AMC was bought on June 18 2021, for the Aqua guard Enhance Pro product, its been 2 months still no resolution.
1. Complaint number [protected], if I try to escalate this in their site it says not a valid ticket.
2. I have called more than 50 times to get this solved, from 2 moths still they don't have any escalation process to address this kind of issue.
3. I have written to all the email id's which was provided by Customer care no one is keen enough to respond also.

No Luck and more over, for my enlightenment AMC is not refundable if they are not providing the services also. technically speaking from past 60 days I am getting water can's which has costed me around 6K and 10 K of AMC, I could have bought a new product.
They have the worst service, they cant connect to their own team members to get the details and never give call back as they say you will get a call in 2 hours, for any query it takes 48 hours after that they say ASAP, which will never come.
Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The executive who came to repair the purifier carried my purifier to their office 10 days ago. still my issue is not resolved.
Could you please let me know the ETA to resolve the issue.
