Eureka Forbes — Break down of product during service by service exec. | |||
I have purchased dr. Aquagaurd in nov'15. And on 8th apr'16 i did my first complaint after which i got service. But during service machine got broken by service exec. Because of which the water start leaking from the machine & filter machine is not working as before. The service exec. Advices to change the filter. For both the issues i made next complaint and for this complain. After which the exec. Came and fixing the machine with fevi quick for which i deny after which he left and after this i am waiting for the company to resolve the issue but they are ignoring complaint and even when i called sales exec from whom i purchased machine is also stop taking my calls after 1- 2 times.
