I had requested for a service under warranty. the technician (ganesh) didnt attend inspite of repeated tele calls. after some time, i received a sms stating that my request was attended. finally i made a complaint to the next level and requested not to send the same technician (ganesh). my request was allotted to another person, but this person smartly arranged to send the previous technician (ganesh) to my home. this fellow had spoiled my water purifier and went off. when i called up the new technician, he told me that another technician (ganesh-whom i refused to take services). i was shocked to know this manipulations. Once again i complained to the customer care about their manipulations and requested to send another person. to my surprise, i was once again allotted the same old technician (ganesh) to whom i refused to services of. This shows the seriuosness of the customer care and their lazy attitude in delaing with customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
