Hi Sir/Madam,

From 30-may to till today, I have made more than 20 calls to customer support for new installation for water filter - AquaSure Aquagard Amaze.
Already there are more than 3 work order created. But yet service not provided.
On 1-jun customer support team mentioned that my request is assigned to technician Mr.Manjunath. But till today no response.

Never expected this kind of service from Eureka Forbes even after 5 days of delivery no one turned up for installation
Provided all the documents
Registered installation requests & installation work order numbers.
Reminding daily for installation is all waste of time.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW, WHEN YOU WILL BE SENDING TECHNICIAN FOR INSTALLATION?

    For more than 3 weeks, the technician has not visited to service the Water Softner AWS2000. Even after sending multiple email and registering complaint with the customer care, they are not bothered to attend to the customers. I regret for buying Eureka Forbes products and will never refer them to anybody.

        I have lodged a request for service and repair of industrial water purifier no [protected], but till now no response from your team even after multiple reminders. As we are in Jaisalmer my personnel's are developing health issues due to no proper drinking water. Plz take up this issue on priority and solve the issue as soon as possible.

          Pathetic service from Sureka and Eureka is encouraging it. Sureka got all data about eureka customers and renewed ahead of eureka and not giving service.

          I called both Sureka and Eureka agents into a common place and discussed. Eureka agent don't want to take any action. All they say is you pay me 12K for AMC and move out of Sureka. But when asked how about the amount 8250 paid to Sureka, no answer.

          Eureka should collect that amount from Sureka forbes and ask customer to pay remaining for AMC and help, If they really want to help.

          Pathetic service from Sureka and Eureka is encouraging it. Sureka got all data about eureka customers and renewed ahead of eureka and not giving service.

            There is an issue with RO as the filter is not working and water is not coming through. Since last 1 month I've been continuously calling customer care regarding my RO service, every time they said you no need to call next time we will send a technician. But till now no one came to resolve the issue.

            Having 2 years of maintenance contract with you with no use. I'm just fed up with their services.

            It's a totally fraud company. Kindly resolve this issue asap or else refund my money.

              I am using this Aquaguard since 8 months now water is not getting filled in the tank for purification. This is 2nd time that I am facing issue in last 8 months. Expecting a response from Eureka forbes team as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

                Aquagaurd bought from amazon, it stopped working after 30 days, we complaint on complaint no. Technician came for 3 times and changed parts thought its not working they after 3 complains a lady zeel called us to assure that if not resolved for 4th time we will try to replace the product, its being more then 20 days we havent received a call or a technician even zeel is not picking phone, before 10 days i mailed complain on their given email id on website, no reply even i escalated complain to CEO of the company as per given details on website though their is no reply since 4 days.
                Kindly look into it

                After 2 days of the complaint we received a call saying that your aquagard replacement procedure has been started, we asked for the confirmation on mail or message, she replied you will get shortly,
                Since then its more then 12 days, no one has came nor we received a message

                  On 11th May`22 Mr. Moolachand Chorotiya came well in time, during the demo it was seen that the robot could not cross a small floor panel & go to the next room, videos were taken by Mr.Chorotiya on the inability of the robot to cross the small panel & he sent it to Mr. Manoj Pant-Sr.Zonal head.
                  I told them that if it cannot go from one room to the other then the whole idea of having a robot is beaten.
                  In the meantime Mr.Rushikesh also came & the trio had a long discussion, after which I told them that I would like to speak to Mr.Manoj Pant.
                  Mr.Manoj Pant told me that I would get a refund due to product failure(email attached) & the courier would come & pick up this machine.This was on the 11th May.No courier person came & I contacted Mr.Pant, he told me that it takes 15 days for the courier to come, I told him that for the delivery the courier came in 4 days so why 15 days now, but today on 30th May still no courier person has come to pick up the machine
                  After that I have sent a number of whatsapp messages, emails & even tried to call Mr. Manoj Pant but he does not respond.
                  This has really upset me.I am a respectable practicing medical Doctor & Mr.Pant being a responsible & senior employee of the company should be knowing how to treat the customers, why am I being ignored by employees of a company who want to sell their product to me, the mistake is from the company`s side, my wife & me spent 3 days for the demo, it is very upsetting to be treated in this fashion, I have been using Eureka forbes products in all my diagnostic centres since so many years then why create this displeasure.
                  After not getting any response from Mr, Pant I escalated the matter to the CEO desk, it has been nearly 10 days now since I have been sending emails to the CEO desk but I only get a reply from them that they are looking into the matter & have escalated it to their seniors, what is shocking that forget the sales team not contacting me, they have not bothered to respond to the emails sent by CEO Escalation desk.
                  I am very upset&disapponted that a reputed company like Eureka Forbes treats their customers in a very bad way

                        Dear Concerns, I have bought water salter 1000 from eureka Forbes in Rs. 31400/- in October 2021. At the time of purchase sales person told lie that machine will smoothly install on terrace of my residential flat. I told him that i need chairman permission for installation. When technical person came for visit to install the machine after 2 month of delivery, he told that I have to incurred expense for installation like pressure pump, roofing, piping and all, total cost around 25000/- I given him 25000/-. He did installation but after 2 month machine get leaked and water pouring in to entire terrace my Neighbours raising complains. I did complain to eureka Forbes after 2 months of constant complain in Govt of India PMO office, person visited the place and clearly stated that machine not practically feasible to install, earlier technical & sales person cheated you. At present my not using this machine since installation and felt being cheated by the company. I demanded refund from company but not replied by company since 2 month has been passed on. Later I have review on YouTube about company's product i got many video which claims that this product is fake.

                          I took AMC for 2 yeas on 17th May.I was about to take 1 year AMC only but took 2 years AMC because there was one free gift to be given to customer.
                          After multiple calls with customer care and incentive solutions(responsible for delivering gifts), I learned that customer id needs to be sent to incentive solutions first for activating the customer id o choose the gift in eflgifts.in .

                          However I have called continuously for last 4-5 days to customer care and they have raised complain 3-4 times.But no messages regarding the complain received in my mobile.I was give two complain ids also i.e [protected] and CM[protected] .Not sure if these are really raised or just fake.Every time I call them, I have to explain them from the beginning and they have no idea what was the last complain about.

                          One of the worst customer care service so far.

                          Is this free gift ad is for real or just a fake one.If this is not there please confirm. Otherwise please take necessary steps to activate my id for free gift.

                            I am under AMC for the past few years for my Dr, .Genus water purifier. We are two senior citizens and our annual consumption is less than 3000 litres. This year the Mineral cartridge replaced under AMC worked for about 8 months and the level has gone to 5 ( maximum) even when the water use was less than 3000 litres. I had asked the technician to replace the mineral catridge, but he refused eventhough it is a consumable item and was supposed to work for 6000 litres. May be it is a recycled catridge. I have been complaining to Deepa at customer care for the past one month but no action was taken. There has to be a way of redressal. They are waiting for AMC to be over by May 31st, 2022 so that they ask me to pay AMC again. I had been drinking unsafe water for the past one and half months. If anything happens to our health, I would hold Eureka Forbes responsible. I fail to understand why no redressal mechanism or Ombudisman is not fixed by Government for water purifiers.                             Which is the governmental redressal agency for water purifiers? How can you force a customer under AMC to drink unsafe water with an exhausted mineral catridge, showing no minerals after 3000 litres use?

                                We have been a old customer of Eureka Forbes since 1990 and always loyal to this brand but we have been cheated by one of your sales person " Raju Rajak 09002414" when we planned to replaced the old water purifier against new ones dated 29.08.2020. Since we purchased the new machine Dr Aquaguard Nrich HD UV we have been going through night. The salesman mislead us with fake information and sold this faulty machine to us which is not at all compatible to our place and often broken down since every month we installed it, just to fulfilled own monthly target how someone trapped the customer that we have learnt from a big brand like yours.
                                We are now totally pissed off and planning to go legally and thought of complaining last time in hope of good resolution.

                                  I purchased the afore said vacuum cleaner through you on16/10/2021. Invoice no: TN-MAA[protected].Hardly we have used the equipment. May be a couple of times. On 03/05/2022 when I started using it started emitting burning smell and electric sparks . On 04/05/2022 I contacted the company’s service center and raised a complaint . They are simply calling me and assuring me that machanic will visit and set right. It’s almost one month since I made complaint. I am really fed up with the company and their very bad service. I regret very much for purchasing the said product. I request you to either get the machine repaired or replaced with new one. If not possible refund the amount.

                                    I requested for AMC renewal on my Acquguard Reviva (Bangalore - 75). The technician named Ganesh visited on 16th May and did the necessary service and I paid for 2 years AMC.

                                    When i asked for receipt, he mentioned its generated online and will be sent through email within 24 hours.

                                    Till date, I have not received it. Your CC number[protected] is not reachable, i tried many many times. Also Mr Ganesh is not responding.

                                    It is my right to have the money receipt and AMC certificate. If you do not resolve it soon, I will go to consumer court.

                                      I have opened service request to repair my AquaGuard somewhere 14th May 2022. But request has been attended on on 20th May and they said they need to replace PCB and come back next day. Next day they came and replaced PCB. But it didn't work and they said they need to replace some switches. They didn't turn up since. ALso they (technician) are not responding to the call.

                                      We are facing lot of difficulties with out Aquaguard and we are depending on our neighbor for water.

                                      Could you please help me to escalate this request to next level and get the things done at the earliest.
