[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Breakdown complaints not attended in spite of machine in amc | |||||
My aquaguard nova water purifier is not working for a long time. My customer code is [protected]. Amc contract reciept no.[protected]. I have complaint many time to the service centre in bareilly up.I have even logged the complaint on their request no. Various complaint no. Are complaint no.[protected] dated 19-6-15 complaint no.[protected] dated 20-8-15 complaint no.[protected] dated 17-9-15 complaint no.[protected] dated 19-9-15 complaint no.[protected] dated 10-10-15 in spite of multiple complaints they came few time .They send mr anoop who see the machine and that a part is to be replaced and does not come again.The service incharge person mr naresh is also not responding.
