My aquaguard AMC was done for 3 yrs with assurance to get free gift link. But though one month has lapsed, no response from the company. This is sheer breach of trust, money and loyalthy. Moreover noone shd trust this company. Their services r poor as well as they r playing with money and trust of customers which r never acceptavle at any cost. Official s responsible shd be punished for this act of cheating...

Just renewed the contract and the tax invoice pdf sent to me won't open. A pop up message says it's corrupted....

We were misinformed by service personnel (Mr Darhsan mob-[protected]) who sold AMC to us against Water purifier (RO+UV) 0n 20.10.2021 (Validity of AMC was 11.11.2021 to 10.11.2023) that we will be given free gift. We have not received our gift till date....

My Eureka RO (Superb Model) is showing a RED LED (service ) and it seems the filter need to be replaced. I have already renewed my AMC on 5th Dec 2021 and since then I am struggling to get an engineer aligned to my complaint. I made multiple calls to the call center for support but no action has been taken so far.
Its already been 20 days since I raised this complain. I also sent escalation mails to their management but no response...

The RO was installed on 16th December 2021 and since then the tap is leaking. I have lodged a complaint on 20th December on advise of the person who installed the machine. Since then I have not received any feed back from the service team. Please not that the product is new and I certainly did not expect this from EFL...

We registered a complaint with Eureka Forbes call centre on 29th Oct 2021, complaint id [protected] for euroclean iclean vacuum cleaner. Till date no one has bothered to look into the complaint raised inspite of my repeated attempts.All i am told is that somebody will be attending to the complaint as soon as possible.Its now 60 days since the complaint was raised.had i known that this is the kind of response an esteemed brand like Eureka Forbes...

I purchased vacuum cleaner from a sales rep from Eureka in March. I made payment through credit card. I requested the sales rep to put the payment on 3 EMI. The payment went through twice. One complete payment of 15000 and another through 3 EMIs.

I requested for refund and called customer rep.No action taken so far and no refund received. Provided my bank statement as evidence.

Its been more than a month we raised complaint for water purifier issues, however company is not just bothered to address the issue. I dont understand how can any resposible company do such thing when it is directly related to health issues. It is so frustating to call the customer support daily and hear same answer everyday.
