When i switch on the water purifier, the power goes on the switch point and main panel gets trip and got shock from the mail board. Date of incident 30.05.2020.

      Reference to my service request no [protected] raised for non functioning of ro, i escalated the complaint multiple time on their website but to no avail.

      Surprisingly they have closed this ticket also without solving the issue and this happened 2nd time (Earlier also same thing happened and i had to raise the ticket again)

      My complaint is registered from 25th march however thier service person visited only on 22nd may, checked equipment and assured of coming back next day with required spare parts however he is not reachable after that day.

      My unit is under amc which i am paying from day of purchase and hence i demand the resolution. Despite paying year on year amc i am not able to use equipment and buying water bottles to add to my cost.

          I have purchased dr. Aquaguard magna ro+ in the year 2018. The customer code is [protected]. This is not working since 7days. I have requested for servicing 3 times but there is no response at all. Finally today a person told me that it will take 10 days or more for servicing due to lockdown. This is an emergency service right? This is an issue of drinking water. My family is running out of drinking water from 7 days. What is this? Due to lockdown they cannot send service man but they are calling repeatedly for renewing amc. What is the need of renewing it if i don't get it in my need? I am a working lady and haven't much time for all that. If you are not able to solve the problem properly please mention it. Please do not harass me anymore.

              Team,

              There is no update on the email neither on the complaint?
              Earlier i logged a complaint no.. [protected] against aquaguard motor, which was dead and there is no sound of water purification and not even able to take water in.
              And it was get correct in 20 days.

              Later one of your technician broke the container in which water get stored for purification and it was told to (Manager: pawan) & 3 more people who called me. But still there is no response.

              Is this the way you treat people after taking the amc?
              Your technician are not well trained to work properly. One issue they recover and make the another one.

              What is the use of this aquaguard if there is a leakage?

              Let me know, how many more days you will take to act on the complaint, else i take another step. As i have paid for the amc.

                I am a using dr aquaguard magna hd ro, i have raised a service request on 8th may 2020, and had followed up 8 times till date, customer care executives say they are escalating to high priority, but still of no use, as per the policy if they fail to vist with in 48 hours, eureka forbes has to provide water, my average consumption per day is 20 liters and it costs around 80 rs, according to my math, till the day technician vists they have to provide me 8 rs per day which costs around now 18 x 80 =1440 rs
                They are providing a worst after sales service

                  Water purifier has become non-functional over 12 days but company is not taking adequate steps to resolve it. The sr # [protected]. Per amc such issues need to be resolved in 1-2 working days.
                  Company has taken money for amc but not fulfilling the terms in it.
                  No adequate escalation matrix in place either. First level escalation just keeps giving blanket notification that it will be resolved soon.

                      As per your amc contract receipt no.[protected] dated 4.9.2019 we have amc from 4/9/2019 to 3/9/2021 for our classic model water purifier.

                      For sometime the machine is not working full scale and output water comes
                      In drops only.

                      We telephoned to your service personnel sri mohan (Ph[protected] and
                      Registered complaint. We were promised that a person will come and attend
                      To it after lock down period

                      Thereafter we have been trying to contact sri mohan or your t nagar office
                      (Ph 3914 6500 or[protected] but there is no response in these telephones..

                      Can you please intervene to send a service technician at the earliest.
                      Being summer our water needs are more and we wish to get the fault
                      Rectified immediately.

                        I had purchased a krod free vacuum cleaner and steristeam cleaner on line from eureka forbes under the guidance of the manager of eureka forbes coimbatore. Received the products on 12.05.2020. However i found that the vacuum cleaner is not charging. I mailed my complaint to [protected]@customercare with no response. I called up the local office and was informed that i should register for a replacement of the product on line which i promptly did on 14.05.2020. But till date (27.05.20) i have not received the replacement. If i mail them for the status of the replacement a standard mail that the replacement will be sent in 15 to 21 days time is received. A very disgusting on line shopping experience with eureka forbes.

                          I would like to escalate the matter that my eureka forbes - aqua guard is not functional since march (Physical damage) and i have made several complaints to come and fix the same under my full warranty period for over 2 months now. This is an essential service and no one would have stopped the service person to come over. But eureka forbes has been pathetic in evolving in current covid situation and money we pay for warranty is a waste. There was zero attempt to fix a customer issue in dire need as we do not have water supply and only because of your negligence we are having to drink unsafe water during this specifically sensitive time.

                          I asked customer service reps to arrange a call back and he promised one in 24 hours, no one ever called back. Service rep assured a priority service and no one even bothered to call us and check what happened. When all other firms such as urban clap, amazon etc. Are operating since may 17th. What is the problem with eureka forbes? Service rep also mentioned that emergency services are being addressed by them, however no one even bothered to attend my emergency.

                          I have requested my warranty to be extended for these 3 months that they couldn't attend, due to the lack of their support in fixing the issue and the representative outright rejected and said they cannot do that. I asked for an escalation point and he outright rejected stating that there is no escalation point in their customer service department. They charge exorbitantly high (~5k) for full warranty and service each year (Obviously a brand premium - totally undeserving charges) and have not been diligent in providing service/ extending service membership for the duration they are not operating.

                          Why should a consumer bear the brunt of their negligence? We request you to please address the matter and help me get the extended warranty period when they are fully operational.

                                  Hi, i have been looking for a replacement for hose pipe connector for my trendy nano vacuum cleaner.

                                  The locking mechanism (Latches) are broken and the hose pipe no longer gets fixed to the machine. These latches are too delicate to be a part of a vacuum machine, which gets dragged around during cleaning. While looking through the company's website, i couldn't locate the part.

                                  Please help me with this issue.

                                    My euroclean i-clean vaccum cleaner under warranty stopped working 2 weeks back. Contacted csc at medavakkam, chennai-600100, which is my area service provider, 2 or 3 times. No solution found. Registered a complaint no.[protected], dated 16th may 2020. Complaint is 9 days old, but no company engineer called me till date. Frustrated and disappointed.
