I lodged a request for location transfer in the month of June from Prayagraj (Allahabad) to Agra. It took 1.5 months to re-install my purifier at my Agra location. the machine stopped working a month ago again. i lodged a service request on 22nd September, 2021 and today it has been 15 days, and there has been no response from the company as of yet. i have paid thousands of rupees to buy this machine and again paid 5k for AMC and i still have to pay everyday to drink water. it has been almost a month now that I'm buying bottles to drink water and the same thing happened during the location transfer as well. All my hard earned money is going down the drain. Why did I buy the Purifier if I still have to buy bottled water to drink? Why did I get the AMC done if it's of no use to me. The customer service doesn't respond. Even after 2months of re-installation in a different city, my address wasn't updated in their systems. While filing a complaint on September, I updated that address. I even called on the customer care today, still no response yet. i was told that a technician will visit me in 24 hours. It has been 15 days, I'm still waiting for my 24 hours to come. I can't leave the house as I've been waiting for a technician to arrive. Paying money to buy water every single day. Who will answer to this??? I am not getting value for my money. Why is a customer never taken seriously in India??? Who will pay for my money that i have been spending on water even after having my own purifier???? The representative on the call in the morning was sounding as if he's sleeping. Is this how a customer is treated?? Is this how a customer gets their value for money???

I need a compensation for my money I have paid for my purifier, AMC and no. of bottles i had to buy to drink water. I am a patient with kidney stones. I've been advised to drink atleast 3.5 ltr of water every day. You need water to cook food as well. My mother also needs water to drink. How will I pay everyday ????? Has anybody thought of that??
I need compensation for my time I've spent waiting for a technician to arrive for months.

Updated by AshupriyaDutta This is my third complaint since 22nd September, 2021. Still no response from any technician or customer representative. I still have to buy water every single day and its getting really expensive. I need an answer and my money now. It is crossing my limits of patience and money.
