On 28.07.2021 service technician Mr.Jana @[protected] came for service of RO which is under AMC ( Contact number registered with Aquaguard [protected]) We were told that PCB is spoiled and cannot be repaired.
He offered New [protected]@select Edge at 23990/-. I have checked up with Reliance and told him, it is available for Rs 20990/- and in addition there is a cash back of 10%.
Mr.Jana agreed for a price of Rs21040/ and told that he would get me Rs2000/- through cash voucher for my old aquaguard and 12% cash back on Rs21040 through ICICI credit card. I paid Rs 21040/- through ICICI on 28.07.2021 and he agreed for delivery on 28.07.2021 evening.
1)There was delay delivery, it got delivered yesterday.
2) Mr.Jana didnot get me Rs2000/- for the old Aquaguard collected from me. Now he refuses to get me payment of Rs2000/-
3)He confirmed that there is no cash back on ICICU, as committed on 28.07.2021.
4) If I had purchased at Reliance at 20990, I would have got Rs 2099 and additionally Rs 1000/- for my old Aquaguard, while I have made payment of Rs21040/-incurring a loss of Rs 3149.00.
5) While the offer made by Eureka was 12% on 21040= RS 2524.8+ Rs 2000/- cash offer on my old Aquaguard.. So total of Rs 4524.80, I was cheated on this purchase.
