I am Prakash Chandra Shukla costumer ID-[protected] from Allahabad
I had purchased your Dr. Aquaguard classic+ on[protected].
Within one month I started noticing the defects in the product .(colour of water was yellow)
So I thought to co-ordinate with your company and get a repair.
But I don't know what is going wrong because first of all nobody came for a repair and on top of that we got a msg that your service has been completed .
We are tired of contacting your customer care routes and that's of no use.
It has been two months we are facing a lot of problems because of this .
The repair persons don't pick up the call and if they do so they talk very rudely and they are not ready to solve my problem .
I request you to please look into the matter and provide me a descent product as soon as possible.
