I registered for Annual Maintenance Contract from[protected] to 27-09.2021 (i.e. 2 year period) by paying Rs. 7550/-. The contract receipt no. is 0066830 dated[protected] for my Aqua Guard Enhanced RO Model.
As per the contract, one set of consumables are to be replaced in each year. Immediately after registering the contract in September 2019, the candles were replaced.
However, there was no visit of any executive for either to replace the candles or for any regular maintenance since September 2020.
I have given many complaints to the customer care but all my efforts were in vain. I simply get a message informing about attending customer executive and later satisfaction code - all this without any visit of the so called Customer Executive.
All our calls to the customer care portal are of no result.

    This is worst service. I booked re-installation service around 45 days ago. So far there is no response. When I call the call center they simply say we will send technician today. The same story everytime.

      Worst product ever seen from Eureka, after just one month of purchasing the product it started giving problems. Made a complaint but after almost 7 days also they have not taken any action. I was strongly advised to take Kent RO but I made a very big mistake in having faith and spending almost Rs-20000. I will never buy any product from this company in my life again.         We had purchased water purifier from Eureka Forbes and even after several follow ups no one called or visited for installation even after stating possible health issues for family. Very poor service and terrible experience.

          I have purchased water purifier. While renewing an AMC, they are asking for more money as my machine is out of contract !
          This is totally illogical thing. Renewal itself happenes after expiry.

            My AMC got expired and the sales team contacted me to renew. I was hesitant because the last one year the service by Aquaguard was terrible and not timely. I had to outsource water constantly.

            I renewed my AMC 2 months back, but within a month the service light was blinking. I contacted eureka Forbes several times. The service person came and said he had to order and then it’s more than 3 weeks.
            No one has come to fix the problem.

            I have been having constant trouble with service every time. But when it’s time for renewal they make false promises. I have decided not to renew with Aquaguard again. After paying for the AMC no service is proper.

              My water purifier stops filtering the water and the tasks of the water is like the Raw one. I called Eureka forbes and they suggested to buy AMC services for 4, 350 and they will change the filters for once and I will receive 2 services for free. I did bought the AMC services and called the customer service to log a free compliant as on 27th. The lady told me the she raised a compliant and she also escalated. When I logged in as on 29th to see the service status, I could see that there were no compliant raised. Then I raised one service request as on 29th. I have kids and parents at home and they need clean water. I stay at 2nd floor and there is no lift, my old parents are unable to purchase water from outside. I bought the service for 4, 350 but I see no one is interested to solve my issue, Eureka forbes blocked my number to call the customer service. This is really a worse company

                  I have taken service AMC for 3 year for water filter cum purifier and my customer ID is [protected] in the name of Asha Jain
                  AMC Period is[protected] to[protected] during the 3 year on the only 2 time candle change last change is[protected]
                  I book service on[protected] serviceman tell me your AMC expired and not change the candle. Please look into the matter and
                  solved the my complaint.

                      I purchased a RoboVac and on 04 May 2021 i lodged a service request stating that the lid of the RoboVac has got stuck and is not opening. The issue is still pending despite passage of four months. The technician who examined it says the parts have not fetched yet. This is the standard answer for past four months. Off late i am getting calls from Eureka Forbes asking me to close the complaint and register a fresh complaint else they will not send the technician to repair the equipment as my complaint is very old.

                        We bought an Aqua guard water purifier on[protected] and the same has already been repaired 4-6 times for water leakage. Still the leakage issue is not resolved. The product is still under warranty.

                        We are extremely unsatisfied with the product we bought and repeatedly requested the dealer to replace the machine if it cannot be fixed properly. However, the dealer is not cooperative and says that the company does not have any replacement policy even for faulty products. But as per the consumer rights if you cannot fix a product under warranty you have to replace it.

                        Kindly take this as our official complaint and advise what needs to be done next for replacement of the faulty product.

                          The worst aquaguard ever we have used. Don't go on advertising and other things. Service is also poor.

                          Bought this product one year ago and now just after completion of 1 year I took AMC on onsitego. They came anad changed the filters nad after 3 days machine got collapsed now they are saying give 6000 for repair.
                          Please don't ever buy this product

                            From 16th august 2021 My filter dr Aquaguard has completely stopped due to the chip in the filter..I had complained eureka forbes regarding the same they promised that they will send the technician for the change of filter even I took AMC also.. the Technicians are irresponsible and not even picking my call. Called the marketing personal and the service head they promised within one or two days it will be resolved but till now the filter has not changed..now even the marketing person and the service head is not picking up the call..Eureka service is the worst service. I recommend everyone before going for buying eureka forbes think twice..
                            In future I definitely not going to buy Eureka products. I'm very much disappointed. I m asking for the AMC amount of Rs 5.5k back if I will get the amount I will go for any other water purifier but the same they r not refunding..

                              We have bought AMC for water purifier.

                              from last one week, purifier has stopped working .Technician told that PMC is not working and they don't know when its going to be in stock.

                              We have been doing follow up with customer care team but they are just giving assurance but no resolution.

                                Technicians are irresponsible. Eureka service is the worst service. From Aug 11th im doing follow up, but till date my request didn't get resolved. In future I definitely not going to buy Eureka products. I'm highly disappointed.

                                      AMC was bought on June 18 2021, for the Aqua guard Enhance Pro product, its been 2 months still no resolution.
                                      1. Complaint number [protected], if I try to escalate this in their site it says not a valid ticket.
                                      2. I have called more than 50 times to get this solved, from 2 moths still they don't have any escalation process to address this kind of issue.
                                      3. I have written to all the email id's which was provided by Customer care no one is keen enough to respond also.

                                      No Luck and more over, for my enlightenment AMC is not refundable if they are not providing the services also. technically speaking from past 60 days I am getting water can's which has costed me around 6K and 10 K of AMC, I could have bought a new product.

                                      They have the worst service, they cant connect to their own team members to get the details and never give call back as they say you will get a call in 2 hours, for any query it takes 48 hours after that they say ASAP, which will never come.

                                      My AMC is valid till september 2022. End no of calls to the customer care, emails to the authorities all in vain. i have not received my free servicing and replacement of one part under AMC yet. Customer care folks dont have answer, they cant connect, they only ask to wait. and here am waiting for days without RO water with a kid at home and buying water from outside. Pathetic service. no one bother to respond.

                                        This is the worst water purifier I have ever bought. It stopped working only after 2 months. Even worst than the product is the service of Eureka Forbes. They repaired the product and created several other problems like water started leaking, it stopped beeping, it even doesn't show tank full even when the tank is full. The worst experience that I am facing now is water overflows the tank.

                                        It has been 2 months since I complained the issue. They have not yet resolved the issue. Neither they are replacing the product. Now they don't even receive my phone. Worst experience of buying. They are providing cheap product and service as well.
