    Dear sir

    As per your amc contract receipt no.[protected] dated 4.9.2019 we have amc from 4/9/2019 to 3/9/2021 for our classic model water purifier.

    For sometime the machine is not working full scale and output water comes
    In drops only.

    We telephoned to your service personnel sri mohan (Ph[protected] and
    Registered complaint. We were promised that a person will come and attend
    To it after lock down period

    Thereafter we have been trying to contact sri mohan or your t nagar office
    (Ph 3914 6500 or[protected] but there is no response in these telephones..

    Can you please intervene to send a service technician at the earliest.
    Being summer our water needs are more and we wish to get the fault
    Rectified immediately.

      I had purchased a krod free vacuum cleaner and steristeam cleaner on line from eureka forbes under the guidance of the manager of eureka forbes coimbatore. Received the products on 12.05.2020. However i found that the vacuum cleaner is not charging. I mailed my complaint to [protected]@customercare with no response. I called up the local office and was informed that i should register for a replacement of the product on line which i promptly did on 14.05.2020. But till date (27.05.20) i have not received the replacement. If i mail them for the status of the replacement a standard mail that the replacement will be sent in 15 to 21 days time is received. A very disgusting on line shopping experience with eureka forbes.

        I would like to escalate the matter that my eureka forbes - aqua guard is not functional since march (Physical damage) and i have made several complaints to come and fix the same under my full warranty period for over 2 months now. This is an essential service and no one would have stopped the service person to come over. But eureka forbes has been pathetic in evolving in current covid situation and money we pay for warranty is a waste. There was zero attempt to fix a customer issue in dire need as we do not have water supply and only because of your negligence we are having to drink unsafe water during this specifically sensitive time.

        I asked customer service reps to arrange a call back and he promised one in 24 hours, no one ever called back. Service rep assured a priority service and no one even bothered to call us and check what happened. When all other firms such as urban clap, amazon etc. Are operating since may 17th. What is the problem with eureka forbes? Service rep also mentioned that emergency services are being addressed by them, however no one even bothered to attend my emergency.

        I have requested my warranty to be extended for these 3 months that they couldn't attend, due to the lack of their support in fixing the issue and the representative outright rejected and said they cannot do that. I asked for an escalation point and he outright rejected stating that there is no escalation point in their customer service department. They charge exorbitantly high (~5k) for full warranty and service each year (Obviously a brand premium - totally undeserving charges) and have not been diligent in providing service/ extending service membership for the duration they are not operating.

        Why should a consumer bear the brunt of their negligence? We request you to please address the matter and help me get the extended warranty period when they are fully operational.

                Hi, i have been looking for a replacement for hose pipe connector for my trendy nano vacuum cleaner.

                The locking mechanism (Latches) are broken and the hose pipe no longer gets fixed to the machine. These latches are too delicate to be a part of a vacuum machine, which gets dragged around during cleaning. While looking through the company's website, i couldn't locate the part.

                Please help me with this issue.

                  My euroclean i-clean vaccum cleaner under warranty stopped working 2 weeks back. Contacted csc at medavakkam, chennai-600100, which is my area service provider, 2 or 3 times. No solution found. Registered a complaint no.[protected], dated 16th may 2020. Complaint is 9 days old, but no company engineer called me till date. Frustrated and disappointed.

                      I have logged a complain on 6th april, complain no.-[protected] since my aquaguard in not working. Hopefully filter need to be change. But till now there is no response from the eureka team and just ignoring my requirement. Shock to handle such type of harrasment for more than a month.

                        I am purchased dr. Aquagaurd water purifier, but we are not satisfied with the product. When we booked product online, there is a 30 days money back guranatee without asking question.

                        I filled 30 days money back policy form on 17/05/2020, after 5 days i received call but there is no clear voice. I received total 3 to 4 calls but every time no clear voice.

                        I think eureka forbes just doing a timepass for days going on.

                          Hello,

                          We are using dr aqua guard water purifier since 2 years and also we replaced filters during august 2019. Since one month we are experiencing severe health issues with the water and escalated the same immediately.
                          Unfortunately no-one addressed as of now and let me know whether you are able to provide services to customers? If not, take the worst product back and return my money... If still not able to resolve my issue, i am going to file a case.

                              Please sir help me to replace the above said product. I have purchased the same product from m/s. J. K. Enterprisers, cuttack on 20.11.2019. It creats problem in the month of february 2019, that time your service person had replaced some parts in the machine and it is recurring the same problem again, till now it is not functioning. I cant get pure water due to your machine. I have complained to your service centre and also the state head for this reason, till now the problem has not resolved.

                                My name is anul hasan,
                                I have raised my complaint on 12th may 2020, and after 9 days on 21st may 2020 nobody responded me yet, no technician visited my place yet, number of times i called eureka forbes customer care but they all are saying the same story as they have raised my complaint on the high level. I'm very much disappointed at the moment. Regarding this matter i emailed to deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.com on 21st may 2020 but still not received any reply from deepa. Now my family using bisleri bottle and due lockdown its sufficient supply nonavoidable.

                                Please do the necessary action as its very essential and emergency services.

                                  The water purifier started giving problems, blinking red light and emitting dirty water in the beginning of april. I placed a complaint via the phone complaint mechanism on 03/04/2020 (Ticket number [protected]). No one contacted or showed up. I called up several times and the automated system said that it was adding it to my ticket and that i would be attended to within 24-48 hours. On 07/05/2020 i was sent a second ticket number [protected]. Still no response from the company or its service center. Again i made multiple followups on this ticket but to no avail. All their phone lines are unserviceable, neither can we talk directly to them nor they are getting in touch. On 18/05/2020 i made another service request, this time via the log service request from the website (Ticket no. [protected]). As usual, no response.in a desperate attempt i wrote to the email mentioned on the website deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.com who gave me another ticket number [protected] and also an escalation number [protected] saying that my request would be attended to at the earliest.

                                  The dirty water has affected our health and we have faced extreme difficulties this month as we could not even buy water from outside due to the lockdown. This was especially difficult since it is our holy month of ramzan, in addition to summer and we have had to take water from our neighbors for consumption. The company keeps citing the lockdown as an excuse for not rendering services whereas the lockdown has been relaxed for essential services long ago. And clean drinking water is an essential service.

                                  Eureka forbes should act immediately and send a technician to solve my problem. Also since my amc is still active, and my product is still within the warranty, such repair should be free of charge.

                                  The social media of eureka forbes is full of customer grievances which is evidence of the apathy of this company to its customers. Please take strict action so that they start servicing for not only me but all the aggrieved customers.

                                    I really do not appreciate such late responses, especially during such hard times when families need to take utmost care of drinking water hygiene.

                                    While the country is aware of eureka forbes as a reputed establishment, it is shockingly surprising that you do not heed to complaints even if it has to be an immediate email response "only".

                                    Can you give me one reason, why you could not respond to my complaint by a return email? Do you think covid 19 can be a hindrance to return email responses? Why should one patronize your product after your cold reactions? When does your company plan to improve proactive customer services?

                                    Also, does your company not consider "safe drinking water" as an essential / critical item even if there is a lock down?
                                    Please be informed that the entire world is mostly on a wfh mode but drinking water is essential to life and we expect your company's sensibilities towards this.

                                    Please be informed, that i have been using your water filters since year 2003 and this year amc with you has a two year validity.
                                    I am seriously thinking to switch over to your competition, soon after i am done with your product.

                                        This is for your kind information that the above said product i. E. Aquaguard reviva nxt uv had purchased on 20.11.2019 from m/s j. K. Enterprises, satichaura chhack, cuttack, odisha vide bill no.1732 dated 20.11.2019. It is regret to say that the product have used just 5 months only, after that i have complained to nearest service station four times due to green indicator blinking and produce white light and water is not coming. First time your service station boy came and change some parts in the month of february 2019, then the problem solved for some days. Again the same problem was recurring in the month of april 2019 till now it is not solved. I have demanded the above said product is defective one.
                                        Therefore, i request you to look into the mater seriously and supply new product in place of old one.
