Just to renew the amc i am trying to call these irresponsible fraud people from the last 2 weeks.
Multiple times i call and new people pick up the call and then they fix a time and no one bothers to turn up.

I took an amc from eureka forbes to service my ro water filter. They charged me a huge amount but when the service engineer manju came to reinstall the machine he charged me another rs.570.in spite of paying him the amount, he did not reinstall the machine. I had to pay a private person and get it installed in my house. I am filing this complaint to get a refund of the amc amount. I have attached my amc for your reference....

I paid to renew the amc against contract # [protected], but unfortunately there is no gstn on invoice, even the executive who talked to me, regarding amc renewal, confirmed that gstn will be on invoice. After several reminders and mails and customer care phone talk, no one is replying and saying to send mail and contact customer care numbers... This is very disappointing that tis brand gives this level of customer service....

Still product was installed after fixing water leakage but after 2 hour, leakage problem again started. Above product was po purchased through amazon and was delivered on 06.05.2019 but was not install till 17.05.2019. On 17th person was came for installation and he confirmed that this machine cannot install at our place.
I tried to register request for return the product with amazon but they said as return window was closed on 16th may. Hence unable for return...

Taken AMC by paying Rs.10000/- for changing the cylinder and regular services. Repeatedly complaints are coming for every 15 days. and now from 4 days no one attended the complaint even after reporting to customer care executives. Everyday i am calling to customer care and repeatedly the telling they are going to resolve by today while calling. After that, there will be not any action from the company. Really it is painful to write again that your company sales employee is giving false commitment for selling your product after that not bother to deliver as promised. This is my 2nd complain. 1st complain was made before one weeks time which was very well being acknowledged by your team & given me another assurance to deliver the watch (A sales promotional gift) within 24 hours but shameful to deliver as per commitment.
