Am a process manager for a concern.
This is the worst process, customer service, customer support and after sales service I could ever run.

When coming to product, I returned three filters since I purchased. And the 4th one after just few uses is not working for which I booked complaint and found the above quality of service.

All together they are just crazy business .
Just doing a cheating water...

I am using Aquaguard - Geneus (Active copper) water purifier and registered a complaint through call center on 22nd Jun 2021 and complain number is[protected] for service purpose as service indicator is blinking. Call attend by Mr. Renjit .
Subsequently I got a sms pm 23rd jun 2021 with request no. [protected], where as no one has turned up since 10 days.

Now if any problems comes to water purifier, company should be held...

The undersigned has lodged a complaint on 23rd June 2021 and thereafter several follow-ups about Aquaguard classic which totally stopped. On 24th, a technician visited but told that he will be coming again after taking the parts. But till date he has not visited. The Eureka Forbes at one time handling the customers nicely but now it has very bad reputation. Aquaguard is now need of an hour in this monsoon season. Then why there is need for...

I have been calling the aquaguard helpline since Saturday the 26th of June for the installation of my water filter Aquaguard aura. Every day i get a new escalation ticket number and false promise. but till date, no one came for installation. disgusting service. I have wasted my whole week waiting for it at home. I registered my complaint for broken Tap on 28th June. Customer said that complaint shall be resolved in 48 hours. Today is Day 4 and inspite of Calling customer care twice, they only escalate the request but still NO technician has come and resolved by complaint. Since the tap has broken it is highly inconvenient to use the machine....

I have an AMC for my Aquaguard Magna. Service for the same has been due for the past month. Ten days ago, blue light turned into a green flashing light which means it needs a service for sure. I raised a service request on 20th June 2021 but no response to my request so far. I have been calling customer care number every day but to no avail.

Raised a complaint with eurekha Forbes call center for the aquaguard geneus dx water purifier is not working on 26th June 2021.
It beens 5 days and no response from the service team. Problem was escalated multiple times and still no response.
I feel like Kent after sales service is good and performance is good.

The RO Water purifier stopped working on 22nd June and we registered a complaint but no one called let alone actually resolved the complaint. this is after subscribing to an AMC ... Their customer care numbers are non functional. the App also does not provide any response. Emails to their head of customer care are also ignored.

Service standards are pathetic and teh indifference shocking...

Plz help last year I purchased dr.aquaguard hot&cold for Eureka Forbes website and machine is warenty period also. Problem face around 2 month machine is not working properly and this time machine is shut down. I call and message to your company service engineer and do not respond any buddy see the some screenshot 🙏...

You are considered a valued service provider, at least I thought so. But it is obvious that you have shared contact details of your customers to companies like M/s Ion (who just cheat in your name) or else how would they contact me for servicing Aquaguard Genius+, how would they know that I have the model installed!.

Even if they are your authorized partners in service, you are not bothered...

RO & Booster pump not working. AMC service pending...

I have registered the service request for expert Ro 2 weeks ago but only we got is false promises from the area manager Makrand Parkale and after so many days he is still saying it will take 2 to 3 more days as usual. Very pathetic service they don't understand our problem what we are facing for so many days....

I purchased a Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner from Reliance Digital in Povorim Goa with self pick up on 24/04/2021. I was paid AMC for one year Rs:4, 850 /-on June 8th 2021.

They assured me that they replace my water filter in couple of days. I don't have any information or call from Eureka Forbes . I've checked with local service centre they said they don't handle AMC service calls.
