We are using aquaguard and it is not working. I have registered the complaint at the customer care department of Aquaguard office. The telephone number 39883333. This is a Bangalore number. My complaint booking number is AK5/9
.Its been more than 2 weeks now that i am daily calling these people and they confirm me that today they will send a technician to rectify the aquaguard, but no body has come so far. I am so very upset with this that I decided to submit this written complaint in this forum . I find it very dificult to arrange drinking water.

Can someone pls help us from this.

Don't buy Aquagaurd purifier. if you are buying then for service make your own arrangement.Service is worst.
Yes.I too agree to this.I had problem with the Aquaguard purifier and I called up the respective person;he was so rude and used abusive words too.
I am also a person who is experiencing the same problem for the last 10 days. These guys have nothing to say, but tell that their techincian will attend to the problem, but nobody turns up. Its very disgusting to know a reputed company like this has such a poor service.
I am fade up with the Acquasure . Service is horrible - one Kanakraj ( service personnel ) replaced my candle and the system became malfunctional from next day onwards .Now this is malfunctional for a month. I call the sales head - Bonnie and service head Dinesh but seems people are too casual in their approach . My complaint no is 83540842

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I am Anjusha Kadam, purchased New water purifier product from Eureka Forbes against my old aquagard on 16th Sep 2008. Product name is Aquagaurd total Gold Nova and its item code is GWPDGNOVA0GOLD amounted Rs. 8590 including 12.50% vat.

    The sales person Chandrajeet Yadav - 9014178, assured me that new aquadard will be installed in 3 working days after the payment. But this aquagaurd dispatched by company after 8 days. In this 8 days 8 to 10 times I call him for the product.

    On 24th Sep 2008, i got that machine at 10.00 p.m.. It was installed on 25th Sep 2008. But in installation process, it was cleared that the machine was faulty. The person who came for installation forward the complaint and told me that there is small problem in the start button of machine and on the next day technician will come and look after this matter.

    But from that day nobody came. Everyday I call on numbers which is provided on Bill. I already forward my complaint on Eurohelpline Number 39883333 on 26th Sep 2008. My complaint no is 80625404. Then I called on 28700791 and 28706677 which was given me from help line where I Called on 27th Sep 2008 and forward complaint again. The complaint no is 659 given to me.

    From that day I daily called on 67611800/01/30 which is its direct sales office. In this office also I cant get proper reply from anyone. Mr Sachin Dhanawade who is working in this office, promised me on 29th Sep that on next day you will get replacement, but nobody come and today he is not attending my call.

    So, I request you to kindly look after this matter and help me to get replacement as early as possible.

    I had very very bad service from Eureka Forbes guys, this sales person Ghanasham Patil from Aundh PUNE, office was very nice before placing the order for Nova Gold and agreed couple of things related to installation before placing order, once order is put, money got deposited We need to continuously follow starting from delivery to installation, almost a month still installation is not complete and we are not able to use it.
    till now almost daily calling, but he doesn't pickup the phone and no reply to call.

    Very bad service!

    Aquaguard Gold Nova Water Purifier — Not working properly,

    One month back i called for Service, till this time there was no response. On 8th May, 2009, again I called up your service through phone, for notworking properly and some smell in the water and for periodical service. But no response till this time.
    Pleae look in to this matter immediately

      The callous and indifferent manner in which the various aspects relating to post sales services including the AMC's are being handled by EURKA FORBES and their Associates/ Agents/ Franchises is a sure shot formula to destroy any established brand. These guys are not bothered about anything but duping and inducing people to some how buy a product and get into an AMC arrangement. Thereafter it is for the poor customer to run after them. They have no responsibility whatsoever, No calender or schedule of services to be followed to discharge the cotractual obligations under the AMC. This is what I have been told by one Mr Wason who is ostensibly running an authorised service centre by the name G. & M Enterprises, L-254, Ashok Vihar, Delhi. This is not withstanding the fact that an advance of Rs. 1000/ has already been paid by me for the regular maintenance and allied services, checkups etc... against a receipt No 14885114.

      Such instances are not only covered within the definition of "deficient service" but also constitute the offence of "Cheating". Let all the harried customers facing similar situation join hands to take some effective collective measres to bring an end to this. The least we can do is to take a CONSCIOUS DECISION NOT TO BUY ANY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT IN FUTURE.

        Aquaguard NOVA — Poor customer service

        We bought the aquaguard 6 years back. Last year we had a renewal of our AMC. We purchased the two year AMC. Since then, I have been facing prooblems for no Service . On 16th of March I registered a complaint with the customer care. Inspite of calling every day, the technician only visited on 22nd., He took the machine with him and returned after 3 days repaired. After two days, the Aquaguard has again stopped functioning. I again registed a complaint on Last wednesday. Since then, I have been following up everyday. No once has visisted till now.

        This is the worst service provider i have ever come across. I will highly suggest other not to buy any Eureka forbes product in future.

        I want to chage my filter & carbon filter
        But price confirmed me by aquagaurd service person, from chinchwad, pune-19 is RS-1400 per year it is to high to spend this amount every year for servicing.pl.let me know what is exact minimum price for filter change, is it nessesary to change filter every year.pl tell me how many liters (water) it delivers after new filter.

        Aquaguard NOVA — Very poor service

        Our aquaguard is due for servicing. The candle needs to be replaced and the water has stopped flowing. in spite of repeated complaints, no service center has sent any representative to service the same. This is a recurrent problem whenever the unit needs servicing.

        nova — Filter not change since January 2008

        Dear Sir.

        My Consumer Code is[protected], Customer ID 458, I am a valued customer of your esteemed Company and under the yearly AMC. My water Filter (Nova) does not perform properly as a result water is not properly purify. After several request and reminder your representative does not change any Filter since January 2008 not only that he also behave very rudely with the family members.

        Therefore, I request you to change the filter within 24 hours otherwise I have no other alternative but to take appropriate legal step and or move before Consumer Court.

        I need information ... after how many liters of purified water, I should go for filter change? company people will always say to spend Rs.1400 and change every year as it is their business. We have only 8-10 liters of consumption every day. There must be some guideline on quantity of water filtered before changing water filter. Kindly help...

        I am surprised to say that i have service contract of AMC with eureka forbs.But we are not geting proper service from your part.On 18.04.10 i submitted a complain over telephone but due to sunday no one can visit against the issue.we suffered for the hole day for drinking water.your supervisor or executive visit the next day but still the problem it is not solved.

        Aquaguard NOVA — No Proper service

        Hello,
        This being a repeated issue with the Eureka forbes service.
        They make us pay for two years AMC but never bother to do the required service when we have real issues with the water purifier.It has been a week after the complaint was submitted and no response from anyone.
        I dont find a reason to use the Purifier anymore when it comes to no use for weeks.
        Hope this concern is seriously addressed.

        Hi ,

        I purchased Aqua guard total enhance on 16/11/2011from the Sales person "Swami" of mahadevpura office bangalore. After the payment he never showed up for water checking, warranty. when ever i am calling him either he is not picking up the call or making false commitments regarding visiting.

        Even the unit which is given to me leaks from the tap. I am pissed of with following up.

        Spray mob

        I was ordered a spray mob through online around one year back and I paid for that but still I don't received the product even my family members contacted so many times still no response

          Some person had come to service the waterpurifier bought from your company in Lucknow. Inspite of telling them that there was nobody at home the person forcefully got the paper signed by my daughter ( 14 yrs old ) saying the service has been done. When contacted on the no provided by the person[protected] the person in charge is acting tough with me. Please help. Being a lady alone if this is the way your service centre acts with us then we will have to move to the consumer forum. I would be grateful if you kindly take the matter seriously.

            Dear Sir,
            I reside in Gangtok, Sikkim. My aquaguard royal is not functioning since last six days and i lodge the complain to local service personal and i am under one year service contract too. The service provider assure me that very next day he wil come for the service but he didn't turned up and when i tried to contact him his cellphone was switched off. On third day i informed Siliguri service centre and i told the lady who received my phone regarding my problem and she too assured me for the service but till date no one has come for servicing. whoever receives my complain kindly see to the fact and find out the reason for people not being responsible.

              Aquasure Storage Water Purifier — The fault not attended despite several complaints

              The filter has failed to cary out filtering water & causing thereby a huge problem for drinking water.The complaint was lodged on March 31, however till date no mechanic attended the fault although promised by them verbally. Our request number registered by them is 80243292.

              we are an architectural firm dealing with many customers accross Delhi and NCR.
              On the requirement from our one of the esteemed customers living in SURBHI Appt. Gurgoan we contacted your office for installation of one water purifier machine. Your representative- DEVENDER from your Gurgoan branch visited us and we confirmed the order of your top end machine with 100 % advance cheque amounts to Rs.17900/- on 28th of MAy, 2008 with a promise form him to deliver and install the same by next day.

              He simply vanished with the cheque leaving no trace of him.
              Past four days we are trying to call him but to utmost unprofessionalism he doesn't even bother to receive our calls.

              We called your Gurgoan branch but to our surprise no one the branch is ready to co-operate or listen to our complaint.

              Considering your company's attitude our client has simply decided to cancel the order for your machine.

              So we request your authorities to direct your Gurgoan branch to refund our entire amount and close the matter.

              the authorise agency of eureka forbes - deepak enterprises, pune has sold two years AMP and took away the machine for some repairing and not reverted since than. not returning the machine and the money after continuous followup.

              Eureka Forbes Ltd — Changing of UV Chamber in Water Purifier

              Water purifier system is of classic model.The customer code is[protected] and unit serial no 2017835.The contract receipt n0 is 15092507 dated 16/10/2007. Its both UV chamber has got damaged. It has been complained to local service centre at Bokaro Steel City/Jharkhand in June, 2008. I am regularly chasing this but no action has been taken since last four-five months.Being a reputed firm, I am really shocked over the shame attitude of sevice agents. It is requested to take this very seriously and take immediate action.

              Eureka Forbes Pvt. Ltd. — They are not Giving Proper Service, Machine is not working Properly

              I have bought RO Water Purifier of Eureka Forbes Ltd. Now they are not giving service properly. we are calling in customer care and lodging complaints so many times. but they are not giving proper solution. Plz Take action against this.
              I have purchased a Classic Aquqguard on 23.08.06. for my domestic use.In response to your offer for yearly maintenance contract after six month o[censored]se, I paid Rs.840.00 to your authorised franchisee for the purpose. After the expiry of one year of contract he demanded for the renewal of the contract and accordingly I paid Rs.800.00 ( as asked by them). Inspite of which when they failed to attend my complaint, I contacted your local Manager. Who in turn informed me that the authorisation of the said franchisee has been discontinued and Ureka Forbes does not have any liability for refund .If I am interested I may have to go for a new contract with a new franchisee, alternatively I may get service on actual payment besis. This is not acceptable and shall compel me to go to consumar forum.

              Eureka Forbes — Attitude of Management

              I have purchased one water filter from Eureka forbes company...After 7 months my machine has started to give problem...i rang up so many times at service centre & head office. But they have only one answer NOT AVAILIBILITY OF SPARES. I called up to their managment & spoke to him about my complaint. Immediately they had replaced spares in my machine. I do not understand why should i go to higher authority & then only problem is considered. If management insiste me that everyone has to do compalint to them, then i can help them out. I do have very big contact in construction division. All the localite persons have called me, but they were not able to short out my problem due to scarcity of spares. Management of this company is totally disappointed me.
              Managment please resolve issues of customers & your employees then only you can survive.

              On 23-6-09 and 24-6-09 there was a power cut of the tune of 6-7 Hrs, in and around the AzadApartment, Sri Aurobindo Marg, ( ADHICHINI AREA).

              As a service provider is it not your duty to inform the customer about the power cut in advance.
              Why the consumers feels help less and cheated
              Why not your Organisation( BSES) advertise in the news papers regarding the schedule of power cut( area wise) along with the contact person and telephone during such situations.
              A responsive attitude is needed from your side. We are the sufferers and want the immidiate attention on the above matter.

              I have come across a building about half a kilometer from BDA office at seshadripuram first mail road, diagonally opposite to commercial tax office and opposite to Bhimas restaurant . The plot is a corner plot . To my surprise this building does not have any set back and is abutting the road. Request you for suiltable action

              Eureka Forbes pump model water purifier — no service in spite of AMC

              Dear Sir/Maam,

              Eureka Forbes has signed an Annual Maintenance Contract (service contract) invoice /receipt no 15866881dt.1.10.08.. As a part of the contract, the carbon in the water purifier has to be replaced once in 6 months. The service department didn't bother to do that even after repeated reminders. The worst part is our water purifier is not working for the past three months. When we placed our complaint with the Perambalur office we were asked to call the Trichy office. They promise to send someone the next day and their commitment ends with it. Repeated complaints were made but of no use. When we demanded for the mobile number of a higher authority they gave the no of Mr.Siva kumar ([protected]) who is the Franchisee Dev. Officer. He attended our phone the first time and when we complained to him he promised that the matter will be taken care of, but nothing happened. From the next time onwards he never picks his phone at whatever time we call.

              Our contract expires on 30/09/09. So please do the needful to get the water purifier rectified atleast before our contract expires.

              This company Eureka Forbes is creating too much trouble to me . I purchased the RO in approxamately Rs 15, 000/- in July 2009. I have a small family Me, My wife & baby daughter. We use the RO with utmost caution. Two times I complained earlier about it's malfunction. Now again it stopped working again yesterday evening.Now should I leave my Job & do these things on regular basis, Kindly suggest me some way to punish the company severely. The take all cost including service charges, their ad cost, matainence cost & thier profit margin. Go on roads for their products. But after putting money into the product who cares. I am not going to spare this company anyhow I swear.

              Service Quality of Eureka Forbes Water purifiers is horrible (specifically in Chennai). Every Time Technicians comes and they are inexperienced in handling the equipment. Ultimately they damage some item and can't refit properly. Now I am suffering after my machine attended by a technician (as a part of AMC) who has damaged the same. I am daily chasing their call centre, but of no use. I am really sick of their service quality and most immatured customer care staff who answers rudely

              WE purchased "Infinity" water purifier on 12th jan. 2010. Within one week it stopped working. We had been trying desparetly to get the instrument replaced but everyone has an indifferent attitude. They just believe in selling their machines and the attitude immediately changes once you have made the final payments.

              It seems, we have done a big blunder purchasing the Eureka Forbes machine.

Further pls also note that on Dtd: 22.02.10 we have found in the machine out coming water was coming drop by drop instead of coming as in flow generally it should be, and also the water is not coming out of the blue piping. So therefore we have called to help line and on the same day the service person came and he has advised that the “Membrane” is not working and have to change which will cost 2345/- as well there is another part which we are not aware of will cost 180/-.

              According to him we will only able to understand to get it fix the machine we will need to spend approx 2600/-rs. But we refused to spend the 2600/-rs on same and sent the service person back to giving him written feedback.

              We would kindly request you to pls do the needful as we will not going to spend any single penny for repairing on 1yr old reputed brand product. Also I would kindly ask you to pls clarify why yr sales person do not give us detailed info when they sold the product {pros or cons}. I was not aware that we are getting a warranty of 12/15 mnth or etc on nothing. Don’t you think it is really impossible deal when some one spent 10000/- and in one yr the maintenance cost will be 2600/-rs. This is really not justified.

              We kindly req you to pls get it our machine fixed as we are not going to spend a single rupee on same.

              Yesterday I had talked to yr “Eureka Forbes” Call center helpline and after brief discussion with an executive he has given me the Number of Chief service executive Ms. Shabana {Phone# 237197}. However I have talked to her earlier morning and discussed my entire problem having with my product to her, further I am again confused that she was giving me another concerning person address/phone# to re discuss my problem with him. But I am really not interested to take the concerning person address/number and refused to again explaining my problem and ultimately she had written my address.

              Although I am here explaining my problem over over over and over again one to another person and I really don’t know how and when it will be end.

              Also I am working person and I cannot take or investing my time over and over again to call yr concerning one to another departments.

              I will again kindly request you to pls do the needful to fix my product as I do not want to go further on same.

              Your executive/SERVICE person has come to visit and go thoroughly with the machine and replied that there is nothing wrong with “Membrane” and only fault is with filter candles??????????? Strange one more new story!!! So in that new case we will have to spend only 500/-rs and machine will start working again but we refused and send him back because of the following facts and we kindly ask you clarify the same…..

              1. Why did the earlier service person said that “Membrane” is not working”?????????
              2. Why did the person came today and said that nothing is wrong with “Membrane” and only change the filter candles”
              3. Don’t you think there is huge gap an amount of 2645/-rs and 500/-rs,
              4. Don’t you think that either the earlier vist person is not technical enough or the one visit today??? Who we will trust?
              5. IN SIMPLE WORDS WE ARE GETTING HARRASED AND CHEATED.

              With above 1-5 points how one cannot lose his trust since there are contradictorily replies form “Eureka Forbes” service team.

              Also now the question is what one can do in this confusing situation as day today the statements are changing.

              As on this moment we will receive no reply from yr side and this is my 3 consecutive reply in 24hrs.

              Pls replies on same to avoid me go further to take any action on same.

              Sir this is not my job to writing you over and over again and calling your help lines over and over again and at the end I will leave nothing but broken one yrs old machine.

              Eureka Forbes — no service in spite of service contract

              we own an aqua guard water purifier model i-nova for which we paid for a service contract of 3 years to the company, we paid Rs.2850/- for the contract. its been 2 years since no one has attended us even once. when we call them we get assurances that the technician will come soon but doesn't. it has been 5 days since we have complained in their company and yet no one has attended to our complaint. we are having alot of problems due to unhygienic water. kindly look into the matter at the earliest and oblige.

              I am eureka forbes customer for the past 12 years. For an urgent purpose, I purchased FORBES easy clean vacuum cleaner, two days ( 03.04.2010) back from Ratna Firm house, Trichy. The fittings provided with the model is not suiting and so i couldn't use the product.I am totally dissatisfied with this model. So Today i went to the shop where i purchased to inquire about the same and exchange the product. But they are saying as we used it they cant exchange. But in your site it is mentioned that if we are not satisfied with the product we can change it in a week time after purchase. suggest me a way to get another model or money return.
              I purchase total gold nova water purifier from Eureka Forbes in 2008. First of all I ran from pillar to post to get the free services provided by the co on the product. Thereafter in 2009 I get into AMC with the co on the condition that they will provide the full satisfactory service to me. I lodged for the sevice on 28-Mar 2010 & was given[protected] as the complaint nio & assured that the technician will visit in next 24 hours.I waited till 3rd April 2010 & after called up at their Euro Helpline No[protected] I was given another newe complaint number 57674814 on the same day. Its 6th April & no action has been taken. Can somebody help me ?

              Eureka water purifier RO Model — No Service support

              I have bought Erueka Forbes water purifier in the month of January 2010 and got installed on Feb12 2010 Next day itself i noticed overflowing problem and they said swith off and till now now one has turned up or enquired about that too then on last friday it stopped working ans again i called service people they said they will on saturday but no one has turned up

              do not buy anything from eureka forbes.they sweet talk before buying the product. worst after sales service.had bought a gold nova purifier from them 2 years back, which was supposed to their best product.
              the new product had a faulty main switch which the company dillydallied for over a month. then i was told since the product is new, spares are not available. i was also blamed by the company of not handling the switch properly whereas their own service people used to really manhandle the switch at every visit and TEACH me how to press the switch with LITTLE MORE FORCE.i put my foot down and demanded a refund at which the company finally agreed to replace it after a lot of quarelling. i got the amc done last year. but these guys just done turn up without reminding them. (they are supposed to do it twice a year). now the product is under amc yet no response to complaint made since 22-05-10. complaint no[protected] made on 22nd may. repeated on 31 may,2nd june, 5th june, 8th june and 9th june. i even complained to the service manager yesterday and was promised same day service. nothing yet. in the middle of all this i even got a call saying that someone would come for servicing and since the amc would expire in a few days time and i should also renew the same at the same time. no other outside person can service the product because it is a complex product. so i am stuck with this product and have to shell out 1400 per year as blackmail in the form of amc. STAY AWAY FROM EUREKA.

              Eureka Forbes/Reviva — machine stopped working after one month of purchase, after three days of complaint the machine is yet to be repaired

              To whomsoever it may concern.

              I purchased a "Eureka Forbes Reviva" on or about 12th of June, 2010 which suddenly stopped working on 19th of July, 2010. I registered a complaint on the very next day, i.e., 20th of July, 2010 on your phone no. 39883333 when Complaint No.83236227 was assigned to me. I was assured that my complaint would be attended to within the next 24 hours. I had made a specific request that the technician should not visit my place between 12.30 pm and 4.00 pm on 20th of July, 2010 and in any case he should call me on my mobile no. [protected] before visiting. However, it seems highly incompetent people have been employed to answer calls who can't even take instructions in simple language. Contrary to my specific request a technician allegedly visited my house around 3.00 pm without calling me on my mobile. I called up again around 7.00 pm inthe evening when I was assured that my complaint would be treated as an urgent one and someone would visit shortly. Again none turned up, nor did anyone have the basic decency to call me.

              Today in the morning again I called up on 39883333 when I was assured that my problem would be solved during the day. During the day a technician Mr. Anil Kumar visited my place and after examining the machine told me that something was wrong with the adapter and it required to be changed. I was, however, told that adapter was not readily available in the stores and it may take a couple of days for the same to be available. I was further told that I would shortly receive a call from the office in this regard. since it relates to something as basic as drinking water, I was constrained to call up on 39883333 when I was given the phone no.30674953 and asked to speak to one Ms. Leena, Customer Relations Representative who would redress my grievances. I called up 30674953 and spoke to the said Ms. Leena when again I was assured that someone would soon attend to my complaint and it would be rectified today itself. She also promised to call me on my mobile shortly. I am yet to receive any phone call in this regard.

              I regret to say that I am highly disillusioned and dissatisfied by the poor quality of your after sale service. Had it been the case of purchase of a new product your executives would have showed exceptional promptness since it involves receipt of money. I have certain basis to say this. When I had approached Eureka Forbes for purchase of the new machine your executives visited my place within a couple of hours and took the cheque from me after promising to have the machine installed positively on the next day. But on the next day your executives expressed inability to have the machine installed due to non issuance of machine and non availability of plumber for installation. It was only after a lot of commotion and haggling that the device was finally installed. However, I wish to place on record that till date I have not received the invoice/receipt for the purchase despite repeated requests from my side which again indicates that your people are not interested in anything beyond receiving money.

              Now I am at the mercy of Eureka Forbes since I have committed the mistake of buying its product and cannot do anything but wait till the time when the adapter would be available and my machine would be rectified. If this is the state of affairs in the National Capital one can well imagie the plight of your customers in smaller places. I am constrained to say that I would never suggest anyone to buy your products. Rather I would discourage people I know from buying your products.

              I am Seema Tripathi, residing at Shalimar Garden Extn-1, Shaibabad, Ghaziabad.
              I purchased RO, model turbo from eureka forbes last year. Within one year the motor started leaking. I kept calling the customer care but the guys came to check after my warranty got over. I was sold an AMC & after that the the guys stopped taking our calls. I lodged a complaint everywhere including ghaziabad head branch, customer care & i was assured a call back which never happened. After a lot of calls & followup the guy came to the the RO & told me that the internal body has completely damaged & most of the parts are not functioning, hence i should dispose it & buy another model. I fail to understand the quality used by eureka forbes as how can a RO completely damage within 1.5yrs. I feel one should buy a local water purifier rather than going for eureka forbes as even local motor doesn't start leaking within a year & local RO also works for atleast 5yrs. I would request the senior management to look into the quality checks as we consumers are fooled bigtime by your company. Since last three months i am buyin water from outside as there's no one to attend my problem.

              eureka water filter — not working

              I too had many bitter experience with Eureka Forbes.

              After sales service is very hope less. When ever we are giving the complaint the customer care (No.[protected] they use to say that it will be repaired today or with in 24 hours. My latest complaint No. is 85259938 dated 02 /08/2011. I have made number of calls, always they use to tell it will be repaired today. Similar incident has happened with me many times.

              we have five machines which is under annual contract with V.D Enterprises, Navi mumbai . I have spoken to them also they also telling to give complaint in the costumer care. When we are approaching costumer care this the condition. they accept the complaint and will not come. Now we are planning to change entire machines.

              In this juncture I request you all do not buy this sick baby.

              Eureka Forbes- Infinity water purifier — repairing not done since 1 month

              My water purifier is in warranty period, purchased before 5-6 months. i made complaint to service center before 1 month. they sent their person, had checked & advised to change PCB (power control board). he commited to replace it on next day. i oftenly called but not done yet. i have 2 yrs baby & need purifired water. therefore i have to disturbed to my neighbours to get daily water from them and getting mentally harrasement.

              I am customer for last 10 years but there were no such complaint in the past.The services have deteriorated in past one year.They are prompt in renewing contract but service after that is very bad.
              Management must take action so customer are retained or will have to look for some other companies.

              I purchased a Aqaguard SENSA water purifier last month February 1 st week. I have not received the invoice for it for more than a month now.               Very prompt in getting the cheque but never acknowledge by receipt.

              Very bad team with eureka forbes... one your team leader in Hyderabad Mr. Rajender (Contact number - +91 - [protected]) came to my home to show free demo. I have told him i am not interested but he insisted me to have a free demo even i have expressed my disinterest twice. On one sunday he came and i have a free demo. After completing demo i have told not interested and not required. He tried to convince me and told now you are having a great offer like life long free service etc... and he convinced me but i told him that ill have a word with my wife and will pay tomorrow. Then he told you pay Rs.1000/- today as there is limited offer and if you want you can take and if you not interested he told that he will be paying money back next day and then i have paid him Rs.1000/- on 22-Apr-2012. After a day i.e. on 23-Ap-2012 i have told him that i am not interested and ask him to pay back my money which i have given him as advance. But from that time he is not attending my calls and once he attended and told that as i have not taken the product he is telling that i have to beg him for my money for some time and when he will have time he will come and give. 1st i thought to convince my wife and to buy after a week or a two weeks. But because of this type of employee even i have decided not to buy product from such a bad company who is recruiting employees like Mr. Rajender.

              This is not about Rs.1000/- the person and the way of his talking and his behavior. Yes off course even Rs.1000/- is also not a small amount. It may be small about to your company but you might have lost one simple valuable customer.

              Request public not to pay any amount till you receive product and don't pay advance amount and trust the persons who say that if produce is not required will repay money back.
              I`ve placed service request on 1st May to repair my Aquaguard RO+UV water purifier via customer care(Req:3940509) but couldn`t get any response. Mean while I also raised another request for the same on 4th May through eurekaforbes online service url(Req No#cc0753ac0306) Unfortunately till now nobody contacted me . Can you expedite your service?
              I have recently shifted to Mumbai and had approached customer care for re-installation of my Aquaguard. I had lodged my request on 03 Sep and my complaint number is 87594912. Today, 11 days have crossed but nobody came for re-installation of my aquaguard. I have approached customer care and concern dealer en-number of times. I feel you people are just not bothered about customers
              Dear Sir,
              A Eurekaforbes make RO DUO Waterpurifier model DUO was installed in my residence in september2011. Its backplate with hooks broke automatically in April2012 due to MFG and design drawbacks. A complaint was made to local service centre and supplying agency. They have made several visits and during discussion they have told that such problems with other consumers also but they are unable to replace the broken system as it is not available in there local stores at Lucknow. They are saying that material will be made available from Banglore unit . More than six months have passed but no positive appears to have been taken at the proper end. It also appears very uncertain whether it will replaced or not. This is highly regretting.
              Kindly look into the matter and insure its replacement at the earliest possible to avoid further inconvenience.
              Earlier we were using Aquaguard classic model which was almost new and giving satisfactory service. Mr. Vijay Kumar Verma local sales agent made several visits and conformed that after installation of new model free AMC service will provided by the company for further 5 years. Now local sales and service authorities are saying that there had been never such scheme from the company. They have been pressing hard for new A.M.C. which has been done now.
              Requested for necessary action against the sales man giving wrong information and befooling the consumer.

                Eureka Forbes service person took a 3 year maintenance contract cash payment from me. He was to replace the back cover. Despite repeated requests to the local office of the company ( aperson by the name of Naidu is in-charge) nothing is being done and the operator at the company's end keeps saying the complaint has ben registered and that Mr. Naidu is away. For normal maintenance too there is no calls made by the company service personnel despite repeated calls and having paid money upfront.
                I live in Flat 4A, Arghya Apt, 24 Garia Main Road, Tentultala, Kolkata 700084 and my phone no. is[protected].
                Very severe action needs to be taken against this company as I have heard the same complaint from dozens of people including my brother who lives in the same building as me.

                I have 2 year warrantly cards (total 4), but service officer is not providing service after 2 service(1 year). They are forcing to take AMC.
                During Selling, company manager Mr Rajendra Mishra has agree and gave 4 service coupons with his signature.

                I feel this is purely cheating.

                I can not find any link on webpage (http://www.eureka-forbes.com) to register complain.

                We purchased Aqua Guard Revivia RO water filter in Nov 13. The sales person did water testing and suggested the model after testing water. But this stopped working in Apr and we launched a complaint on 9 April 14. The person visited and said that cylinder is damaged and it will cost 2300 to get it repaired. Until then we did not received any service call as there are free service in one year of purchase. when we asked that it has guarantee of 1 year then why do we have to pay the service engineer said that the part is not in warantee and machine got damaged because of the quality of water. My concern is if the sales person is visiting and suggesting the model ather testing the water then how does the machine is damaged. Are their sales persons upselling by suggesting costlier models when we were going to buy the cheaper model

                Now I want my whole money refund.
                I have bought Eureka Forbes water filter AG ENHANCE RO+ UV WP system (NEW) carrying item code GWPDENRUV10000 for Rs 15990 on 27.02.2014 vide Invoice no [protected] Dated 27.02.2014. My customer ID is 10967397. Within a period of 4 months from date of purchase, I have registered complaint on not less than 6 occasions on account of non functioning of the system. Every time the Engineer used to attend after 3 to 4 days from the date of registration of complaint and resolve the matter. This is causing lots of inconvenience for me and also mental disturbance. I don't no the reason for malfunctioning of the system though system is a new one. The engineer's who attended the complaint are also not in position t inform us the exact problems. Also while purchasing the new Eureka water filter I have surrendered the earlier Eureka water filter with Model INOVA for which I was told that the company would buy back and send me the cheque. So far I have not received the cheque also. Also I was told that the AMC taken for the earlier water purifier for the period from 16.09.2013 to 15.09.2014 would be refunded to me on prorate basis. The has also so far not refunded. Therefore I request you to immediately act on my complaint and effect the following one:
                1. To refund the buy back amount for having surrendered the earlier model of water purifier.
                2. To refund pro rata AMA charges
                3. To provide a new water purifier system of the same model as the new system installed goes out of order quite frequently and I am not satisfied with present system.
                In case of your not acting on my complaint within 7 days I will be constrained to take up the matter in consumer forum which I am confident that you would not provide scope for the same. Awaiting your immediate action.

                  I have been doing AMC from the date of purchase of Aqua guard Royele model filter (For the last 10 Years). The PCB has become defective and was taken by the service engineer of Tezpur branch (Assam) during July 08. No responsible reply is being given by the staff of Tezpur branch and the reply is "PCB not yet recived from Gauhati". I contacted Gauhati office and they said the repaired PCB was dispatched to Tezpur during Aug itself. When the same was conveyed to Tezpur and on several inquiries, they confirmed receipt of the same and promised they will fix the same the next day. This reply is being given for the last 10 days and no body is turning here.
                  I wondered in spite of collecting AMC the service is so pathetic and i feel the AMC is just for looting the customers but for not any effective service. May i know what the company is doing on this?
                  Similar problem with me. The aquagard classic water purifier became out of order in the month of january, 2010.The same was repaired by the authorised service center of Silchar, Assam by replcing the PCB at the cost of Rs.1200/-.The same PCB became defunt on 02-07-10 and the purifier was deposited to the service centere on 03-07-10 and they commitrd that this will be repaired by replacing the PCB within a week . But unfotunately the same is not repaired till 23-07-10 inspite of my several ( at least six times )reminders. Can u help me in this regard.

                    I purchased e-boiling 4m aquaguard in may 08. That time everyday their rep used 2 come & give us assurance that any fault arise in this item will be addressed within 24 hrs. Now d sensor of my filter s not working since 22 aug. We informed d rep who came & cleaned d sensor so it started working. Again d same problem started on 14 sep 08. inspite of rep came & seen my filter, till date they r not able 2 rectify it. Last time itself we requested them 2 change d sensor but they didn't listen. Now also they r not listening as they were insisting very hard 2 purchase their vacuum cleaner which i denied. Probably i m paying 4 that. Very poor service of eureka forbes. My contact no at jodhpur s [protected]. I hope they'll listen 2 d prob & take corrective measure against these rep & issue direction 2 replace d faulty sensor.

                      We have unluckily purchased one AquaGuard- i Nova Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes at New Delhi vide Serial No.2074020 dated 09.12.2006. Thereafter, we obtained the AMC of one year vide Invoice cum Receipt number 14637591 dated[protected] which contained the Service Centre name as "Wonder Services, 15/4, Sarvpriya Vihar, New Delhi-110016; Ph:26868649.
                      We had problem of non-flow of water since last 20 days and tried to contact the service centre which is closed without any intimation to respective consumers! Somehow we traced to another service centre at Arjun Enterprises, Hauz Khas, New Delhi-16 and lodged our complaint some more than 20 days back. Some person attended and dismantled the unit and informed that the switch is faulty and he will come in a day or two to replace it and assemble the unit. However, since then nobody has came and we are forced to drink untreated water. On checking with Arjun Enterprises, Tel.No.[protected], they say that they have intimated to their head Office at Greater Kailash, New Delhi vide complaint number. AUL-95 dated 12th August, 2008 and they cannot do anything beyond that when the Head Office is sleeping. We have also lodged complaints more than 10 times on Company's Helpline no.[protected] without fail almost every working day since 12th August, 2008 (or may be before that) but nobody has ever turned up since then.

                      This is totally barbaric and cruel on the part of Company which makes poor customers to suffer. Is there any mechanism or method which will ensure the rectification of my equipment even after having paid in advance for AMC?

                        this to complain that i have purchased aquasure n now it requires cleaning since its parts r bit difficult to clean about which i need to know frm ur sales people. i have called them several times n told them to show us how do the cleaning, but no one has come yet . ur customer service is absolutely bad n worst, no response to customers complaint n the company do wrong commitment. kindly pay attention to my complaint.

                          we entered into servicing contract for water purifier purchased from eureka forbes ltd. contract was entered into april 2008 and servicing was due from july 2008 i.e. one year after date of purchase. we waited for a month for service and have made around 10 calls to eureka forbes ltd. every time a fine promise is made for servicing of purifier but servicing is not done.

                            Hello Sir,

                            I got the AMC done for my RO purchased from Eureka Forbes. I didnot see any service done for the initial 9 months. In the whole tenure of one year, only one service was provided after calling them repeatedly. Whenever I call them, they insist me to renew the AMC so that I can take further service from them. I paid about Rs. 3600 for the AMC, which is not a small amount.

                            I am really shocked to see their negligence and carelessness.

                            I want my complaint to be immediately attended. They should service and renew my AMC without any further charges being paid from my side.

                                Sir,
                                i have taken a service contract for 2years period from 10/03/08 to 09/03/2010 ( for my water purifier ( contract receipt no : Ag 96 B)I am in Pondicherry the fellow who gave the promise is G.g.Savier.
                                i called them to rectify a complaint .i gave call for many times till this time they never came to rectify the thing.in this case i dont want their service so i like to withdraw my contract.such a irresponsible company i really feel very bad on Eureka Forbes.
                                This is like cheating the customers.
                                If any action not taken against that i will be forced to give a case against that.

                                  My Acquaguard Water Purifier is not functioning since dt.[protected] and a formal complain has been registered with the Franchisee, M/s Mahavir Enterprises, near S.B.I, Titilagarh-767033 vide complain No. 349 but no action taken by the agency. As it is a health oriented product, I have physically persuaded the firm again to attend the complain but to no avail. If this is the service condition, then I have no choice than to shift to other such products, and plenty of them is available at market, now a days.
                                  Sir,
                                  I take AMC for two yearsfrom Mar 2007to Mar 2009. Four Candles and four carbon were required to be provided. Out of which, one candle and one carbon is still due. Last time these were changed in Mar 2008. So, it was due to be changed in Sep 2008. I contacted at Phone No[protected] so many time. One time, Mr Yashwant came and told that nothing is due and took signature of my wife forcefully. I contacted with Ms Renu at the above telephone. She assured that one candle and one carbon is due. She also assured that work will be done in 2-3 days. More than 2 weeks have lapsed, nothing has resulted in spite of so many complaints. Please help and take action acgainst the defaulter immediatedly.

                                    IT HAS BEEN 2 1/2 YEARS SINCE I PURCHASED THE WATER PURIFIER FROM SAGAR STORES, GODAVARIKHANI(I HAVE PURCHASED ON 19.05.07)PHONE NUMBER OF THE DEALER IS [protected]. WHEN I CONTRACTED SERVICE CENTRE FOR SERVICE AT HYDERABAD THEY TOLD ME THAT SERVICE CAN BE HAD FROM THE SUPPLIER . WHEN I CONTACTED THE SHOP WHERE I HAVE PURCHASED THE PURIFIER SINCE PAST ONE MONTH THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING AND GIVING NO REASONSFOR THE SAME

                                    IF THIS IS THE PLIGHT OF THE CUSTOMERS AFTER PURCHASING FROM SUCH REPUTED FIRMS THEN IT WOULD BE BETTER FOR SUCH FIRMS TO SHUT DOWN THEIR BUSINESS .                                     Eureka forbes Water Purifier — Service after Sales

                                    Sir,
                                    We have purchased one water-purifier and signed an annual maintenance contract of 2 years for maintaining this product. The contract was signed on 10.11.2007 and valid upto 09.11.2009 .Invoice number of contract receipt number is 663 . This contract was signed with the Eureka-fobes's frenchisee M/s- CARE Enterprised, Chandmari Chowk, Motihari, W.champaran for Rs. 1690. But till date service of my water-purifier has not been done and my purifier is non-functional since may-2008. We have contacted the said frenchisee for several times on their contact number +91-[protected], but in vain. Now we are forced to drink boiled water since may-2008. This product was supposed to maintained at interval of every Six(6) months. So I request you to maintain my system as per contract and bring my system from non-functional to functional condition. My system was supposed to have one charcoal changing in May, which has not been done, so please extend my contract for another Six(6) months. We have talked to Muzzafarpur, b ut it has of no use. So please help us to bell out of this agony.

                                      Last year i brought this Aquaguard Compact .During this time i've faced the same problem number of times.The red light starts blinking and the machine stops giving water.The serviceman who came to attend the problem, did minor adjustment of the resistance of the sensor and the machine was working fine.But recently when the same problem arose, the serviceman has put a jumper across the sensor i.e he has bypassed the sensor.So now i doubt how effective will the purification be? Please advice what to do.

                                        Please note that i had complained about my Aqua Guard not working and i have taken a service contract from Eureka Fobes ( Contract Receipt No[protected].
                                        I have been complaining to them since last 8 days ( 14th August 2008) and then also it has not been rectified till now inspite of the initial promises made by them on the service line.

                                        I have callled their Manager Kuldeep at [protected] and Aradhana at [protected] and they have been cheating us again and again by telling that the complain will be taken care within 2 hrs and since then 24* 7 hours have passed
                                        What kind of pathetic services are being offered by Eureka Forbes ?I am taking the sam to the consumer court
