Eureka Forbes — Bad Servicing | |||
Recently, a problem occurred for our vacuum cleaner and we went to give it for service at the Eureka Forbes office in Shillong. It had been two weeks since we went to give it there and they did not provide any updates on our product. Later on, we had to go to the office ourselves and they said they were done with it then and will deliver it by tomorrow. The next day, they decided not to deliver it themselves and asked us to go and take it ourselves from a place they designated us to go. After we went to the place they asked, we told them to try and see if the machine is working and it did not work. On top of that they tried to extract money from us, around 1k, saying they had fixed and exchanged a part from the machine but the machine was not even fixed and it was not working. The staff we encountered were very unhelpful and disrespectful with their tone of speaking and did not take responsibility to get the machine fixed on time. Was this information helpful? | |||
