    I have purchased water purifier, till now we are not using it.

    Only way we can connect with the customer care is by phone call, which is a hard option for working professionals during week days.

    - After installation, water started to leak from purification chamber and made a mess.
    - Installation Engineer, tightened the pipes between cartridges by hand, I asked him to make it proper that it won’t happen again.
    - He removed a rubber bush under the chamber to release leaked water, but he don’t know how to fix it back, so he gave it in my hand to keep it.

    Problem after Installation:-

    - Second day after installation, same leakage problem started and kitchen floor was filled with water.
    - We turned off the purifier.

    It’s been more than 72 hrs (3 days) now, nobody called or attended the issue. Even after I made multiple follow up calls with customer care on 14th & 15th April still no response. (Service center is nearby my location 5km approx)

    Fake / Invalid Escalation Email ID's:-

    I have tried to escalate to below email ID's shared by Eureka Forbes in their website, but the email failed.

    I have called customer care and they confirmed above are the correct escalation emails. (Which is not valid)

    Useless Mobile Application:-

    I have installed Eureka Forbes iPhone mobile application which is useless, it says
    "Sorry we couldn't find any Product details linked to this Customer number in our system"

    Only way I can communicate with customer care is by phone call.

    In one call they said there's no such complaint, in other calls they say my complaint is open and they are giving high priority.

    I don't get any acknowledgement whether the customer care representative updated the ticket with what I said or not.

    Starting from the installation we couldn’t able to use the purifier, bringing water from our other house using small vessels.

    All the above happened / still happening while we have guests in home.

    Why do I have to go through this stress ?

    I lost all my trust, now I have zero trust in Eureka Forbes customer care and I don't want to be their customer anymore.

    Requesting you to kindly provide my money back.

    I’ll go for AO Smith UTC (Even though they don’t have service center in my location, but they attended my Water heater complaint the next day)

    Note: There’s no COVID restrictions in Tamilnadu, all restrictions were lifted by TN Government.

      We have raised complain for service on 06.03.2022, mr Akash came for service and did service in such manner that since that day purifier not working.

      Post that complaint raised multiple times vide complain no [protected], [protected], [protected]

      All complaints closed without any visit and non respond given till date on call they harassed us.

        I am using ur products from decades.
        Now latest I have purchased WDX2 Vacuum cleaner Dec 2020.
        Now suddenly it has stop working.
        I raised a service request and technician also attended but the reason was so silly.
        The power cord not working properly so it has to be changed i.e, the full roll or full length along with the unit attached. My problem is we r using once a while also for indoor use only. Then how the power chord has problem inside itself?
        Not satisfying the quality of this.
        Also I need to pay both service charge and also the chord unit cost.
        Very unfortunate 😕

          After getting payment of filter in April 21 the same has been defective hence against my AMC filter replaced in Sept 21 whereas there was guarantee of filter is 1 year in corporation water any how again on 4.3.22 within AMC period I called. Technican they told filter is not working you have to pay for filter whereas my machine was under AMC at that period.
          This is a cheating to me that in AMC period company not replacing filter.

            I Paid AMC amount with Authorised Service guy but he not updated in the system and my AMC became expired . Even Customer Care not responding its been 1 Year still issue not resolved .

            i have GPay proof and provided guys contact details but still Eureka Forbes guys cant get that money back

              We as a customer have complained for our water purifier which is not working from last seven days

              And this is second time we have complaint and the technician visited name Dharmendra Verma (+[protected] on 03.04.2022 and told us that your machine circuit is damaged and we will arrange within 2 days and after 2 daya they bought us circuit which was not working and was old repairable circuit and when we ask your technician why you bought old and repairable circuit then he told us that Aquaguard Company give us old circuit and they do not give us new parts and now all your technicians are not responding and not giving any appropriate answers that when will our problem will be solved and your service center is not showing any interest in our complaint as we are drinking water from outside

              Pls help us as it is our regarding health issues

              And secondly your service center managet

              Mr. Ketan is very irresponsible person who does not answer to any our complaints

                My RO is under AMC but they have not responded yet. whenever i call they say please wait. and here waiting for 2nd day without drinking water. eventually i have to buy from outside. escalated the same matter to all the email ID's given by customer care, reached out to them for end no of times.
                can someone look into it?

                  Eureka Forbes are cheating me on a recent product purchase. They only call back when complaint reminders are made, and their standard dialogues are "what is the problem", "we are sorry", "we will escalate the matter". Bloody hell with your escalations, you have made me 50 such calls in last 15days since I raised the complaint for a defective water filter purchased online through Eureka's website. On every calls there is a new person and I have to repeat the complaint all over again.

                  The case is very simple, I received the defective product on 28-Mar-2022 and I have not even installed it due to its faults. The tap position is cross and too loose and there is a vicer lingering on the tap. Due to overall cheap quality and defects I want to return the product and get my money back. Every time the assurance is given to process return request but till date Eureka forbes have not collected the product nor processed my refund.

                      Hi All,
                      After renewal AMC, I received one message from EUREKA. TO Avail your Free Spykar Merchandise, click https://360.inex.com/eurekaforbes. I clicked and ordered product and paid full amount.

                      I received order confirmation mail (Order #EFS007788 ). But after 15 days also i din't received the product. I communicated through mail they are not responding.

                      After so many reviews i found FAKE company FAKE products. Why Eureka sent this types of FAKE messages to customer. Now tell me who is responsible for this. If Eureka not sent any message to me i didn't purchase any message. I beloved EUREKA so it's a genuine company without searching any thing i ordered.

                        Even after 6 months from date of installation of water purifier the sales person (authorised and sent from company directly) of the company did not provide any original receipt of purifier .It has been almost a month I had complained this matter to company's helpline number but there is no action taken from their side

                        Worst experience ever with eureka forbes being a long time customer
                        Yureka Forbes services very very poor. He do not send any technician for repairing in warranty period when complaint registered before 2 month.
                        My registered mobile number is [protected]. And complaint automatically closed without resolving problem.
                        Right sir you share your experience, thank you. I also suggest new customer please do not purchase this types of product.

                            The adaptor of our aquaguard water purifier is not working, they said it will be replaced by 4th april 2022 .Today is 9th april and they have not even replaced it and also we are trying to reach them, we are unable to contact with them .                               Worst Service Technician - unprofessional people

                              Eureka Forbes - we bought a Water purifier from Pai Electronics. Installation from Eureka was promised within 24 hours by 9pm today and when called the service Technician Team from Eureka forbes is telling that we are not here to serve your work, technicians are human beings. Just get lost.

                                Hi, I have taken AMC services for Dr Aquaguard water Purifier from Eureka forbes .

                                I have raised a service request on 28 March 2022 stating unit is not working .

                                Next day technician attended service request and said some part is not working and will come back and replace .

                                But thereafter, no technician has attended the service request .

                                It's been 10 days now, i am calling day and night to the customer care but no positive feedback yet .

                                I have escalated this matter till higher level but still no luck .

                                We are buying bisleri cans from outside and feeling helpless now .

                                Please consider this and help .

                                  I am waiting for re installation of aquagaurd in Bangalore since 2 weeks. None of the technicians attended so far. I have given multiple calls and messages and everytime they say it will be fixed at the earliest. But no response.such a worst service. Water being the basic necessity, these people are playing with their customer.

                                    I bought this RO purifier in Alwar ( Rajasthan) on 7 Dec 2019, the service was good in Alwar but because of the nature of my job i moved to Pune. I put a request for the reinstallation of my RO purifier but no one turned up even after repeated complaints and emails to customer care team. Ultimately i installed it myself. Now after working for few months the water started leaking from it. Even this time after complaining through App and phone no one turned up. I am really disgruntled by this lackadaisical attitude of service centre. The customer care team is pathetic and did nothing even after repeated emails. Everytime I write an email there is a system generated response. Such a big company has zero involvement with problems of their customer.
