    I am fb customer for more than 25 years. Till 2019, i had nova model for which i had service contract[protected] dated 30th may 2017 valid until 29th may 2020 (Customer code [protected] 0. However, i bought a new model genius+ model on 13th april 2019 sr, number[protected] and i was provided new customer code [protected]. I informed your sales man to get balance amount in nova contract refunded. Rs. 1721/- which he said that he will provide extra service after1 year warranty of new unit.
    During 1 year, new unit was serviced 1 time only 16th october 2019. The informed that they could not come in april 2020 due to locked down. I asked them 13.5 free service for new unit as promised by your sales man. They told that, our sales man had fooled me in april 2019 and no such compensatory service can be given. Since new unit was serviced once, they forced me to buy a new service contract for rs. 5800 (Receipt no. 815 032i8610. My talking to your abm noorula, he refused to help.

      I am writing about servicing our aquaguard ro water filtration unit at home in kolkata.

      Our water filtration unit is not working for the last 5 days (Since may 30th, 2020) and i have placed a call with your customer service department on 30/05/2020 (Docket no. [protected]).in spite of repeated reminders, there has been no follow up and action taken. I have also written to their service department but still no replies yet.

      Also i have a valid contract with eureka forbes for servicing of my water filtration unit (Contract no. 0519318, valid from 14/10/19 to 06/10/21).

      I am a senior citizen and facing extra hardship due to the water filter not working. Inspite of having a valid contract with your company, i am still facing issues with no end in sight.

      Kindly remedy the situation as soon as possible but honouring the service contract and repairing our ro water filter unit.

        I had problem with my genius water purifier 1 and half year old, under valid amc, there was service indicator was flickering

        Raised complaint when first technician visited on 2nd june, 2020 his name manjunath mobile number [protected] (Complaint number [protected]), after opening whole purifier and informed me that i have to pay huge money around 2, 500 to 3, 000 for changing filters, though the filter was changed on 19th march, and my amc is valid till the end of august. I realized something fishy and asked him to fix it back and i will complain to the office, he fixed back in a slanting position (Fixed in one screw only) which i rectified later. He was rude in his behavior, because i didn't agree and to have second opinion

        After raising a new request yesterday another technician visited on 4th june, 2020. His name is cyril, he checked everything and said nothing wrong in the filter, there was a problem in the electrical circuit because of this indicator light flickering, which he rectified and he was very professional. He visited before also, his work was very neat and clean. My problem was solved without any cost.

        Today i called old technician manjunath, (I have recorded the call to publish in consumer website), explained the what other technician did and asked him why he did that to me, instead of apologizing he was talking in very rude way and told me not to call him, i said i didn't call him, company sent to you.

        Now my question what if i trusted old technician manjunath and paid 2500 to 3, 000?
        How can we trust products from eurekha forbes?
        How technicians can cheat like this

            I have signed a service contract for my above invisipure ro on 25/7/19 which is valid upto 24/7/20 and the contract no. Is 0512982. Unfortunately there is no mention of customer id. My details are as under.

                Past one week i am valling and sending mail sms but Eurekafobrs is not bother about the customers satisfaction thets the reason they are not worried about me. Each executive is saying i am not getting any mail from my senior so i can't committed dor new ro installation. Very very worst services

                  We are using dr aquaguard magna hd ro+uv nxt, logged a service request [protected] on 17-march-2020, i agree there was lockdown and other things, but even after close to 3 months there is no resolution, i have escalated almost close to 5 times, 2 times over call, 3 times over web, pathetic response. 1-june some executive called me and telling me that the filter needs to be changed, i have requested him to address this by visiting the premises, but he is not willing to come and says he is experienced and can tell what has gone wrong without even looking into the system. Thing is 18-jan they have changed the filters and we renewed our amc, within 2 months the filters can go bad?? I asked him and he don't have answer for that. Absolutely the service of eureka forbes is always pathetic but they have stooped to this level!!! My god!!!

                    My aquaguard is in 2nd years after purchase.
                    Under amc... But the filter element inside have not been replaced even after repeated complains to the service center. The power switch of the machine has gone bad... Even after several complains and esclation to coustomer care no one is attending to the repair.

                      Very bad experience from this fraud company. My machine is not working for the last 20 days. Called several time they give daily assurance that technician will visit. Till date no one visited, neither i received a call from technician...
                      As per my amc contract they have to provide mandatory service. They didn't resulting aquaguard genius plus stop working. They have not contacted after so many call. I have not received a single call from their side that. We have to source jar water from outside cost 100/day. Who will pay bill. Very bad experience don't trust aquaguard any more... File case to consumer court.

                          We have called this no [protected] (pasha), person has come for service, they have taken the service amount Rs 2100 and said as C/R & S/D charges. After service, there was no water supply to Aqua Guard since they have installed fake device (C/R & S/D) in machine.
                          He is one of the fraud and cheater. Fake water solution company, because issued bill in the name of "Water Solution"(kent), website in the name of www.draquacare.com (Aqua)"

                          Alerts and beware of such fraud people.

                                I am facing slow water flow from my water purifier.
                                Due to lockdown no body attend my complain.
                                Now lockdown open please solve my problem.

                                  I am using reviva for more than 10 years now. This year on 09 january we had called the aquaguard professionals to change the filter and the person changed the same. After getting the filter replaced there was a loud sound coming from motor, for which the guy told he would visit us to check the same, but never turned up. Now on 2nd week of may the machine stopped working. We tried calling on the numbers mentioned on the sticker available on filter which that guy that sticked (Jummana-[protected] & balaram-[protected]). I opened and checked the external filter and came to know it’s not original (Aquaguard) filter they had fixed. I am not sure about internal filter what he has used.
                                  We were trying to call above-mentioned number. 1st instance both numbers someone picked up and asked for the location, but nobody turned up. We tried calling again, now the numbers are switchedoff. So far no response. Never call these number (Jummana-[protected] & balaram-[protected]) for fixing the aqua guard.

                                    Complaint number [protected]... This is the 3rd time the product has failed with the pcb failure in the last 6 months. No one at eureka forbes right upto mr ujjwal pandey and mr. Arun bheda are intervening to help. Its peak summer i have invested in a water purifier which costs rs 21, 000 and during the first year itself it has an important component like pcb failing 3 times.

                                    The company is not responding, neither with a replacement product, nor with a replacement water purifier and not wanting to extend warranty too. Out of the 12 months warranty, i have two months left, the machine has not been working for collectively 2 months. Therefore only thing i got from this machine was 8 months of operation. Now i doubt that does the water purifier even works.

                                        I have amc for water purifier dr. Ag magna. The machine is not working now, require replacement of filter. Registered a complaint in april 2020. Despite having amc, the problem is still not attended, filter not yet replaced. The machine is lying idle. Request immediate replacement.
