I purchased EUREKA FORBES EUROCLEAN XFORCE VACCUME CLEANER on recommendation of Your MISS ARCHANA Sr. Customer Sale Specialist. HER contact No is [protected]. I purchased this product on 16.11.2014 and delivered on 19/11/2014. I made payment through HDFC credit card for the amt 8990/-against Order No/ receipt[protected]. I have company printed order form copy. The person mr. gopi and mr. karunakar told me that the original invoice will reach us by courier. but not received till today that is 7.01.2015. inbetween i called toll free num and i gave complaint against invoice but they told that after 45 days deffinitely you can receive invoice but not. today that is on 7th january i called mr. karunakar mobile num [protected] and he told that he is not responsible and suggest me to call miss. archana and i called her but she also told me that she is not responsible and told that i have to wait for 1 more week and against my argument she disconnected my line abruptly and she not attended my calls. i am asking you people are only do sales and not at all responding for customer calls and complaints. you are not capable to solve problems dont call customers about sales.immediately arrange my original invoice to our address...

        Hai i had purchased EuroAir Energy through online on 26th of December 2014.( Product cost isRs. 29, 990) On 3rd of Jan 2015 I received a Box from Eureka Forbs through Fed Ex Courier, when i opened I was shocked that they had sent me Auqaguard water Purifier ( Product Cost is 22, 000). I contacted all the number of Eureka forbs. Everybody says that i will call you back within 30 Mts. But till today i had no solution for the same

              eDear Sir, We are a big thermal power generation plant named "Rosa Power Supply Company Limited" (a subsidiary fully owned by reliance ADA group). Our plant is situated in Rosa (this place falls between Lucknow & Delhi (in Uttar Pradesh). We have installed 35 aqua-guard classic and 5 Industrial RO in our plant & township locations. For all these machines we have given AMC to a local distributor (M/s. RK Enterprises). Every year we use to collect samples randomly from 10 of the locations and send it to the Government lab in Lucknow for Bacteriological testing. Last year out of 10 samples 3 were failed and this year also out of 6 samples collected 5 samples failed in the bacteriological test done by the govt. lab and it says this water is not fit for drinking, Kindly requested to take some immediate action please.                 My product is Aquaguard water purifier and I have the AMC for year since 15.04.2013 to 14.04.2015. Till I got a only one service. Last month (November) I registered my complaint to replace the filters in my product. There was only one visit by the technician who made an AMC for two year but no service of Aquaguard RO water purifier. After that I have called the customer care many times and every time I get a new complaint number, but no technician comes over to check the water purifier and replace the filters. We need a good service. Please look to it..

                  I had purchased Aquaguard enhance RO in March 2014 from a retailer in Raichur (Shree sangameshwara ent) after a month it stopped working, after several calls only the service man visits, the problenm was fixed, since then after every fifteen days we are facing the same problem pumping unwanted water - noise in motor - non-stop working of the motor etc no storage of water, the service provider doesnt attend on time. even after having water purifier we buy water cans. We asked for the replacement its not done ..We are highly dissatisfied by the product..we immediately need the replacement or money back.There is poor customer service.                         I ve purchased eureka forbes water puripurifier aqua flo dx on 24 dec 2014 ...then i gave a call to the customer care centre for the installation of it ...thev promised to send their engineer for the fitting of the same ...however today is 29 dec and i still have not any kind of support from them...it is so rediculous ...i am continuously calling ur customer care no but they are keeping me on hold for long time ...and even after that no response has ben recd so far ...please wake up and send some body immediately...

                          Dear Sir, I have purchased an enhance RO Aquaguard in the year of 2011. After one year of warranty period I did AMC for a period of Two years i, e from dated-09.12.12 to 08.12.14 with worth Rs.7800/-. At the time of AMC it was clearly told that the AMC will cover two time change of water filter candle both inside and out side. But during the entire AMC Period they have changed only once. The very next day of the expiry of AMC period i, e on dated-09.12.2014 my machine was out of order and after repeated intimate to the service centre they are asking for more amount approximately Rs.2500/- to repair the same. Being a old customer of Eureka Forbes, I have never faced such type of services from you. Your service centre was really disappointed me during the entire AMC period. Hence, I am sincerely request you to please do the needful at your end as soon as possible so that my family will get safe drinking water. Anticipating your quick response in this regard.                             On 25th Oct 2013, we have purchased Aqua sure kitaanu magnet from srihari steel palace in Nagarjuna nagar, Tarnaka, Hyderabad - 500017. From the day one it was slow and after two months it was dead slow. We had to wait for 3-4 days to get 10 glasses of water. We did complain to the dealer. He suggested to wash the filter etc we implemented all the suggestions. Day one was okay but from day two onwards the problem was the same. Recently vexed with the repeated complaints to the dealer, we took the item and left it there. He gave to the company person and after a week gave it back saying the filter has some problem. When the problem was informed when it surfaced, i demanded the company should change the defective piece. Till now no replacement. A number of times we brought to the notice of the dealer. Finally lodging online complaint. When complaint was lodged, if the dealer dilly dallies and crosses the warranty period, what should the consumer do? I had trusted Eureka Forbes but now I really repent for not going for other popular brands. I request you to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

This consumer name was Mr. Biswajit Roy.He is my elder brother & the customer code was [protected]. .This complaint no is 79142918 & 90719042 and aqua-guard machine does not work. before one month ago The service engineer and Branch Manager(kolkata) has threat to me by phone and miss behave to me on the spot and all employees didn't work in EUREKA FORBES Company (kolkata). Before few month ago the service engineer damage my home machine on the spot.This home machine is inverter but the service engineer told me that i don't damage your home machine and he lie.That is why I requested you sir that service engineer who will come from Mumbai to Kolkata will visit to my home in the morning on Monday. At first I will check your id proof and certificate of technical and No objection certificate of company Then the service engineer will check my aqua-guard machine and I can't show aqua-guard machine service history to the website. This site is www.eurekaforbes.com but why can i not show my total machine service history. As your problem but I wanted to show my total machine service history through online. My problem don't solve till now 1 month.That is why I decided that I do not want the machine of Auaguard in EUREKA FORBES Company and now the money of thirteen thousand two hundred and five(13, 205 Rs)will be return to my home immediately.Explain the money is (Auaguard + pump + Amc =7190Rs + 1830 + 4185). If you don't solve my problem then I will satisfied that Eureka Forbes Company is Very very Frot FROT FROT FROT Now I wanted that All employ's should be dismissed of eurekaforbes in kolkata and this Action is taken immediately. if you don't action immediately then I will send my problem to the office Ombudsman and office consumer forum.                                     Dear Concerned, This is with great frustration I am writing this email. We had bought 'Aqua guard water purifier' during the last week of Aug 2014. Due to domestic reasons (space constraint) we had returned back the product intact within 30 days from the date of purchase. Mr. Yogananthan #[protected] was the representative who attended this deal. Right from Sept 2014 we have been following up for the refund of paid amount (Rs. 15000). But we are yet to receive the payment. Its almost 3 months time yet every time we call there is no answer as well. I hope this complaint of mine will be addressed on top priority.                                       I had placed the order 2 years back & payment was also maid by me & till date the full security system has not been installed at my site. I had contacted many times to Mr Shyam having its mobile no.[protected], to Mr Anish having its mobile no.[protected], to Regional Head having its mobile no.[protected] . In my absence my family lives alone & if any mishap is there, Eureka Forbes will be solely liable for the same which may please be noted as the Eureka Forbes is failed to complete the security system of my house. I also reliazing that I had wrongly made the payment to Eureka Forbes & eureka forbes is totally failure on completing the job of installation of Security System and also not taking any action on the sales representatives like Shyam. If the company is not in position to install and complete the security system then the company should close its service & windup & should return the advance amounts to its customers.                                       The security system has till date not completed. it seems that the company is delebrately involved in not providing the services & not providing the equipments & taking back the equipments illegally without the consent of the owner for which he has paid 2 years back
