Dear Sir/Madam

This is to bring to your kind notice that the above said product doesn't work properly with lot of complaints and it is not up to the expectations. Iam VERY VERY SORRY to inform you that I raised a complaint on[protected] regarding poor performance of water filtering.

This is to bring to your kind attention that your service technician called upon me visited to our place and tested the product and suggested to replace the filters (which are damaged with in 7 months of product's purchase) as early as possible and as the product is in warranty period. The same was explained to the customer care team and requested to replace the filters at fee of cost and the case was not considered by your customer service team. I keep on raising my concern to your team and at last guy named Nizam assured me that he is going to forward my case to high officials by email. and afer 2 or 3 days he responded that the filters will be replaced at free. and accepted to send the device technician to my place.
After 2 days service technician called me and visited my place but he refused to replace the filters at free of cost.
In this regard I remain complaining to customer care team again but the problem was not at all solved since one month.
I also want to bring to your notice that the service technicians over here (Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh) are not at all work efficient which very bad on customers point of view.
I would be grateful if you could solve the problem which is pending for more than one month.

    I bought an aquaguard water purifier in 2007. All along the maintenance job has been assigned to Mr. Suman. Last month, the purifier gone defective and I called Suman. He came and said that circuit is defective. He took out a packet from his bag and replaced the Circuit. The packet said to contain a Circuit, carries no writing of Product name, Name of manufacturer, Place of manufacture, MRP etc. It appeared to be suspicious of the product genuineness. He charged me Rs. 1870/- for the Circuit. I asked for payment receipt but he refused. On the contrary, he took away my old circuit. The entire deal appeared to be suspicious. Please look into the matter and protect my interest.

      Product under maintenance contract
      Service request made on 31-Mar-22 for replacement of split hose (tap to filter). Scheduled for the same evening by 1900 hours. Not made. Reminded on 31-Mar and 3-Apr. Schedule given for within 24 hours and 72 hours respectively. Not made. Handled the job myself (10 minutes). SMS on 9-Apr giving tech name and "Satisfaction" code. No visit. Tech called on 12-Apr. Reported the entire episode to deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com. No response.
      Service request No [protected] for Aquaguard not working 25-Apr-2022. Tech. visit scheduled for 1600 hrs 26-Apr. No visit. Called Customer Care who promised to revert status within an hour. No respones.
      Called 27-Apr. Callback made within 1 hour with a promise to attend to complaint within 24 hours. No response so far.
      When Customer Care is called attended to by an outside call centre whose only role (seems) to be recording the complaint. Notes made on poor technical response made to company which does not respond.
      Difficult to understand how the service operates with no schedule given for attending to complaint - be it 1 day, 1 week or 1 year! Does the company expect us to be at their beck and call without visit schedule details?

      Still no visit from a technician - as promised!

      Anyone wanting to invest in a product made by Eureka Forbes please keep this in mind - they do not value any maintenance contracts entered into by them.

            The problem is my RO water purifier output tds is more than the expected. ie input tds is 570ppm and the output water tds is 99 ppm. Due to that water taste is very bad and not able to drink .

            This problem started from day 1 after the AMC performed on March 2022.Before the AMC everything was working fine.

            Now We couldn't use the RO system after AMC. we are buying the CAN water from outside for drinking purpose. We are suffering!

            Initially I informed to service engineer but he couldn't able to fix this issue(he couldn't find the root cause of the issue) and after that I escalated to the Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com as a first level escalation but after that also there is no improvement.

            Till now Nobody from the service team is contacting me to give solutions.

            Finally I am helpless .

            I am loosing my hope in Eureka fobes Service.

            Finally I request you to consider this has High priority escalation ticket and send some experts to fix this issue quickly.

            So far nobody from the service team is caring about my complaint . No body called me . I don't have any idea whether they will call or not . How long I need to suffer ???. You people got my AMC MONEY RS. 5000 from March 2022. But I didn't even utilized . I am buying the CAN water outside for drinking . Please refund my money back else I need to seek for legal support.

              Bought Ro Aquaguard two days aggo on installation they said have to buy booster for water pressure which cost 3500/ rs which was totally unknown o[censored]s.and after saying we don't want install this product installation boy just walk away saying he can't do anything.very worst experience ever...

                I have taken AMC of my water purifier and ID is [protected].
                My first servicing done on 31.10.2021and after that no servicing was done as per the agreement. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                  1) Purchased a GLAM +UV+UF+AC water purifier from Vijay Sales, Vashi in February 2022
                  2) Within 2 months purifier not working and I called for service.
                  3) Service person came on 16/4/22 and informed that mother board needs to be changed.
                  4) I said that it is not possible that a mother board assembled in a mechanical factory would go bad in 2 months. So better replace the purifier witha new piece.
                  5) On 17/4/2022 I lodged a complaint on Eureka website and sent a mail to the given mail ID - deepa.customercare2eurekaforbes.com
                  6) I got a call on 18/4/22 stating that my complaint is being escalated and the matter will be discussed with the distributor.
                  7) For the next few days I got no messages on mail or any calls on my registered number.
                  8) Yesterday, 22/04/22, when I was not available at home, a service person visited without any prior intimation to me, and when on age mother was alone at home.
                  9) I was surprised to receive some service completion code which needed to be given to the person.
                  10) He did not care to call me for the code.
                  11) Now God only knows what he did to my water purifier and what part he has replaced/removed etc.
                  12) No service report/sheet has been given to me and no messages received.

                  To conclude, I have been sold a sub-standard piece of purifier and either Eureka Forbes/Vijay Sales replaces the water purifier in whole or my money must be returned back..

                    I have purchased it about 6 months back. I ordered side rotating brush, hepa filter and mop immediately after purchasing. But still now, i have not received the items and nobody ever visited my house, except on service engineer, who immediately said that he was not having any training regarding the product I have purchased.                       You are requested to provide service for water purifier.I have taken two year AMC.But from the date I have taken AMC to till date there is none of service has been provided by your company and I had been called to custom care service for more than three times but still no will come to provide service for water purifier. Due to this late service we are compelled to drink bad water from two week.

                        I have raised a complaint on 21st march regarding my vacuum cleaner when i felt the burning smell when switch on the device. After 10 days a technician visited my place and said motor has gone. Its a 3 yrs old product (fed up see the quality of the product). He said motor stock is not available (fed up with the availability of spares). He ordered the motor, but till now i didn't received any call or update. When ever i call customer care, they are saying the same story that "Give me a last chance sir we will send the technician tomorrow". So many tomorrows gone. But, the issue is not resolved.

                          On my last due yearly service service engineer mobile number [protected] arrived and after his service there was a leak from the external water filter which I complaint for several timas through call but it was ignored by your employees and I have personally got involved to resolve the problem of leak.
                          I don't expect this reaction from your service as I have expending thousands of ruppees for yearly service.
                          This kind of behaviour is unacceptable.

                              Water purifier is not at working and we have filed complaints everywhere possible. No response so far. The warranty period is going to be over and they are calling for AMC which we don't want to do due to very bad customer care

                                  - After installation, water started to leak from purification chamber and made a mess.
                                  - Installation Engineer, tightened the pipes between cartridges by hand, I asked him to make it proper that it won’t happen again.
                                  - He removed a rubber bush under the chamber to release leaked water, but he don’t know how to fix it back, so he gave it in my hand to keep it.

                                  Problem after Installation:-

                                  - Second day after installation, same leakage problem started and kitchen floor was filled with water.
                                  - We turned off the purifier.

                                  It’s been more than 72 hrs (3 days) now, nobody called or attended the issue. Even after I made multiple follow up calls with customer care on 14th & 15th April still no response. (Service center is nearby my location 5km approx)

                                  Fake / Invalid Escalation Email ID's:-

                                  I have tried to escalate to below email ID's shared by Eureka Forbes in their website, but the email failed.

                                  I have called customer care and they confirmed above are the correct escalation emails. (Which is not valid)

                                  Useless Mobile Application:-

                                  I have installed Eureka Forbes iPhone mobile application which is useless, it says
                                  "Sorry we couldn't find any Product details linked to this Customer number in our system"

                                  Only way I can communicate with customer care is by phone call.

                                  In one call they said there's no such complaint, in other calls they say my complaint is open and they are giving high priority.

                                  I don't get any acknowledgement whether the customer care representative updated the ticket with what I said or not.

                                  Starting from the installation we couldn’t able to use the purifier, bringing water from our other house using small vessels.

                                  All the above happened / still happening while we have guests in home.

                                  Why do I have to go through this stress ?

                                  I lost all my trust, now I have zero trust in Eureka Forbes customer care and I don't want to be their customer anymore.

                                  Requesting you to kindly provide my money back.

                                  I’ll go for AO Smith UTC (Even though they don’t have service center in my location, but they attended my Water heater complaint the next day)

                                  Note: There’s no COVID restrictions in Tamilnadu, all restrictions were lifted by TN Government.

                                    We have raised complain for service on 06.03.2022, mr Akash came for service and did service in such manner that since that day purifier not working.

                                    Post that complaint raised multiple times vide complain no [protected], [protected], [protected]

                                    All complaints closed without any visit and non respond given till date on call they harassed us.

                                      I am using ur products from decades.
                                      Now latest I have purchased WDX2 Vacuum cleaner Dec 2020.
                                      Now suddenly it has stop working.
                                      I raised a service request and technician also attended but the reason was so silly.
                                      The power cord not working properly so it has to be changed i.e, the full roll or full length along with the unit attached. My problem is we r using once a while also for indoor use only. Then how the power chord has problem inside itself?
                                      Not satisfying the quality of this.
                                      Also I need to pay both service charge and also the chord unit cost.
                                      Very unfortunate 😕

                                        After getting payment of filter in April 21 the same has been defective hence against my AMC filter replaced in Sept 21 whereas there was guarantee of filter is 1 year in corporation water any how again on 4.3.22 within AMC period I called. Technican they told filter is not working you have to pay for filter whereas my machine was under AMC at that period.
                                        This is a cheating to me that in AMC period company not replacing filter.
