in It has been almost 2 months Still the problem is not attended . Forget the problem being solved ..I am appalled in the manner in which the calls are being chosen to be ignored...Disgusting.                           AtESir I have purchased RO from PATIALA (PUNJAB) on 7/7/2014 for ₹14990. Since my purchase I have not received the value for money I have spent. No one has come for the quarterly service even after my repeated visits to the head office at patiala. A service person has reached my address and he has left my RO in a non working condition. Noone i ready to hear the complaint. Such a bad experience wid eureka forbes. I would suggest every single person not to purchase such product

                                I have bought the Wet & Dry Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner by 28-Oct-14 by[protected] the Blue colour flexible tube has come out from the holder of one end which connects to the suction part. I have failed a complaint @ your call center & my complaint number: 78957348 I got a call from the service men saying that they can't come for this since it is a new i have assist only with the Agency where i have bought. Then i contacted the Agency: Venus RO Systems of Mr.Ramesh-[protected] / [protected] Tey said they will come and assist by next day for that assistance Mr.Rajesh kumar called me-[protected] Till now I am contacting them on daily basis no one is turning up to fix my problem.

                                  Ph – [protected] I have a Vacuum cleaner model of trendy Nano, About 2 months ago, it stopped working. Hence I went to the authorised center at M/s Gurukripa services, chinchwad pune. It was advised by them to replace the motor Which I agreed immediately.. But when a handed over them the unit, evenafter 2 months the service center was not able to service the same. Every time I used to call them for followup, there was some or the other reason to excuse. Many of the times the call itself was not answered & nobody bothered to call back about the status… Parallely, I have registered a service request on call center and the complaint no. is 78458196 There was no response for this as well.. In between, I have called your Kasarwadi Pune office as well to remind, there also no response received.. This has resulted in a huge discontent and dissatisfaction for Eureka forbes customer service.. I am going to stop using all your products and will spread the word among all my friends & relatives as well.. Now I have taken the unit back from the Gurukripa services, , Can you please look into the matter and send the technician? I have tried on your email at [protected]@eurekaforbes, com, it also showing as mailbox full for last 3-4 days.!!! All my details are available in your service data base.. ( based on mobile no)

                                  After escalation to CEO & Marketing head, the service request has now been attended.. The same complaint was forwarded '[email protected]'; '[email protected]'.. After which the things started moving .. The service center him self called me, serviced the unit and it was delivered at home..

                                    In 6 months, the filter's tap broke and for the past 3 months or more it is still not replaced. I have placed a complaint with their so called help line and called 5 times until now for a tap replacement- until now, no soul from the company has woken up from his deep sleep and even bothered to look into my complaint. Once a guy calls and says bring your filter to our service and I even did so but still no use. He says there's no tap in stock and for such small things he can't go home. At the time of selling a product, Eureka Forbes executives spoke their hearts out and claimed this product to be the best but when it comes to product quality and service, even a street side company would provide a better one. Such third rated quality products do not befit a so called great company which you claim to be so. You are losing your market value for sure For almost 3 months now, I am running from pillar to post to have one tap replaced. Friends, please seriously think 10 times before you buy a EF product. This is disgusting and frustrating. I regret our decision to buy a Eureka Forbes Amrit filter. [protected]

                                      This is the 4th time we are filing a complaint for providing bad equipment of water purifier & the EUREKA FORBES IS NOT DOING A SINGLE JOB TO FIX THE ISSUE OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT which has been purchased just before 05months ago. Maybe service department is not quite mature to handle the situation of their clients. ITS SAD & DISAPPOINTING MOMENT TO HAVE EUREKA FORBES as a choice FOR HOME APPLIANCES. Such a pathetic service and model we have never experienced. WE WANT TO A STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE SAME & SOLVE THIS ISSUE AT THE HIGHEST PRIORITY.

                                        I have purchased a new classic water purifier in end of October. its power switch got complaint and leakage from back side and front of the out let from the next day onwards. I have called the sales executive who placed it.he told he will make it correct.thereafter no response and i called customer care and registered a complaint. i didn't get any service, again i complained several times to sales executive.Yesteday technician came and found that complaint is for switch. The sales executive informed me as its having one year replacement warranty. I asked fro replacement and they are telling its no possible.
