I am purchased dr. Aquagaurd water purifier, but we are not satisfied with the product. When we booked product online, there is a 30 days money back guranatee without asking question.

I filled 30 days money back policy form on 17/05/2020, after 5 days i received call but there is no clear voice. I received total 3 to 4 calls but every time no clear voice.

I think eureka forbes just doing a timepass for days going on.

    Hello,

    We are using dr aqua guard water purifier since 2 years and also we replaced filters during august 2019. Since one month we are experiencing severe health issues with the water and escalated the same immediately.
    Unfortunately no-one addressed as of now and let me know whether you are able to provide services to customers? If not, take the worst product back and return my money... If still not able to resolve my issue, i am going to file a case.

        Please sir help me to replace the above said product. I have purchased the same product from m/s. J. K. Enterprisers, cuttack on 20.11.2019. It creats problem in the month of february 2019, that time your service person had replaced some parts in the machine and it is recurring the same problem again, till now it is not functioning. I cant get pure water due to your machine. I have complained to your service centre and also the state head for this reason, till now the problem has not resolved.
        Therefore, i request you to look into the matter seriously/urgently.

          Dear sir,
          My name is anul hasan,
          I have raised my complaint on 12th may 2020, and after 9 days on 21st may 2020 nobody responded me yet, no technician visited my place yet, number of times i called eureka forbes customer care but they all are saying the same story as they have raised my complaint on the high level. I'm very much disappointed at the moment. Regarding this matter i emailed to deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.com on 21st may 2020 but still not received any reply from deepa. Now my family using bisleri bottle and due lockdown its sufficient supply nonavoidable.

          Please do the necessary action as its very essential and emergency services.

            The water purifier started giving problems, blinking red light and emitting dirty water in the beginning of april. I placed a complaint via the phone complaint mechanism on 03/04/2020 (Ticket number [protected]). No one contacted or showed up. I called up several times and the automated system said that it was adding it to my ticket and that i would be attended to within 24-48 hours. On 07/05/2020 i was sent a second ticket number [protected]. Still no response from the company or its service center. Again i made multiple followups on this ticket but to no avail. All their phone lines are unserviceable, neither can we talk directly to them nor they are getting in touch. On 18/05/2020 i made another service request, this time via the log service request from the website (Ticket no. [protected]). As usual, no response.in a desperate attempt i wrote to the email mentioned on the website deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.com who gave me another ticket number [protected] and also an escalation number [protected] saying that my request would be attended to at the earliest.

            The dirty water has affected our health and we have faced extreme difficulties this month as we could not even buy water from outside due to the lockdown. This was especially difficult since it is our holy month of ramzan, in addition to summer and we have had to take water from our neighbors for consumption. The company keeps citing the lockdown as an excuse for not rendering services whereas the lockdown has been relaxed for essential services long ago. And clean drinking water is an essential service.

            Eureka forbes should act immediately and send a technician to solve my problem. Also since my amc is still active, and my product is still within the warranty, such repair should be free of charge.

            The social media of eureka forbes is full of customer grievances which is evidence of the apathy of this company to its customers. Please take strict action so that they start servicing for not only me but all the aggrieved customers.

              Dear ms. Deepa,

              I really do not appreciate such late responses, especially during such hard times when families need to take utmost care of drinking water hygiene.

              While the country is aware of eureka forbes as a reputed establishment, it is shockingly surprising that you do not heed to complaints even if it has to be an immediate email response "only".

              Can you give me one reason, why you could not respond to my complaint by a return email? Do you think covid 19 can be a hindrance to return email responses? Why should one patronize your product after your cold reactions? When does your company plan to improve proactive customer services?

              Also, does your company not consider "safe drinking water" as an essential / critical item even if there is a lock down?
              Please be informed that the entire world is mostly on a wfh mode but drinking water is essential to life and we expect your company's sensibilities towards this.

              Please be informed, that i have been using your water filters since year 2003 and this year amc with you has a two year validity.
              I am seriously thinking to switch over to your competition, soon after i am done with your product.

                  This is for your kind information that the above said product i. E. Aquaguard reviva nxt uv had purchased on 20.11.2019 from m/s j. K. Enterprises, satichaura chhack, cuttack, odisha vide bill no.1732 dated 20.11.2019. It is regret to say that the product have used just 5 months only, after that i have complained to nearest service station four times due to green indicator blinking and produce white light and water is not coming. First time your service station boy came and change some parts in the month of february 2019, then the problem solved for some days. Again the same problem was recurring in the month of april 2019 till now it is not solved. I have demanded the above said product is defective one.
                  Therefore, i request you to look into the mater seriously and supply new product in place of old one.

                      I lodged complaint regarding water purifier not working and waiting for past a month and escalated it till now that is may 18th daily calling the # customer care and of no use they are still saying no person to work and we will send soon and still none came and i will purely blame this company this comes under

                          In dec 2019 through retail shop radha rani traders, deshbandhu para, siliguri, wb, india and my pain started.

                          1. January 20 : 1st complain logged with no error. (Over flow)
                          2. 25 feb 20 : 2nd complain logged : (No water) (Error 4)
                          3. 16th march : 3rd time complain logged : no water (Tank
                          4. 18th april 20 : 4th complain logged : no water (Error 4)

                          Thus the record shows that every month we have to logged a complain to get fresh water.
                          Till todays after logging the complain no one came to replace it or to service the same.

                            We have received a phone from company staff by mobile no.[protected] by mr bijon and he is repeatedly request us to replace our re-ro machine and urge that you will not receive service for which we have done contract on 19/07/2019 vide your contract no.0466835 dt.19/07/2019 and is valid till 25/07/2020. Sir we can not understand that the reputated company like yours can revoke the contract in the middle of the year and his employee put pressure on us to replace the re-ro machine immediately, which model is still salable at your end.
                            We have recorded his voice and urge him that how you can tell us to replace the machine at this crises time of lock down where people are fighting for survival.
                            We seems that the company never ask his employees to ask or put pressure on his customer to sale machine like this. We feel these type of employee hampers the goodwill of the company for his personnel benefit. When we tell him that we will lodge complain against you in the company he casually tell me that you may go where ever i do not bother. On his voice it seems he has no fear of management and discipline.
                            We feel a strong action must be taken against these type of employees to set an example to safe guard the goodwill of the company.

                              We had registered complaint on 7 april 2020 and despite so many follow ups no action has been taken till date 15 may 2020. Complaint no [protected]. Service technician is coming to our society but not coming to our flat, seems like it's been done purposely for customers with amc. Every time we call customer care they fool us with high priority action but no action is taken. Very very poor service in times of crisis. Seems like now only legal action is the solution. And by the way our area is green zone but still no service.

                                I have taken amc for 2 years by paying 9500 rupees, I was told that every 6 months filter will be serviced. It has been 2 years nobody turned up for regular service

                                Pathetic Service by eureka Forbes

                                When I search in their portal, it doesn't show the product at all, that's even more concerning...

                                    Dear Team,
                                    My customer code is [protected]. This is with reference to the numerous communications done after the purchase of AMC contract no. [protected]. I had shifted the premises before purchase of the AMC and installation was done by the Eurekaforbes team in the month of March, 2020. The address updation was also requested for that time. And I used to get harassing calls everyday from Eurekaforbes to purchase the AMC.
                                    However, the day I purchased AMC, I stopped getting calls from Eurekaforbes to even provide services. In this event I feel cheated. I have waited for the lockdown to end and as Karimnagar is in Orange Zone, all the services are open and all other brands have provided necessary services requested except for Eurekaforbes.
                                    I have attached the mail communication to Customer Care for updation of address, specially state of residence Telangana with pin code 505001. But till date i.e. 13.05.2020, customer care replies to me with the hal[censored]pdated address i.e. in Gujarat. Even from the Pin code it is visible that the place does not come under Gujarat. But in vain.
                                    I have attached the AMC purchase mail from Eurekaforbes and also the mail communication to the customer care for which I have not received any callback or any update from the Eurekaforbes team.
                                    My complaint reference numbers are as follows: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. And many times customer care has failed to provide the service request number. In the name of lockdown, customer care executives have been misusing the privileges and rather than providing the solutions are busy in registering requests without any actual servicing. As it is known that Karimnagar is in Orange Zone and all other brands are providing services along with all the installation requests.
                                    I therefore now demand that my AMC be extended for the duration in which I have not received the service and the AMC start from the date I receive the services.
                                    You are requested have a look into this matter with utmost sincerity and provide a solution.

                                      There are 2 problems one Is red ants in the water tank and the second is the its leaking i dont know with the ants in the tanks how is the water purified and is it safe to drink pl solve this issue asap
