for servicing. very pathetic, horrible, service and shameless customer care representative, only till buying they will speak softly but after selling, they won't care at all.

    Service Request number:- [protected], The complaint was raised on the 26th of July. Technician name:- Vishwa Number:- [protected]. He visited my house for service before this on the 14th or 15th of July to check the tank overflow. After he fixed it, its still leaking. I raised another complaint on 26th July and no response yet from him. I'd like him to repair this at the earliest as this is under the Anual Maintenance Contract that I have already subscribed for.

      I have one neo aquagurad old . For which i have taken amc contract for rs:1875.00 (receipt no:0677109) for the time period 18.08.2020 to 17.8.21 .Mean while I have purchased one new dr n rich aqua guard of rs:26000/- after getteng assurance that my amc contract will be carry forwarded or adjusted with new one.They also transferred me of rs:1000/-as buy back of old machine to my SB account.but at present refuse to adjust my earlier amc contract. this is purely cheating .I have all the record that they assure me to adjust amc with new one.my old customer code is 03352678 and new sale order no is SO1632412 DATED 13.01.21
      KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER. I AM NOT HERE DISCLOSING THE NAME OF SALES OFFICER. IF NOT SOLVED THEN I WILL DISCLOSE THE NAME OF THE SALES OFFICER

        After lodging a compliant for over a month, they've never come for a repair. The way they've handled the compliant is totally unacceptable. After a ton of claims at the time of purchase the product now does not work and they're reluctant to repair... I feel fooled being fooled.

          Bought aquaguard neo on 24th July from pai. Its a defect piece and started leaking from day one. Called the pai customer care but they are not willing to help. They are even cancelling the call when we tell them the registered mobile no. Jus cutting call. One person kept me on hold for 15 min and then i had to drop without option. Very pathetic service.

          Please araange to replace filter at earliest

            I raised a complaint on Eureka Forbes on 26th July 2021 whose complaint number is [protected], and it's 1st August I haven't received any call from the technician nor any technician visited till yet.

            I have been calling there customer care since 6 days and they are not even entertaining us. Just they are making false statements.

            I genuinely request you to please take a strict action against this company please they are making the customer fool and wasting there money and they don't bother services after sale.I am fed-up with this company now.

            Please take a strict action against this ..and black list this company.

              I bought the Eurekaforbes Aquagard couple of years ago and troubled with their high maintenance charges. The unit price was roughly e24000 rs and annual maintenance is 6000 rs/year. There’s no rationale for such a high cost.

                Water is flowing even after applying the stop button. Recently, the unit was under AMC From:[protected], for a period of three years. An amount of Rs.6300/- was paid for the same.

                In spite of my oral complaint and twice on online(Ref.[protected], dt.27.7.21 and [protected] with follow up activity number[protected] dt 29.7.21)no action has been taken. We deeply regret for the act of non-grievance attendance.

                  On 28.07.2021 service technician Mr.Jana @[protected] came for service of RO which is under AMC ( Contact number registered with Aquaguard [protected]) We were told that PCB is spoiled and cannot be repaired.
                  He offered New [protected]@select Edge at 23990/-. I have checked up with Reliance and told him, it is available for Rs 20990/- and in addition there is a cash back of 10%.
                  Mr.Jana agreed for a price of Rs21040/ and told that he would get me Rs2000/- through cash voucher for my old aquaguard and 12% cash back on Rs21040 through ICICI credit card. I paid Rs 21040/- through ICICI on 28.07.2021 and he agreed for delivery on 28.07.2021 evening.
                  1)There was delay delivery, it got delivered yesterday.
                  2) Mr.Jana didnot get me Rs2000/- for the old Aquaguard collected from me. Now he refuses to get me payment of Rs2000/-
                  3)He confirmed that there is no cash back on ICICU, as committed on 28.07.2021.
                  4) If I had purchased at Reliance at 20990, I would have got Rs 2099 and additionally Rs 1000/- for my old Aquaguard, while I have made payment of Rs21040/-incurring a loss of Rs 3149.00.
                  5) While the offer made by Eureka was 12% on 21040= RS 2524.8+ Rs 2000/- cash offer on my old Aquaguard.. So total of Rs 4524.80, I was cheated on this purchase.

                    Very poor services rather can say poorest form of services
                    on line complain registered thrice but problem still persists. Though service engineer has visited once but the products seems of substandard quality. to use this product seems wastage of time and energy. Hardly seems any body serious about entertaining clients complaints.

                      I raised a complaint on 23.06.2021 vide complaint no.[protected] regarding vaccum cleaner not working. After that engineer came and checked that its motor is not working. It will be replaced within 3-4 days.

                        I have ordered my aquaguard on 26th July
                        2021 and I was promised delivery next day of order by agent fbp code 214510 and fbp employee code 9112175 . But I have still not got my delivery till 28th July 2021. I wish to complain against this agent not to make false promise and not deliver since I need aquaguard urgently... Kindly assist me in lodging complaint against this particular employee...

I called twice to complain and escalate the matter in between, I was informed that someone will come for installation, but no one has even called. Today I have raised the complaint again ref no.                             Hello,

                            I have purchased 2 Aquaguard filter within 9months and had filter issue on both the machines. 1 failed within 6Months and 2nd failed in 4Months. I expect filter should work at least for a year for medium consumption for a brand new. Embedding a chip to stop the filter and force customer to pay for it. Why do you want to stop a filter if its in good shape and use it till it stops by itself.

                            Purchased your product in the month of May 2020, it stopped working from November 2020. I'm not sure if this is a defect product received, after following up with manager, service agents and escalate this issue to CEO and Deepa still issue was not resolved. I had paid for the filter to replace and get it work. Kindly refund the amount.

                            Purchased in the month of March 2020 and stopped working in July 2020. After the past experience of complaining and getting no response from your end, I had paid and replaced the filter. Kindly refund the amount of the filters or take back your precious wonderful machines and refund full amount.

                            For your kind information there is no high consumption we are 2 adults and 2 children below 8Yrs. and 4 floors building staying in 1st floor had enough pressure. We use it only for drinking purpose not for any cooking or cleaning.

                              I requested a service request for newly installed water purifier. Purifier started leaking within a month of installation. It's been 2 weeks and no one has visited to fix the issue.

                                I am Pooja Singh Patil from Vasant Vihar, Banglore.
                                Aquaguard Aura was ordered by me on 26th of june and delivered on 1st July, by amazon along with this also booked one year extended service also.
                                Today is 27th July, i am still waiting there customer support to installation for Ro. This is the worst customer support we are experiencing.
                                Even i tried to return the product but Amazon was not accepting it.

                                  I had purchased the Aqua guard water purifier last year i.e. 10th June 2020 and for one year I had not faced any issues. On 17th July 2021, water has stopped and I had called the customer care on 17th July and on 18th June Sachin technician has attended and replaced the filers and charged Rs 5100.

                                  After one week, the water has stopped and the red service light is displayed. Again called the Customer care and the same technician has came and replaced an part in the purifier. After three days again the water has stopped and Sachin has replaced the power cable.

                                  After four days, the water has over flowing from the purifier and called Customer care and this time, Sonthosh Shindhe has came and replaced the mother board. After two days, the same issue (red light displayed) and water stopped.

                                  From one week onwards I am calling daily to the customer care and daily they are informing that the technician will visit but still now the technician has not visited.

                                  Very very disappointed with service and the behavior of Sonthosh Shindhe. Sonthosh Shindhe is very rude and request you to take action and at least now please send the technician.

                                    Hello, myself ; Avinash Chandile . 7 months ago in december 2020 i bought a product from chaitanya enterprises, chalisgaon .The details of the product are :
                                    Name- AG REVIVA UV NXT
                                    Product code: GWPDRVUVE20000
                                    The technician came to install the machine and for almost 1 month it was working smooth . Then suddenly one day the machine stopped working and we were in trouble .Then we called the techincian who earlier came to install the machine, and he fixed the problem .But then again after 1 month the machine again stopped working and this time when I called to the chaitanya enterprises owner, I was told that they have closed their dealership with eureka Forbes, so we contacted customer care and then we registered a complaint there .After almost 15 days we got a call from eureka Forbes dhule and soon there technician came to house, for investigating the problem, but the technician told us that this would cost us rs. 2100 as the filters are defective, and the most ridiculous thing was that, there was no any warranty about that filters . And without giving any further information he left without solving the problem.
                                    After all this my family and I are totally upset about the way this people and you are handling the problem.
                                    I request you to take ACTION WITH IN 2 DAYS else I will contact consumer protection agency .Plz be serious about this else you be ready to face the problems.

                                        I (Jagdish Rai) have made service request on 10.07.2021 & Service request no. is [protected] for my Dr. Acquaguard water purifier. Request is allotted to Mr. Kamlesh Yadav. Water purifies light has become red & now water purifier not dispensing water. Candle/Cartridge has to be changed & it is due in July 2021.He is saying for the Cartridge I have to make payment.

                                        My view point
                                        I have purchased this unit on 04.10.2019, with one year warranty. I had Aquaguard compact unit with AMC of 3 years starting from 29.03.2018 till 28.03.2021.(AMC contract Receipt no. 0190099 date 29.03.2018, Original receipt with you). When I intended to buy this unit, Aquaguard Sales person (Mr. Ajay Yadav - Mobile No. [protected]) told that old AMC will be carried forward & in extended AMC no charges I have to pay for cartridges for new unit etc. On his above representation, I bought the new unit. So why I should pay for new Cartridge. Further this Sale guy has sold many unit in my Housing Society on false representation & now we have barred him in our society.

                                        Also my extended AMC period should be till 3rd March 2022 as below

                                        Old AMC (29.03.2018 till 28.03.2021) balance period as on 04.10.2019 is 18 month & 12 month for new unit, totaling to 30 month. Means AMC should be valid from 04.10 .2019 till 03.03.2022.

                                        If you feel I have to pay for Cartridge, my request is that please return the old unit to me & take away new unit by refunding me whole amount.

                                        Please look in to this on urgent basis.
