Mentally tortured by eureka forbes, facing problems with water purifier since bought, they gave a defective or damaged product, and behaving so rude and careless, who will pay for my medical fees I face mental torture, either exchange with new product or refund back.

          We have an AMC for our RO purifier. And in last week on Jan 2022 as part of regular process we got the unit serviced under the AMC. The service engineer name is Sarvesh. He cam and serviced.

          Within 1 day we called him back as the unit stopped working and water was not getting filled in the tank. Sarvesh came, checked and stated that we need to log a complaint on the official number as some particular part was not working and needed replacement.

          So on 28th Jan 2022 we logged the complaint - complaint number is [protected]. Sarvesh asked us to share the ref no. so that he can work on it, by mistake we shared the satisfaction code as well with the message.

          After that we got call from Eureka Forbes asking for feedback since status as per them was that the complaint has been attended where it was not so. We called Sarvesh and asked that by when will the problem be corrected, to that he stated every time that due to ongoing audits the particular part is not getting issued and this might take 1-2 days.

          Then we logged another complaint on 1st Feb 2022 - complaint number is [protected] and since then we are getting calls to take feedback on the service from a person by the name "Vijay" and on learning the issue he commits to escalate the same and resolve the problem within 48 hrs. today is 8th Feb over and till not nothing has been done and only false promises are being made.

          I would like you to look into our problem and provide a solution to it.

            Hi,
            I have registered complaint with CID:[protected] on 14/2/22 for service of my water purifier, but multiple calls to customer support for getting it fixed did not yield any results. I have even escalated this issue to company management using their Three level of escalation matrix but still the issue has not been resolved. It’s stressful for me to continue follow up with them with no outcome hence requested them for refund of my AMC amount but there is no reply on that front as well.

                We have purchased Forbes on[protected] from BAJA ELECTRONICS, VISAKHAPATNAM.
                We have used it twice and encountered issues with the product after second use where the product did not turn on. In October, We gave it to the Eureka Forbes Service Center in Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam. Due to the unavailability of the technician and me being out of town, it had to be there for a while in November and december.
                Unfortunately, the item does not function at all, I have enclosed a photocopy of my receipt for your reference. I have sent over product for motor issue in October itself after single use and they informed absence of technician. However due to the unavailability of the technician and me being out of town, it had to be there for a while in November and December.
                Later I noticed holes in the drum and I raise a complained immediately. After several misguided trips to service center it seems that the Wet & Dry NXT Vacuum cleaner simply is a faulty product but the company refuses replacement.

                  We have purchased Forbes Wet & Dry NXT Vacuum cleaner on[protected] from BAJA ELECTRONICS, VISAKHAPATNAM.
                  We have used it twice and encountered issues with the product after second use where the product did not turn on. In October.We gave it to the Eureka Forbes Service Center in Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam. Due to the unavailability of the technician and me being out of town, it had to be there for a while in November and december.

                  On 11th January, we decided to use the product, we noticed that the steel drum started deteriorating with specks of rust all around it. To my surprise, we haven't even used the product for wet purposes and most importantly we hadn't used the product more than 3 times from the purchase till now.

                  This is disappointing, as I got no resolution towards this issue. I was frequently i asked to got to service center which is far from where i reside and eventually call up to tell that product needs further repair which is chargeable.

                    I have registered a complaint regarding the general service in the month of december. The tecnician from Eureka Forbes has come for the service and asked to pay for the AMC to be paid, we have paid the AMC. When he has come for the service the issue of light in water level indicator and water tap leakage and changed the candles. Water level indicator and tap leakage was not solved. He just took the money of AMC and went off. He told that, he'll come after a week for the service, now its around 2 months. The technician has never come. Whenever we'll make a call, he'll never respond, if at all he'll repond, he never spoke properly. His language is very rude, impolite.

                        I bought an Aquaguard Classic+ water purifier in Jan 2021 in exchange of an old machine which had an AMC valid until Jan 2022. At the time of purchase, the sales man Mr. Naveen promised to transfer the AMC to the new machine. It is now more than a year nothing has been done, I have written several mails to Eureka including the CEO and have also called the customer service to no avail. I have lost faith in the company and would advise customers not to accept verbal assurances.

                        Srinivas true. very shameless people. Same problem, I am facing. Since last 3 months I have been writing to them. Every now and then, someone from CEO Escalation calls and giving verbal assurances. But not followed by action.

                          When i got this product from the company, at the training demo itself i informed the technician that the product was not as they claimed and i want to return it and put it back in the box. They have a 30 day money back return policy. For the last 10days i have written to customer care, escalation desk at the CEO office but all i get is an assurance that the concerned team will get in touch. Nothing happens. The concerned team is the sales team and they infact told the customer care the issue was resolved when the truth is they have not made a phone call till date. This is nothing but harassment and lies.Highly unprofessional.

                            I have purchased eureka forbes aquaguard last year in feb and it is still in warrantee period. The product quality is so low that now i am facing tap issues, it is of poor quality and now broken. I have raised a complaint in customer service team of eureka forbes and they are asking me to pay for the replacement.

                            Why should i pay for a product which is in warrantee period. Please resolve my complaint and help me in fixing the issue and replace the tap

                              I've a very dis-appointing experience to share from the purchase of the product from Eureka forbes. Below are product details
                              Product: Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Aura UV e-boiling, Ultra Filtration, Active Copper, Mineral Guard Technology, Water Purifier (Black & Copper)

                              Complaint
                              I'm facing problems from both aspects i.e. regarding service and product quality.

                              1. The product was installed after few days of purchase.

                              2. At the time of installation - technician insisted me to give good feedback which I did. Installation was successful and product worked well for few days.

                              3. Technician advised us to switch off the purifier whenever it is filled completely. We have been following this diligently and water filter is switched on only once or maximum twice in a day. By that calculation we have filtered at the most around 1000 litres of water. This is much less than 6000 litre filtering capacity notified by technician.

                              4. In December-2021 - product started filtering water very slowly so technical advised to install another filter for mud which costed me around Rs. 1100.

                              5. In January-2022 - white light started blinking same technician visited and said filter life has ended and reason given was low water pressure which was never told before.

                              6. During his last visit technician was defensive as well as arrogant when few cross-questions were asked. This is very disgraceful at least to say.

                              7. When I refused to close the request, the on call person insisted me to close the request as no different outcome will come. Indeed he closed my escalation without any resolution.

                              Technician is now claiming that he was warning about low water pressure from Day-1. In that case I've few questions...

                              1. Why the product was installed if technician knew water pressure is not adequate? I could have returned product in allowed time and saved harassment.
                              2. If water pressure was not adequate why additional filter was installed in December visit? It costed me extra Rs. 1100.
                              3. If you know filter will get damaged in another 3 months, would you continue using such product which will have around Rs. 2700 recurring cost each 3 months?
                              4. How-come company is not aware that planned technician visit did not happen on 23rd Jan?
                              5. What company did to understand that there is a progress made on escalation from 18th of Jan apart from scripted calls asking same questions?

                              I would request to give me replacement product or pay my purchase amount+mud filter. I would be also grateful to you if you can ask your technician to communicate with some decency.

                                Dear Eureka Forbes,
                                I purchased DR AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO+UV NXT (EA) from your salesperson and they haven't told me about candle cost and that i need to buy an AMC to change the candles every time. Every executives doesn't tell about the product is chip based and it's mandatory to change candles every year and it stops working after consumption of 5000 liters.
                                For 2 years, I am taking an AMC, and every year you are increasing the cost f the AMC for changing the candles. And the cost of AMC is too high every year. Almost, it will reach the equipment cost in next 2 years. currently, you are charging AMC 6000 per year. It is too costly for normal economic people.
                                Also, there is no provision to change only the damaged candle alone.
                                it's not only single person problem and try to provide alternative soltuion to all your customer to avoid burden to use the Eureka Forbes.

                                    Hi, i have been looking for a replacement for hose pipe connector for my trendy nano vacuum cleaner.

                                    The locking mechanism (Latches) are broken and the hose pipe no longer gets fixed to the machine. These latches are too delicate to be a part of a vacuum machine, which gets dragged around during cleaning. While looking through the company's website, i couldn't locate the part.

                                      We have bought this useless product with order number [protected] water purifier it's a real ###. The useless service cost too much than buying this useless product. Purifier recently was not working so we raised complaint and a person came and asked to change the filters for which we paid 6100. its been more than 5days but still the water is salty. We are not sure if he changed the filters. This is just so frustrating. Why do we need to pay this much and drink ### water.

                                        My filter stopped working on last month around Jan 16, 2022. I raised a complaint via mobile and contacted customer service three times. Every time they give same response we escalated your issue technician will come today. But no one came today Feb 4. This raises a question does Eurekaforbes service is that great? Answer it is too bad.
