Dear Sir,
This is in reference to trailing mail complain dated 12/07/2013 of Nano RO Water Purifier and online Service request #[protected] dtd.15/07/2013.
Further we have also send the hard copy of complain to Step-3 Service redressal on 30/09/2013 but no action has been taken so far.
I have deep trust in your company’s product & hope that I will not be disheartened for quality issue as I have purchased this Eureka’s RO after cancelling the order given to other make RO.
Unfortunately I have bad experience from the customer service because the customer complain is pending since long & issue is still unresolved.
We are purchasing drinking water on daily basis because non operation of our RO.
We request you to please take up the our complain on priority & arrange to repair the m/c under warranty clause as early as possible.

This is in reference to trailing mail complain dated 12/07/2013 of Nano RO Water Purifier and online Service request #[protected] dtd.15/07/2013. Your Technician attended the machine but unable to resolve the problem. Since the visiting technician attempted 3 times to resolve the problem but he could not succeed, so it appears that he be assisted by a senior expert technician. Last visit of Technician was on 24/07/2013.
Following are the observations after last visit:
1. Water output is low i.e. Water Purifier efficiency is very low.
2. Water is continuously coming from drain pipe i.e. wastage of water is more.
3. Purified Water test is not like RO Water, taste/smell is not good in comparison to water found after commissioning of m/c, means servicing /repairing is not up to the mark.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange to repair the m/c under warranty clause.

With reference to trailing mail complain of Nano RO Water Purifier & On line Service request#[protected] dtd.15/07/2013.
Eureka service technician visited at home two times & tried to attend the problem of water Purifier but he could not success.
Our water Purifier still not working .We have observed following problem.
1. Water output is low.
2. Water is continuously coming from drain pipe.
3. Purifier is not functioning as water coming from Purifier is not pure i.e. RO Water.
4. Purified Water test & smell is not good in comparison to water found after commissioning of m/c, means servicing /repairing is not up to the mark.
Kindly look in to the matter & arrange to send expert service person to service the m/c .

I am facing trouble with RO water purifier which I purchased last year in July-2013 and installed by your technician in Aug-2013. It was purchased from M/s S.S.WATCH & ELECTRONICS-Silvassa (UT of D & NH) on 15th July-2012, Cashmemo is attached. The problem occurred when some knocking sound started coming repeatedly from the machine during running. On hearing the knocking sound, the machine was stopped immediately to avoid any further damage but delivery of water become negligible by that time. On complaining, the technician insisted to first get the AMC. Here, I would like to bring into your kind notice that my machine is still in the warranty period and must be repaired under warranty scheme only. I am furnishing the purchasing details herewith for your ready reference (See Attachment).
You are requested to please look into the matter and depute the technician to repair the machine within warranty clause.
