My complaint no is [protected]
I registered my complaint for broken Tap on 28th June. Customer said that complaint shall be resolved in 48 hours. Today is Day 4 and inspite of Calling customer care twice, they only escalate the request but still NO technician has come and resolved by complaint. Since the tap has broken it is highly inconvenient to use the machine.
