Timeline of Issues
7.07.2021 - Product delivered and installed almost a month later after constant reminders.
Product stopped working post installation, there was red light blinking and water flooding from the due to faulty installation. After complaining instead of refunding or getting a new product they began changing all the parts. The machine still did work.
23.03.2022 - Finally almost 6-7 months later instead if refund they replaced and delivered another product
27.03.2022 - The product was installed by Mr Krishna Murthy. He also insisted on installing a pre-filter (Rs 1200) which was paid via google pay.
30.03.2022 - The product ceased to function again
1.04.2022 - Complained to the customer care, nobody reverted.
4.04.2022 - Complained again and got a refund number - [protected]. We were told someone from the sales team will get in touch but there was no follow up from their sales team
23.04.2022 - Again called to enquire regarding the refund, spoke to someone called a s Naved. Again no one followed up post that.
25.04.2022 - Called again but to no vail.
Again kept trying to get in touch with them through calls and emails but there's been no positive response whatsoever. They say the sales team will get in touch but that doesn't seem to be happening.
Its absolutely unprofessional and unexpected for a company such as Eureka Forbes to have a horrible customer service.
Water is a basic necessity and to have problems with the purifier and not having it resolved is appalling. Since I've been a customer for long decided to go for your product again. But because of your faulty machine and an incompetent team of officials its been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. Additionally, had to constantly purchase purified bottled water because of this.
I will never suggest this product to anyone and would request you to resolve this matter at the earliest. It's been almost a year and this is absolutely preposterous.
