Our aquaguard reviva water purifier is under amc since we purchased. It was working alright till 16/3/2020. We renewed our amcon line on 13/3/2020 for two years by paying rs 7750. Your technician came to our home and changed all cylinders of water purifier. After two days the water purifier stopped working. The motor is running and no water is comining from outlet pipe. Water is filled in the tank without purified.
Moreover we have fixed forbes softener cylinder (Softener by paying for hardness) two years back as advised by your technician by paying the amount.
Due to small crack in the lid of the cylinder it started leaking. Inspite of several complaints it is repaired/lid replaced.
Please look into the matter and get our water purifier repaired.

      The aquagaurd was serviced by your service engineer mr sadab khan (M no [protected]) on 11th march 2020. After that outflow of water was more instead of inflow. Agaian telephoned him to rectify the problem. He was unable to come due to lockdown. Now the motor is not pumping the water for sorage and completey sopped. Therefore it is requested to do the needful and rectify the problem;

        I purchase acquguard ehance 9 month back now it is showing red light they told me to change filter which cost an amount of 4650 or else they telling me to take amc which cost 4900... According to them within 27 months it will cost me maintained cost of around 15000... While machine cost is 18000... Why they charging spare parts like gold... Exploiting customer after purchasing purifer... At present my purifer is in warranty so cost of filter is 4650... Once it go out of warranty it will cost around 5000... Including service cost. I want to know why ur spare parts are costly like gold... Y u exploiting customer after purchasing of purifier. A middle class family cannot afford ur purifer... If possible plz take my purifer back i can't maintain ur purifer at this cost... I suggest a poor and middle class family never to buy their purifier... They know customer have no option other than buying their spare parts... Now i am stuck in... Trouble... No option left...

          Aqua gaurd water is not flowing. I tried to check the water connection. Water is connected. Called your contract technician. He said the company is closed and i can only lodge the complain via the website and hence this is the complain. It is on service contract with your company. Suddenly the water is flowing drop by drop. Please send technician asap!

            The ro unit sl no [protected] of eureka forbes presently under amc from period 26/4/2019 till 25/4/2020 in the name of pijush sengupta aganist payment of rs. 4355 vide contract receipt no:[protected] dated 15/4/20119. The said water purifier ro not working and the representative of eureka forbes on requisition of service contract visited today and inspected the condition.

            I am now being asked by the representative of company who visited today that the present amc is almost likely to expire within a month time so i have to pay the next amc amount first to get the work done despite the fact that the present amc still in force till[protected].

              trendy nano vacuum cleaner hose connector.

              Hi, i have been looking for a replacement for hose pipe connector for my trendy nano vacuum cleaner.

              The locking mechanism (Latches) are broken and the hose pipe no longer gets fixed to the machine. These latches are too delicate to be a part of a vacuum machine, which gets dragged around during cleaning. While looking through the company's website, i couldn't locate the part.

              Please help me with this issue....

              Dear sirs,
              I own reviva aquaguard system at my home. Your technician visited me for servicing the equipment on 15.03.2020. When i asked him for tds value of water, he replied that it is good as bisleri water. I then got it checked from a private agency and i was shocked to know that the tds value of water was found as low as 6 (Six only) which is not acceptable from health point of view. Therefore i request you as under;

              - please depute your technician to increase the tds of water
              - visiting technician should always have the tds meter with him in view to satisfy the customer after servicing.

                Guys, pathetic service and fraud i have ever seen in my life. I called on Eureka Forbes Helpline number and requested for someone to visit my home for getting the servicing done. Person visited and offered an AMC as my product was out of warranty and also recommended me to get all the filters changed on 01st October 2019. Accordingly, I said a Yes due to brand name. Mr. Alok Singh ([protected]) who came and offered me the AMC. When i saw "Maxpure RO Service" mentioned on the bill i asked him about the authenticity and i was given assurance by the person. From last 1 month, i've been continuously trying to speak to people and requesting them to align someone to visit and service my RO. Everytime i get to listen one or other reasons from so called ladies available on number ([protected]; [protected]) Bill Number 4272. Finally lady i nformed me that she has already aligned the engineer by the name of Ashish ([protected]) wherein false information provided to me that he will be visiting for the needful. I've been trying to speak to all above with no response. This seems to be fraudelent practise being done by some external third party vendor which needs to be addressed.
                Can someone help me?

                To my shock, when someone from the service center called me today to verify my details, he told me that the bill is fake. I tried my level best to make him understand about whole episode wherein he informed that the case will be closed and i may take up the matter further. Totally disgusting... I want proper response of my concern as my money is hard earned money...

                  This is to inform you. I booked Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner WDX2 on 14th January 2020 with full payment of 15000.00. Product was delivered to me on 23rd January 2020 since they were busy itseems. DEMO of the product was on 26th January 2020. Since i am working in a corporate i use machine once in 4-5days. Hence i hardly used for more than 5times. On 28th february 2020 when i tried to use machine was not working. I raised complaint via customer care on 1st of march 2020 and status of that is still open. I have nearly called customer care and sales executive who sold product to me for more than 35times i have recordings too if you require. Sales person from chennai (sanjay and sivaperumal) have mentioned to me that “we cant help because out of 50machines 10will be faulty, if you have any issues contact customer care” it has still not been resolved. Today 11th march 2020 its more than 10days this issue is not solved yet! They are a cheaters and frauds spreaded over the world. They do not know to handle simple customer query. I am totally dissatisfied and happy to return back and get my refund. I dont want to use this machine anymore. When ever i try calling chennai executive they always say some crap that we will escalate to seniors! But bloody no one os taking action

                      My aquaguard green ro water-purifier is under amc. I logged a complaint on 27/02/2020 that it is not working. Your customer-care executive sent technician mr. M. Shankar the same day and he resolved the issue. However, the same issue recurred on 04/03/2020. Again, your customer-care executive sent the same technician mr. M. Shankar the same day and he resolved the issue again. The same issue (Sr# [protected]) recurred for the third time on 07/03/2020, it is assigned to the same technician again despite my repeated request to send some other senior-technician who can resolve the issue permanently not temporarily.

                      Eureka forbes has failed to send a technician since then despite reminding them again and again and again. When tried to escalate the issue on their website, it is returning the message, “your ticket is no longer valid.” they are not picking-up the phone[protected]/62601888.

                      I want my issue to get resolved at the earliest.

                        We purchased a dr. Aquaguard magna a few years ago and ever since we are facing issues with it... To be clear, we have dirt, dust and baby cockroaches coming through the aquaguard... They are always floating on the water... No matter how many times we lodge a complaint with the rude staffs here in mangalore office. Is this why we trust eureka forbes and buy an aquaguard for 13000₹ and pay yearly amc of approximately 3000₹-4000₹???

                        Please rectify this issue at the earliest!. Else i would have to really really escalate this issue and create more awareness on social media platforms as my final resort to justice from eureka forbes!!!

                          I bought eureka nrich ro uv mtds directly from company sales executives on feb 16th 2020. They delivered next day and while installing that we found that there was leakage in the product. But technician was trying to fix that by opening all parts. Then after my argument and request, they delivered another unit and installed it. But after 2 days 2nd unit also stared leaking from storage tank. Not sure how the eureka supplying these knid of defected products. Now i came to decision to get back my money (Since no hope on eureka), complaint registered #[protected].

                              I have shifted my residence from ichapur, north 24 paragansa, west bengal to birati, north 24 paraganas, west bengal. Due to shifting of my residence, i have requested the eureko forbes technician to de-installed dr. Auqaguard classic water purified. They have charged rs.225/- at that time. After shifting, i requested eureka forbes customer support to re-install the product in my new house. After several request, they have atleast one technician on 22.02.2020 after 6 days of request to re-installed the product i. E dr. Aquaguard water purifier. The technician charged rs.375/- but he failed to complete the re-installation process and he assured me that he will come another day with another equipment to complete the work. After several time feed back to eureka forbes, they have yet to complete the re-installation process, even thought they have collected re-installation charges rs.375/-. Now, they have not paying their heed into my complaint. Please take necessary action. They are charging more money for de-installation and re-installation.

                                My aqua guard reviva machine is under service contract. I am getting harassed like anything by the service provider.in spite of asking to send a senior technician, they are sending the same engineer again and again. Even i contacted your customer support 2 times but of no use. Now my machine is not working for last 2 days & i am buying water from outside. I dont want to continue with this system, neither allow any more technician in my residence anymore. Request to refund my amc money immediately.

                                    Re.: taking back dr. Aquaguard wrongly supplied to us with fake promise

                                    Dear sir,

                                    It is to bring to your notice that on 14th february 2020, i approached your customer care service through number [protected] and in response to that your representative mr. Satish tiwari (Gurgaon) visited my place and serviced my existing eureka forbes e-boiling uv+.

                                    On the same day he pressurized us to take the new one dr. Aquaguard as today is the last day of discount and offered a discount of inr 2000/- this fact he confirmed to us after calling some number through his mobile. He further pressurized us to give him atleast cash of inr 2000 in order to avail the said discount of inr 2000 + inr 2000. Borne under his pressure we gave him inr 2000/- in cash against which no acknowledgment was given by him believing that he is the representative of well reputed/esteemed organization namely m/s eureka forbes limited. Further, he confirmed this fact about total inr 4000/.

                                    We called him up on the same day in the evening on his mobile number [protected] and requested him to return inr 2000/- advance payment given to him on 14th february and do not proceed further.

                                    On 15th february 2020, he has stated that he was busy in the hospital and regarding his brother accident and hence he was unable to talk.

                                    Same day, on 15th february 2020 at about 5:30pm we were delivered dr. Aquaguard in a packed condition and we immediately informed mr. Satish tiwari at his aforesaid phone number we advised him take it back but as he was busy in the hospital and he further advised that he will send us the bill which will clearly show that inr 4000/- discount and receipt of the advance money.

                                    Thereafter, we have been calling every day to mr. Tiwari but he is not picking up his mobile phone number as stated above.

                                    All the above facts are recorded in my airtel mobile number and his mobile number. This fact can be certified from the respective service provider.

                                    In view of the above, you are requested to collect back the dr. Aquaguard and return the cash of inr 2000/- since we have been cheated by mr. Tiwari believing him as your representative with the name of well reputed/esteemed organization namely m/s eureka forbes limited.

                                    An early action shall be highly appreciated.

                                      Greetings of the day!

                                      Reference to trailing mail, please note that i purchased the amc contract no. [protected] dated 13/02/2020 after the expiry of the amc. Thereafter i received calls from your konnagar - 712235 & serampore-712203 and they said i need to pay rs. 420/- as service charges towards the delay payment of amc which i was not aware of neither it was reflected at the time of renewing the contract. Therefore i request you to kindly look into as soon as possible and resolve the same at the earliest as i am not going the pay any additional charges whatsoever. Otherwise i would request you to cancel my contract and arrange to refund rs. 2, 000/- asap.
